Logging in for the first time? Create a profile using your ING Card Reader, choose a 6-digit profile code and you are ready to take advantage of all of our app’s features. Your profile code is all you need to log in and sign your transactions.

Main features
• Check the balance and transaction history for all your current accounts and savings accounts (including those for which you have a mandate), credit cards and investments.
• Rename your accounts in order to identify them more easily and have your account number sent to any e-mail address.
• Make transactions between your current or savings accounts, to beneficiaries saved in Home'Bank or Business’Bank or to any other Belgian account.
• Check your payments with a future execution date as well as the upcoming payment of your standing orders.
• Enter and sign payments requiring multiple signatures.

This "old" application is significantly better than the "new" one. This new one is just looking nicer but less efficient. For example, you can not "search" with filters trough your previous transactions... The beneficiaries have lost the "communication" you have registered... Quite difficult to believe, it was just a marketing "coup"...!

I would give more stars, but now I'm not receiving notifications each time either difference in balance or account credited. What happened? Bug: When I scroll to load movements in my daily account several times (10-20 times) and the when I press search. The app crashes. Useful to have: Search movements by interval of date/time Useful to have: Show in detail the bank transfers that enter the credit card account, in this account. Not only the debit ones.

As a online banking app it is worthless. Summary of features that the app lacks: - Save contacts. At the moment the only option si through the website. - Reuse the baking details from an old transfer. How hard could that be, uh? - Extract info for confirmation of a payment. I understand screens hots are not possible do tu security, but the app should be able to offer the option to send confirmation to email, or to save confirmation on the phone. The worst part is that I am an ING client in other countries and I see that the apps in these other countries are fine. ING Belgium should really spend some money and resources in making a decent app. When there are so many other banks out there offering more user friendly services, it is only a matter of time until you loose your clients.

Currently the app is unusable for me. It asks for reinstalling or contacting the help desk. I called and was told that ing has a problem with the app. I was promised a call back as soon as it is sorted. More than a week ago. No reaction from ing at all. I have a Oneplus 3T, android 8.1, the app is up to date. Very disappointed.

Since last update I cannot access my account anymore because the app doesn't react if I want to click on the orange 'login', or 'register' buttons. Is not hardware related, every other app functions perfectly. Is like I have an invisible overlay making it impossible to access what's underneath. Sidebar works well, app isn't frozen. I'm on a huawei mate 20 lite.

Trying to get this app to work on my Samsung Galaxy was an exercise in frustration. Could not register. Buttons on the registration screen were not clickable. Rebooted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. Made no difference. Total waste of time! Great customer experience ING!!!

Great app! That is what I thought a few years back. The experience, the UI and features have been evolving well below the competition. The app is seriously outdated. When would one be able to use NFC payments. It is mainstream everywhere in the world. The Bancontact payments feature is practically never working, since months if not years. Consider that ING is not playing ball with Google Pay and I wonder why should I keep using ING as a bank.

I used to like this but I refuse to upgrade to a new unstable and incomplete version, worse is that professional clients don't have to upgrade! Good reason to , after 30 years, look for a new bank. @ING you're not a customer anymore but a product they use. Your money that's all they're interested in. ING IT department used to be good years ago, they where innovators but not anymore!

it seems from recent feedback, that ING has this "little incident" where plenty of people cannot even use the app. The app claims that it has to be re-installed from the play store (nice upgrade path) however that still does not fix the problem. ridiculously, my fresh install says exactly the same thing. ... and the only answer is redirecting to a phone support that seems just as unable to help. Promising, what can I say...

Sessions expire. That's what happens on mobile phones. I'm OK with that. A popup showing the session has expired is OK, too, as long has the app is in focus. But it makes no sense when I restart the app hours or days after, that the popup alert box is still there. I would be cleaner to just show the login screen

Would have liked the app but sometimes it is impossible to complete a transfer as tapping the Confirm button doesent do anything. Several minutes or hours later the exact same transaction goes through without an issue. This periodical bug has gotten me into awkward and troublesome situations where I needed money from my saving account or wire to someone but I was stuck there bescouse i could not tap the Confirm button.. Device is Galaxy S9 Edit: thanks but that doesent help issue is getting worse

Previous version of overall account look was pretty good. with orange colour for credit. I liked it. But with the new update it has changed. Please consider it for the next update. My 2 little suggestions. 1. Please make possible to manage the standing orders from the app. 2. please do add an option stop card from the app. so the customers can do 'stop card' easily without contacting help center. thank you An user since 2013

The app working flawlessly until a few days ago. After the last update (I suppose) I cannot add the bank details of a new account to make a transfer. This makes the app absolutely useless, especially for those like me who do not have constant access to the card reader. It was honestly the best banking app I have ever used. Fix this please.

The old app worked brilliantly, but the updated version is really bad... I cant make bancontact payments anymore, have to use payconic otherwise it stalls constantly. My accounts sometimes show but sometimes not and today it is not showing the transactions... This update has some really serious issues!! And indeed they forced us to go from something very good to something very bad..

Old, slow and complicated ING app, maybe look at the netherlands, their app is way more andvanced AND HAS NOTIFICATIONS. I suggested notifications and all I got was "we can't do that". ING Belgium has to step up their game and fast... Even thinking about changing bank with the recent incompetence since anno 2018.

At first it was a good app but now it's been days I can't use it. It tells me it's connecting but it doesn't! It has become a true issue as I can't use online transfer etc at all! Tried to uninstall it a few times but nothing changed. Please fix this now!!! Consieekng switching to another bank.

Trying to set this up on my android phone. Nope. Not possible. App keeps telling me I was not connected to the internet. Funny thing: I can access everything else online: FB, IG, my emails, the INTERNET! Un-installed, installed numerous times. Still the same message.

Congratulations, your app is constantly updated with new useful features (e.g: adding beneficiaries,... ). However, the up-to-date version crashes every time I want to do a payment or to add a new beneficiary. That's really annoying... It would be nice if playstore allow app rollback

Functional app. Still years behind the functionality offered by the KBC app. Still need to use the card reader for some operations. Cannot inspect my credit card balance. Update: I received a reply from ING stating that I can I inspect my credit card from the app. Not so, the option is greyed out.

For my security, access to my profile has been disabled and I should reinstall. After reinstall, same message. After uninstall, reboot, install, same message. After calling the helpdesk and them telling they solved the problem, and repeating all of the above, same message. The response to this review, if any, will be to call the helpdesk again, even though this message appears immediately after a fresh install, before entering my details, so it cannot have anything to do with my profile.

The app is fully functional. However, forcing customers to migrate to new app within short time limit is not. The way to go is to always update your app for specific and we'll tested improvements, not migrating to new app with new bugs and many unsatisfied customers. I have been following trends on the new app, and it is not good at all. Please focus on what is functional and working, you can introduce new functionality and security. Completely new app is no way to go.

Sorry, but it seems that half the buttons dont work in this app (android) . I cannot tap on "register" for example. SOLVED: turning off the blue light filter and restarting the phone helped. 2 star rating now ;)

l couldn't go out to but something because I could not use the app to transfer money from savings account to current account. that's very bad. very very bad. and it does happen often and that's bad. try to improve.

Please change it to something that works!! The app works for transfers and checking the balance but it falls short of providing the same services that other banks provide. It doesn't help that the new app has an even lower rating than this one :/

Great that you guys added the feature to manage beneficiaries. 😊😊😊Would be nice if you can add a back/home button on this screen. Pressing the phone's back button currently minimizes the app.
