The App has been fantastic for the 3 years that I have been using it, up until last week. It won't open, says "something went wrong " if it does eventually open its slow and the search function within the account seems to have disappeared.
Hello. All I can see are my Everyday and my Maximiser accounts. That is all. I have 2 pages. From one account to the other. I can not see any selections or options of other tasks that I should be able to do. So I think it is pretty useless!!!!!! I have recently updated my App. Nothingimproved.Still the same. So. Not happy Jan ! I do hope you can help me to make it a better working App. So that I can have all that I the description of what is in the app is supposed to have. Thank you. Elenie
I love ING! The staff are so friendly and helpful. I find that ING is often most the first bank to offer new products as soon as they become available! It's incredibly easy to never pay fees at this bank unlike almost every other bank out there! The interest rates and products are better than you'll get anywhere and if not I'm fairly sure they'll match it. Give them a go it's really worth it!!!πππ
FIXED THE SLOWNESS! This app was very slow as many other android users report. Check your app version, turned out my phone wasn't updating some apps. After a full factory reset of my galaxy a30s a new version of the ing app, along with several other apps updates occurred. Much happier now
Totally disappointing ING. So many complaints about your app and it is still not fixed. Terrible service. Takes so long to get into app and always comes up with an error. Fix it soon or I will be changing banks.
I like this app. Main complaint is the continuous ad on the balance peek that doesn't go away once read. It blocks my third account so I have to scroll to see it. Ad is not applicable to me so I would much rather see my account balance.
Always helpful great staff empathetic when ATM swolled my card. However having the continued for 2 covid years now the spiel "we are experiencing unusually long delays" Is irritating please take it off it is no longer unusual wait times i rate a 3 lately but service 10 sorry
Cannot register for fingerprint login on Oppo find x5. Sad the interest rate is so low now. Was one of the best banking apps 5 years ago, but now it's dated with no new features.
Happy to bank with ING but the app needs to have a transaction notification setting. It's what I imagine a not too complicated piece of code. Figure it out dev team!
The app keeps crashing and is driving me crazy. It's up to date, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled.
Recent update 27 March broke the app resulting in a security error, on 4G, 5G, and my home WiFi. Cleared cache, same. Cleared data, same. Now has something isn't working when I try to log in.
Very easy to use, well laid out and intuitive. Clean looks, clutter free.
BEWARE - THIS APP DOES NOT WORK ANY MORE. Takes minutes to load, then crashes when it logs in. Has been doing this for months now.
App is failing to login, have reinstalled and same error message keeps appearing. Online banking is working fine though.
It's been fine forever until this week. Now won't let me login and have had to uninstall / reinstall several times to get it working.
Used to be good but other banks have updated and got way more features and ING hasn't at all. Have to log into website to do anything except transfer money
Just getting worse and worse. No updates to fix bugs in app and they want to be trusted to keep your money safe. ING is becoming a complete joke
I like the layout and interface. Good and easy to use. Things I don't like are 1. the recent slow loading speeds on login and 2. that making changes to payments takes me out of the payment screen afterwards, then I have to wait again for the account info and transactions to load before I can go back and check on payments. Every. Single. Time. I manage a payment. Remove some of the clunkyness from the app and I'll give 5 stars.
So incredibly slow to load and sometimes it doesn't even show the transactions. Never used to be this bad.
App does not load. Then closes automatically. Has been an issue for over 6 months
The app does not load properly--it crashes. My internet connexion is fine. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app. I have let the power drain completely and recharged. No change. I even bought a new phone. This resoved the issue for about a month and the same issue arose. I have reported the issue within the app. I have also contacted IT help directly. They feigned ignorance of any problems with the app. They promised to investigate the matter. That was 4 months ago. No word.
If this app is developed in-house, you need to explore some more effective HR strategies. If it's outsourced, you need to cancel their contact and contact someone who has proven abilities in Android app development. This is the slowest app I've ever used. On average it's 56 seconds from login to displaying the balance. Black screen shows for 10 seconds. Doesn't show transactions until the page has been refreshed by dragging screen down. Needs a complete overhaul to be moderately useful.
This app is hopeless! Takes ages to load (minutes) then crashes. Then sometimes it says i have used my daily limit even though I havent made one transaction! I am sick of it. I am so glad I am not the only one that is having this issue. I have reinstalled the app so many times but ING say the app works fine??? The app works fine on my wife's iPhone. I'm not about to change phones, but I might change banks soon! ING... FIX THIS!
Either very slow to load or doesn't load at all. Screen goes completely black for a period of time while loading. Once open, consistently doesn't work properly. Message received every time "app is not working properly what would you like to do: continue, wait, close app". How about none of the above & the App gets fixed!
App takes to long to load not responding message comes up cause it takes so long to load. Once upon a time the app was good. Maybe the developers need to reply to emails that are sent and also actually test an update before releasing it. When the app does load and you try either transferring money to an account or pay anyone the message not responding comes up again.
