Really useful app to encourage stretching even if you don't have an injury. The reminder function makes it easy to fit in a 20 min stretch while watching TV or in your lunch break. The exercises are simple and easy to follow from the videos and there's a good range of options. Highly recommended.
Pretty good, but it's missing an option to permanently block an exercise (I can't get a table big enough to fit me). Also, some exercises could use better demonstration - perhaps consider adding drawings or using trousers with stripes to show how the leg is supposed to curl?
Struggling to use this. I touch the chart, it places a dot in an incorrect place and I can't move it. I wanted to re-enter my issues, can't find where to do this. Would be nice to be able to dial down to specific pain areas rather than the more generic way this works. Bottomline, it's not helping with Ankylosing Spondylitis or other specific pain issues I have because it isn't providing proper exercises for this. I have different exercises I received from my PT than here. Free youtube is better
It was only after downloading, and after giving my email and everything that I found that this is a paid app. I want able to use a trial version even for 2 weeks. If only apps would give us a better idea of whether we will be able to use it free or not before we have to register and all. I am in great need of an app like this because of covid can't go to hospital daily. So sad. I really hope they would make this app a bit of free version...like a free version with some minimum features.
Subscribed me despite cancelling, and I can't even use it. $80 stolen. Still doesn't show up on google play so I can't try to cancel it again as obviously the first time didn't work. Yes, obviously it's you, unless there's another entry on Google play called injury map which strangely charged my card that I signed up to your app with that I evidently have on my phone... Or I wouldn't be able to post a review, would I? Further it is $79.99 NZ I have been charged. I will happily post pictures.
Beautiful app. I was very surprised with the high quality of this app - de experience is great, the interface is really beautiful, calm colours. Just perfect. The only improvement I can suggest is that if you could add Shin Splints to the list of injuries ❤️ thank you!
It was not until I downloaded the app and provided my email that the developer offered me a "free week" of the "pro" version that I was able to see this app required a subscription to use. Now I am constantly getting spam email from them asking me to subscribe to the app even after asking to be unsubscribed from their mailing list.
The workouts seem to be well planned and truly helpful for rehabilitation. But the app has bugs and has lost my progress twice now... At this pace I will never be able to get past Phase 1. For a paid app I'm expecting no obvious bug like this that affects usability.
This is a life changing app that I'd recommend to everyone! Having been through many years of severe lower back issues and visited a range of specialists, only Injurymap has had a significant impact, with its daily activities, check ins after every step, and slow progress towards pain free movements.
Progress doesn't save from day to day. One wrong press of a button and you lose everything mid workout. Good thing there is a 2 week free trial otherwise it would feel like money stolen.
Developer honestly states the cost ($3.49/mo or $23.99/yr) and describes the app in description.👍 I have not paid or used the app beyond free access, but being honest is very important, so I'm assuming developer is honest about parts of app that can't be freely used. Free access allows you to read the general program description and the 'Tips' section.
I hopefully cancelled out of this app. Tried it a few times but notifications were bothersome and exercises not what I was looking for. I'm sure there will be others that like it, but not for me.
Using this app as I have a sore achilles. Found the exercises great and progressive. Has really made a difference. I will use this app. in the future as it definitely helps.
Great therapy to help with joint pain and instability by increasing ease of mobility and function.
So easy to use and verry well designed. The videos make it the perfect app for beginners
Won't even load. I click it and it force closes, "injurymap has stopped."
After dozens of log-ins a new screen has appeared which allows you to adjust various settings, including language.
Great app, helped me recover my 3rd degree sprained ankle and come back to my daily activities.
Straight up requires payment to even use the app, despite first appearances. No thanks
A very functional and easy to follow app.
Clear instructions with carefully measured exercises. Brilliant. Helped me a lot
It has really been a big help for my chronic knee pain. I don't think my knees will ever be 100% pain free, but there is a noticeable difference and that helps a lot.
good app - love the videos which show how to perform the exercises
Great stuff. Simple and professional!
After reading what people said about your app I decided not to continue to the payment section. Im deleting the app and will be looking for something else sorry. If you had better reviews I might have given you a chance.
At least give people some indication of what they are going to be paying for before constantly asking people to pay for a subscription. How clueless can a company be?
Can't get passed the create an account screen.
The app has been a fantastic tool to recover from my achilles injury. It is very easy to use, the progressions were great, and the video tutoriales were great as well. I haven't had subscription problems as other have noted but I can say the app is rather useless without paying and I do think the workouts are a tad expensive. Nonetheless, I would subscribe again!
