I just reset the phone and tried to reactivate the card. At first the app reported that the card was active on a different phone (I can understand that) and asked to activate on this. Nothing happened. I tried again and after selecting a pin I am prompted with an error ("Sorry, something went wrong"). Reinstalling the app didn't help. Edit: after several attempts it eventually succeeded

Failed at Albert Heijn terminal. So far, no success using the app... If you can't depend on this app to always function properly, you have to keep your bank card handy which kind of negates the need for this payed app. Not recommended at this time.

App simply does not work for me. Whilst the ING MOBILE APP is great I just added the ING MOBILE PAYMENT app so that I can just pay with my phone/smartwatch. Problem: 1. Downloaded the app 2. accepted the T&C's (not sure why the 50 Cent per month after six months, but ok) 3. then clicked on "add a card", which just takes me to the screen where I have to enter my 5 digit code from the ING MOBILE APP. It then searches and searches and then it says "Sorry, something went wrong" + "Please try again later". -> I did this for about 20 times over the course of 2 hours and now just give up. Overall i can say this app is useless (at least for me) as it just does not work at all.

Excellent app. So far so good. Just unlock your phone and touch it to the wireless POS terminal. Works perfectly on various POS terminals with my GalaxyS8.

Using this app more and more, mostly for payments under 50EUR. It works on each terminal. Very easy and convenient. No issues at all

Great when it works but breaks regularly. Reinstall on a regular basis. Can't depend on it.

Why would I ever pay €0.50 a month to use tap to pay? Why is this a separate app? This should just be available for free by adding my card to Android Pay. Everything about this app is garbage.

This should be free of charge... I might as well just use my card?

Love it

I will never pay 0.50 a month for a service that adds no value whatsoever. I don't see the point. If this was free, maybe I'd use it every once in a while.

I've used a similar app from another bank which sometimes didn't work, but whenever I switched off the wifi, it worked great again. In the case of this ING app seems there is no solution. The app simply often doesn't work, meaning that the whole idea to forget about the debit&credit cards and use phone instead is just not viable. What a shame. I'll look for other apps on the market.

Worked fine on Android 7, however still not working after several months on Android 8 and no mention of a fix being released soon.
