Imagine putting an effort into building an app but neglecting to add multiple languages or translations. I understand that not all turkish citizens know foreign languages, but that still desn't justify not adding them onto the app. So Please add foreign languages, because until now i can't register my ininal card thanks to the non-understandable app!!! So please do something or else ill find another competitor to do it instead!! Thanks

An app built for foreigners but with no foreign language support 👎

Imagine making an app for foreigners and not having an English option that is basically a world wide known language except for Turkey but still. The app description is misleading it's all written in English but when you open the app it's fully turkish. I redownloaded this app after a year and nothing has changed. Not recommended for people who doesn't know Turkish fluently.

Good app..it would be much better if it to support en lang.

Ininal credit card works very well in shops and online, but there was some issues in verification codes of payments or login that does not be sent to the application, but only to the phone number. That made an issue when I travelled outside Turkey, and my Turkish phone number has been deactivated normally after a long time of not using it. I wanted to delete my account permanently, but they couldn't, simply because I can't access my old number but could access the email!

Please make it international like YooMoney... That will be a big step forward for you company, give full translation for English, make a big money :)

It's a good app to deal with, but the biggest problem is that they don't have English language.. I don't understand when you people decide to create and design such very important application, you people don't consider that there are a lot of foreigners who don't speak Turkish at all??? You can pay a little bit extra money to add English language but at the same time you will get alot of foreigners and you will get your money back.. Think guys think 🤔

It crashes when you try to log in " giriş yap " I tried so many times last monthes and 90 % it crashes .. just 3 times i could log in and see my card info .. my phone is not old ... its samsung s7 edge .. also NO ENGLISH .. Since the last update it became very bad .. Monthes and you did not fix a bug in your money related application ..

It was good option for me to paid a small amount of money for monthly payments, like apps or games etc. But since they changed the way for user to login to the account, and start ask the user to identify their accounts with Turkish ID, so All none Turkish user can't login to their account, and we didn't get a chance to spent or restore our money. Simply can't login.

First of all I can't use the app because simply it doesn't have an English version and i Don't speak turkish so every time I have to use the website second of all i had verified the email ten times so far and still it gives me a notification that i should verify my account third of all i'm trying to add my t.r foreign ID number and all the information are correct though it gives me an error saying some of the information you have provided is wrong!

If I could rate this company in the negatives, I would! Those guys literally just stole 287 TL in an unrecorded transaction. Every time I send their customer service an email, they tell me to call their number. I then call their number, and they tell me to send them an email! This didn't happen just once, but three times already! I sent them another email for the 10th time, showing my frustration, and they didn't reply! Just like that, I lost 287.51 TL.

Card is not worth it at all its trash basically for foreign users with foreign ID why would a turkish citizen buy this card if he can open a bank account on any bank? As a student studying in turkey 🇹🇷 it's card was no help..

Unfortunately the service was good but now with new update in last September 2021 the app did not open ask me to change my tc kimlik because I'm yabancı with that thay take from my balenc 105 tl . Evey time when sent them message thy told me. We escalated complain but it's Useless.

Very bad I can't open ininal plus I can't transfer money to bank .. cvc doesn't approved from a lot of online pay systems. I had an old one card and now the app doesn't approve it so many problems. . Or no one service

Before the update, when i tried to login, app was shutdowned. After the update, this problem isnt fixed. Please fix this problem quickly. I cant use my card.

Good app to deal with your money and stuff but the problem is that you don't have any language other than Turkish which makes it hard to deal with. Please add any other languages.

easy transactions but commission are high , i wish also if there is an English version for this app, it will be easier to use.

It keeps asking me to correct my card number that is initially correct i can't even add it as payment method in here, how can i solve this issue, i have the app installed and my active account and yet it ain't wotking for some reason, please advise!!!

After the recent update I'm unable to log in into my account. Keep asking me to enter TC ID number which i don't have since I'm a foreigner. Please fix.

It's a mess👎👎👎, and when you try to call the attention of the customer service on request to communicate in English, you're being turned down because the receiver can't speak English😒😏

The new update is totally trash , if you're a foreigner the app will ask you for a Turkish identity and since you're a foreigner you only have a foreigner identity and it will not work , fix this or i will buy another credit card

Never remembers password,have to log in every time i open the app.unnecessary updates every once in i try to log in.

İt was great before last update and change everything to the worst! Not support international website So small limit about (140$) only!!!

I have to login everytime i launch the app. And after 2 weeks of not using it, app even forgot my login email.

Its very bad application , when ever u want to change your phone make sure that you will lose your account

The card is very good but i don't know in the last time i opened the app it told me to put my ikamet info and i put it right put the app tell me its wrong

This thing never log in. Once you try to log in the app crashes. Useless !!
