Ingo definitely saved my a** because I had a check that needed cashing and a broken down vehicle, keeping me from going into town. I cannot fully express how relieved I am to have the ability to deposit any kind of check (in my name) to my bank account, and have the funds available within minutes, without having to pay some ridiculous fee. There is still a fee, but I believe the asking amount to be extremely reasonable. Thank you for making this app available to those of us who need it most.
I originally have it a 1 star. It was hard to use and got many error messes. But now I have to give it 5 stars. They did some changes and now it works like a charm. In the last 8 months all the previous problems gone and is excellent way to cash my checks without having to to the bank. Love it now
Something is seriously wrong with this app. When I use my email & phone number from using this service before, I can't sign in at all, stating a existing customer ( which is me) has my phone number & email 🤔 when I enter forgot password to reset, it displayed my info isn't in the database. Glitches and continuous technical errors are unacceptable. Please correct this issue. It tarnishes your Brand.
Was signed up through MyBlock, so I can neither register nor login to the app. Can't deposit checks because it won't verify my identity. Customer service is nonexistent. Was on hold for 20 minutes, and it wouldn't allow me to leave a callback number. Half an hour into the so-called "live chat" I still have received no response. Guess I'm going to the bank.
Rhoda supervisor with customer service was so gracious and so helpful today that she was able to resolve and complete an issue that was haunting me for the past 2 days multiple people had tried multiple attempts were made and finally after two and a half hours she was finally able to get it taken care of and everything is accessible now on my end! With the few exceptions of a few snags and a few out and outdated and antiquated systems it was actually quite easy and very efficient the fees ok
Easy to instantly cash a check when the bank 8s closed. I don't really like the fee charged but it's really no worse than a check cashing place so it's not really a complaint. Ive cashed at least 5 checks using the app and all except 1 we're approved fairly quickly and once approved I had the money in my account instantly
This app is HORRIBLE! The app instructs you to check the box for mobile deposit and write the financial institution name on the back,then declines cashing your check! Now because this is filled out you cant take the check anywhere else! Ingo your customer service is abysmal! I have called 5 times and listened to hold music each time 40 minutes and then the call is disconnected! What kind of nonsense is this? Dont tell me to email somebody either. You have a number! Ingo feels like a scam!
I wish there was a .25 star option - INGO would be blessed with even that. I've never needed a check cash service, direct deposit is my route of pay. I lost my wallet which had my ID and Debit card in it, so I wanted to give this a try with a stimulus check. It took 10 years to get the pics, then, after 5 - 10 min of the "check review", it declined the GOVERNMENT check - 3 times. The 4th time I got an alert ⚠️ in caps saying, "DO NOT RESUMBIT THIS CHECK AGAIN". Made me feel like a criminal...
This is one of the most honest and caring mobile banking app I've ever encountered. Literally!! Everyone that has negative complaints about the service should take the time out to realize that....... This is the only site that don't have any problem backing up facts about what they advertise. They are 💯 percent trynna make sure you complete your banking experience as if they were right there in front of you. Thank you guys.
Went from working to saying we need to verify further with the writer of the check. I've cashed multiple insurance checks with ingo no problem and all of a sudden it doesn't work. Nobody answers chats or phone calls or emails. If I were you I'd not use ingo ever again. They make it impossible to cash a check now even though I've never had an issue before.
The setup was a little time consuming, but patience won over. Extremely easy to use. Funds arrived within minutes of acceptance of check. For someone that suffers from agoraphobia, this is amazing. No more in-person check cashing anymore!
I was very irritated today with how my money was being handled by Money Network. After being on hold for about 30 to 40 minutes and expecting nothing to get completed. The associate, aslin made my entire experience worth the wait she got everything figured out quickly and efficiently. I appreciate this entire experience
Works great for cashing checks. Really easy and simple UI. The only sorta problem would be that you can only cash checks Monday-Friday from i believe 8 am to 5 pm. The reason so is I think someone alive has to be on the other end to verify when you VOID your check. Aside from that I've never had any problems cashing checks with this app.
