Was a great concept, but execution sux. App had some glitches at first, but then it just crashed with the first update. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Uninstalling worked fine, but been waiting 3 weeks for it to reinstall.

My experience some months ago was wonky behavior following an update and after the update to fix that it has been fine - including after today's update. The app is supplied by a third party.

This app was great until they just updated. I have installed and uninstalled this app 4 times and Still can not get it to open at all. It looks like it is going to open then nothing. Extremely frustrated. I have even restarted my phone a few times. Nope. Nothing helps. Not sure what to do because every time I download this "updated" version I get nothing. Blank. VERY ANGRY! Would like someone to help!!!

I can't even log in. Nothing will load and then the whole thing just crashes

They ve always done a great job helping me with any questions about medication.

I never know if this app will be working correctly or not. My latest experience was this morning when a scrip my physician sent in yesterday did not show up in the app. I had to call the medical practice again to make sure it had been sent and then call Ingles to find out if they had received it. Not only had they, but it was ready for pickup. However, it still does not show up in the app. The app is good in theory and terrible in practice. The Ingles customer svc number never answers.

i have never used such a garbage app, buttons that you cant click. the menu button doesnt even open the menu. lol the site has no way to schedule vaccines so you get pushed to the app. in the app theres a page to make an appt!! but... you cant even CLICK the button to schedule. i can't tell if the website or the app is worse. but they are both absolute garbage.

After the update it didn't work at all then there was another update that seemed to make it work and I was able to use it like twice now it's right back to the same thing it will not log me in keeps telling me my session has expired or just loading and will not log me in. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!! PLEASE FIX! I loved this app it saved a lot of time refilling my family's meds because a lot of the times I can't get through when I call the pharmacy.

This app has always been slow. But today it just spins and spins and then takes me to the log-in screen. I have always had it set to stay logged in. It has all of my info saved, but I still can't get to my prescription list. It doesn't do any good to call, because nobody answers the phone.

I don't usually leave reviews but I have to on this one. I like having an app for the convenience but this one's awful. I've been trying to add my husband and my cat for a month and have gotten nowhere. I still have to call to find out if his meds are ready to be filled and picked up. This is a waste of time. It would be nice to see med history(doesn't) & the total amount due on my prescriptions. My meds can be quite pricey (even with insurance) so sometimes I have to wait to pick them all up.

i have my scripts at one location but the app keeps sending it to another store just cuz they are on the same road but the addresses are different. its happened several times and i cant get the app to cooperate so i can change it. im switching to Walgreens. im over it.

Unusable after Update I never update apps until I am forced to, because the updates never work right, but it had been forever since I updated this one and I thought it would be a good idea. DON'T DO IT!!! I can't even open the app now - just keeps saying my login has expired, over and over again.

Try to log in and the three loading dots will be up for a while and then it will tell you your session has expired and you need to log in again. Try to log in again and the three loading dots will only appear for a millisecond and nothing will happen. Keep taping to log in after that and not even the dots will appear. You cannot log in, even after a phone restart. Absolute trash. How am I supposed to manage my prescriptions when I can't even log into the app?

Love it. Very convenient. You can see all your meds and exactly when they can be refilled. The app shows when they are ready for pick up. No more having to call in and see when something can be filled. The app counts down the days for you.

It's not a bad app when it works. More than half the time it freezes on sign in won't even go to my prescriptions. I even have it in remember me and I still have to sign in. It worked better before the last update. They need to fix it. I have to go on the website to fill my scripts

I find the app could use some enhancements to give us a better picture of our prescriptions on file. You can not see any scripts that are on hold. Also, there is no function that allows you to contact the pharmacist unless you pick up the phone and call. I think it would better serve the clients if these capabilities were added.

Terrible upgrade! If that's what you call it. Old app was working! Constant problems with app crashing. Uninstalled and installed several times. Just didn't work.

Now when I tried to log into the app it says session expired please login again. But it never works. Have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time. You need to fix that. Otherwise it's a great app.

The app is useful and well organized. The major problem is it is super slow. It is quicker to call pharmacy. If wish they would correct the speed I would use it exclusively.

App was great until the update. I uninstalled it after the update and reinstalled it and I was able to login 1 time. Now all I get is... Your session has expired. Very disappointing!

App is unusable since uprade. After you enter your log-in info, it spins and spins and nothing happens. I can't believe Tech Support is doing nothing to fix this. There are so many complaints, similar to mine. I'm sure they're aware of the problem. Apparently, they just don't care.

This app was at 1 Star before the latest update. After the recent update it is basically unusable. I have managed to get it to open once. But since then it just does nothing at the login screen. I really hope Ingles is not paying the development team big bucks for this turkey!

In the section on 'ready to refill it puts prescriptions that AREN'T ready yet! Presciptions disappear while they are supposedly being refilled so when you try to refill again because its been thrown out of your 'being refilled' section, it says you CAN'T refill because its already been submitted for refill! No way to delete or archive expired rx's or ones you no longer take! This app needs ALOT of work on it!!! Used to work right but hasn't in quite some time now! Now they made a bad app worse!

Worst app ever! Not user friendly at all! To enter your birthday you must click 1 month at a time all the way back to your birthday. Not bad if you are a year old but if you are a senior your finger will give out before you get to your birthday. The rest of the app isn't much better.

Very good app to help manage and maintain prescriptions. A little slow when loading up but other than that it is really smooth and easy to use.

It was very useful but now it won't load. I have tried reinstalling 2x and still doesn't work. The website is slow to respond after log in. Please fix the app!!!! I loved it before

It used to work great. Then I had to uninstall then reinstall to get it to work one time. Now it doesn't work at all. It hangs up and I've even had to restart my phone. Once a great app, now Cr-app!

This app has been very useful, not only for requesting refills, but also for checking refill history and status. I particularly like being able to see when a script is ready for pickup at the pharmacy.

Last update fubar ability to login. Says session expired please try again..website experience is not too far off as well with logon issues. No uninstall updates ability through app store!! Cannot rollback.

Ingles Pharmacy in Clarkesville, GA is the only place I use for my prescription needs. I particularly like using the app to renew prescriptions and the notifications they send when they are ready for pickup or if there is a problem. Pharmacist Tracy English and the staff treat you like a neighbor and are very helpful and professional.
