Ink Cards

1st time I've used it. it's one of very few "approved vendors" for TDCJ (Texas prisons) for greeting cards. So far so good, will update if that changes. little disappointed in the ability to accommodate (by that i mean not distort or blurr) older, smaller or different photo file types. would prefer if it helped enhance photos. something besides filters🤷‍♀️

Extremely glitchy app. Does NOT allow you to put the address because there is an error to pick a country even though you pick US at the top. There is ABSOLUTELY NO OPTION to pick the country AGAIN. The loophole I found for this was to choose international and put the very national address and then click US Military for the country. The ONLY reason I used this was because I had a coupon for a free mothers day card from T-Mobile. Other than that I would NEVER use such a poorly developed app again.

I have all the free photo apps and i may not always take advantage of the free monthly items, but when I do. I am never disappointed!! Have a blanket, beach towel. coffee cup, photos, photo tiles, and books. prolly even more just can't remember. Told a friend today about it when I wore my free shirt to work! She's going to be downloading the apps now too!

My original card had smudges and a distorted area. They replaced it fairly promptly but the replacement still had some of the same errors plus a new large black stain. DON'T USE THIS APP. THERE ARE PLENTY OF BETTER OPTIONS.

Rip off! I designed and purchased 20 invitations for my daughter's grad party. The total was $50, $10 of which was for shipping. The package arrived at my house and was not left at my door because there is $6.29 postage due. I have contacted the "world-class support team" twice and get NO RESPONSE! They have no phone number to call. Just the form to fill out when you need something. Meanwhile my cards just sit at the post office unless I decide to pay more money to get them. NOT WORTH IT!

*Update 05/02* Paid for the premium card with envelope, recieved the basic/simple postcard without an envelope. Spent the past week being bounced around after contacting customer service as directed by the developer that responded to my last review. Total garbage don't waste your time or money because it obviously isn't valued by inkcards regardless of the amount spent. Wrong product ans stuck with an extremely disappointing product that I did not order in the first place.

I chose and customized my first card this morning about 20 minutes ago. 5 minutes ago I got a notification saying my card had been printed and was being shipped! Wow! I've used some of this company's other apps and my experience has also been good with those as well. It's great that they actually provide the services they advertise and that they do it well! They earned their 5 stars!

Easy to set up except it won't save a draft - it deletes cards in progress. I haven't experienced delivery times yet. It keeps deleting and won't save cards. Sits and spins when I try to select a recipent. I won't be sending any cards like this.

really great idea, but the app is buggy. it constantly gives me error messages about the country in the address, even though I'm not choosing international. it won't work right and that's super annoying

Lots of creative cards to choose from! On the back, it's easy input whatever you want to say with cool fonts & multiple colors. The entire process took me less than 10 minutes. You can pay through a variety of ways - including PayPal!! Best thing is; they notified me that the purchase went through & kept me updated on the delivery! All $2 and above, depending on what you purchase :) BONUS: free shipping!

I have had this App for many years and never have had a problem. I noticed now it does have a yellow triangle ⚠️ icon appear if the system doesn't think it is a clear picture but u can still use the picture the triangle doesn't appear on your card. Also I love now that you can purchase things also. I included Walmart gift card and my sister said it was super easy to use it. They just scan the bar code from your phone. Very convenient. Thank you for a great app all these years.

Very user friendly layout and process. The styles and formats were beautiful. The prices were affordable. All in all a very good experience.

Worst experience ever. I ordered cards for 2 times both time it got delivered late. I also ordered a gift and didn't receive it and there is no way to reach these customer care. They only reply over email and it is computerized. Worthless.

I give this app it's parent app free prints and the other few apps family related to this one are AMAZING!!! APP is very easy to navigate and use!!!! I love free prints and all there stuff!!!! Will use for a.long time to come!!!!! Muah!!!! Lol

The app always asks you to add country even though you ALREADY chose US. Cannot finish my order because of that. Spent good 30 minutes trying to figure it out but it is an error in the app

Was mailed as a post card and arrived with the pictures on the front all smudged up. Very disappointing considering there was no time to have it redone.

Easy to use, promo applied without complication. Lots of great options to cost from. Printed and shipped quickly!

Trash, scam app. They took my money and my items were never delivered. I tried requestung a refund only to be told its "too late". I don't see what late if one order never even shipped.

I wish it was more customizable but it's easy to use. The free card for first time user was great, didn't even have to pay shipping, used it for mother's day & I know my mom's going to love it.

I absolutely love this app. I have never heard nor used it ever before. I made something for my mother for moms day even though I celebrate her everyday cause she is my mom and she should always be celebrated. I don't know the results of the card yet just made it n sent it. we will see how well it works n comes out.Other than that this app works wonders thank you.

Every single time, my postcards prints have quality issue , not sure it is printing process or the way it gets handled in delivery,

App was working great, but the latest update it freezes when it opens up and doesn't let me move past the title.

I just downloaded this app tonight and it will not let me add a recipient, it keeps telling me that a valid country is required and I'm entering US so how is that not valid? Fix this and I will continue to use otherwise I'm deleting it.

Awesome app! Downloaded it, and got to send my first card, a mother's day card, FOR FREE. No shipping, no cost to customize the card, absolutely FREE! Thank you Ink, I really appreciate you guys.

Upsetting and disappointing. The Card was ordered over a week prior to mothers day and now its the day after and still no mothers day card. Don't bother with this app because you can't rely on proper delivery. NoT reliable... period. Customer service says after 3 days passed the 2 to 5 business days it should take to deliver then they will look into it smh. For shame.

I really loved all of the things that you have to choose from. I did a postcard. I am having trouble though finding out if it was sent. The app is messed up where it says to continue and complete so I don't get very far. Very disappointing 😞. Thank you for listening.