I don't even know how to describe my frustration. My account got locked before I ever even had a chance to use it. Like I tried to get access to it and each time got denied. So finally I tried to reset the password so that I could at least open the dmn thing but it locked the account and I haven't even been able to cash one check. This is ridiculous. Why am I locked out of something I didn't use? How am I high risk if I have never used the app? I have checks I need cashed and it can't be done.
Super convenient but everytime i use it there is some bug to deal with. Like saying my check had already been cashed or other weirdness. But works upon resubmitting.... Thanks for making life easier.
I used to use this app all the time for every paycheck for about a year. I loves it now all of a sudden every time I try to login it says I'm no longer able to use my account. I'm not allowed to create a new account because I already have an account. I requested a paper check for my last paycheck thinking I could use this app as I always do and now I can't cash it. Emailed and contacted customer service. Noone can tell me why my account is locked they can just tell me its locked.
Will be my last time ever in my life using this app, they cash my check but claim they haven't problems loading the money on my card, done tried on too different cards and they still saying money can get loaded on there. Something has to give because I have been waiting for hours on getting this done, and they have failed me miserably.
I am so happy and So Satisfied with this app it was very easy and convenient and save lot of time thank you so much INGO. I am telling all my friends. I live in the county and 45 minutes from the bank in Huntsville, Tx. So this is the perfect app, when can not get to the bank.
Ingo money cashed a check for me going threw my paypal account way back on 12/04/21 paypal states failed transaction (the money is sitting there! I called Ingo money waited on hold for hours talked with customer service at least ten times same answer each time PayPals fault. I have not got my money yet to this day! They don't know ,it's paypal account problem ,it is not. Ingo money don't follow up problem concerning not paying me .many messages also. Rated 1 should be -5 rating Don't do it
Was extremely easy & deposit was instant. Worth the $5 insta deposit charge. If you can wait the 9 days for the full deposit, that should be perfect too. 10 thumbs up!!!!
I tried to cash a check this evening and after I wrote VOID in huge letters as they require, then they tell me my transaction could not be completed. Now I have a void check. Complete waste of time and unreliable business.
I've been trying for days to sign in. I continue to try resetting my password but I never recieve the email to do so. I've tried contacting customer support but like the app the phones are meaningless too.
If I could give a zero I would. Do not download this app or waste your time with them. My bank partners with these people, I am currently fighting for my 1000.00 they say my bank is blocking them from transferring to my account. My bank stated they are not blocking the funding and is further investigating the issue. The customer service is horrible as they do not know what to do about my money that they have, I can not use my check anymore as they have the funds and it is voided out.
Great experience. Much easier than going to Walmart or your bank. It does cost a small fee but with getting your money instantly!
Very unreliable. I've used the app to cash checks from the same (employer) source and Suddenly for no reason my check would be refused (many times). Lots of problems with refusal of a very clear picture and I have wasted a lot time retaking photos of the check only to be refused over and over until I gave up. Fees are large. If you let them keep your money for ten days you can avoid the fee. I recently tried to cash a money order which was initially accepted but 10 days later I find that they changed their mind and didn't cash it, no reason given! Also they are supposed to charge a range of different fees for different types of checks but I've always been charged the highest amount no matter what the type of check. They are very poor at communication as well. You will never get a live person. Get yourself a bank account and forget these jokers!
Excellent app. No problems. Just wish I could do multi checks at one time to save on fee. But maybe when I reach a specific level I can. Thanks a bunch!
The app is always hard to load. Even when I have a stable connection. Most of the time when I try to load it from my prepaid card account, it takes like three or four trays before it will load and open so I can use the mobile check cashing feature. Plus if you need to speak to someone it damn near impossible to get a hold of anyone. Leave an email no one responds it's frustrating to say the least. Wouldn't use it except it's what my prepaid card company uses.
