The app is pretty good and highly intuitive but there is a pretty big flaw in it. When opening the app the login doesn't work sometimes. I've tried to close it but that doesn't work. The only thing that seems to work is restarting the device every time that the error occurs. I hope you can give a solution. Thank you
I will not make it long: take a look at Revolut to see what a banking app should be like. I understand that many of the constraints come from the inadequate and antiquated business processes of an old-fashioned bank. But this clearly has impact in the app...
The app was working fine and it suddenly stopped. Now it's just stuck at the login page doesn't let me click anywhere. I've already reinstalled it twice but there's no difference. The main login page is not responsive
Awfully slow, freezes at login screen, server timeout, worst UI and not to mention the UX. Wish they would use the same as the one from the German ING. This one is just pathetic.
It is a descent app, however it lacks features like fingerprint unlock and it doesn't save language settings either. I have to change it every time I use it.

Fingerprint authentication doesn't work. Cannot download electronic documents, only get error message. Interestingly, all functions work well in the iOS app...
The issue with frozen screen is happening from time to time, but now I cannot use the app anymore. The screen is frozen on log in page for few days already. Reinstalling app didnt help
It would be great if developer would add dark or black skin (many phones use oled display and dark background saves energy plus this is already 2022...come one wake up).

This is getting worse and worse! Push notifications don't work for months, now seeing notifications within the app doesn't work either! And nobody cares to read and reply to comments here!
Inconvenient and non customer oriented services..stay away please..even if they reply they will take the feedback into consideration.,nothing changes.. Inefficient and inadequatel.. Alineating services..
Cannot login Is a recent bug? When trying to login no button is enabled - you can try to click anywhere: nothing will happen

Not an app, just a webclient. IBAN scanner would be useful. Not possible to use the cards for Google or Samsung pay.
Can you keep my language settings as "English"? It is very annoying to have to change the language every time I log in.
Guys, the bank is great, but your mobile app devs are embarrassing. I've left a comment about the login page a month ago - it is still not solved! 1/5 for poor support

"Become an ING customer" link is broken. It goes to this error page: Not Found The requested URL /ING/EN/Personal/Becomeclient/Becomeclientonline/Subscribeonline/index.htm was not found on this server.

The price of the stocks are not updated frequently. And when they go down they aren't updated at all. Who is going to pay for the losses I have incurred? What you are doing is totally illegal and can be brought up in the court of law!

Push notifications not working
Although the app allows for regular banking needs, it gets only a single star, because the most basic of functions don't work. I prefer English as the language and every single time I close and reopen the app, it defaults back to French. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and this issue persists. My second gripe with the app is the inability to pay using the app at stores. Security etc. aside, the utility of the app is very limited.
