• Six customisable types of pens with the best digital inking features are available.

• Insert in the most natural way typed texts, images, geometrical shapes in your pages.

• Take full advantage of an active stylus by configuring the erase methods.

• Work with close up writing mode on small screen devices.

• Use gestures to select or delete objects while you are writing.

• Set the background of any page by the import of JPEG, PNG and PDF documents.

The note-taking aspect of the app is great: great pen, great organizing ability, great eraser, stylus support, etc. However, I have two main problems: 1) The inability to sync between devices automatically. There's also no way to see your notes on your PC. I'm always afraid about my device getting lost. 2) Some settings get reset as soon as you go back to the library. For example, locking the zoom does not get saved. You have to lock the zoom each time you open your notes. This is still one of the best note-taking app on android. If only this had a onenote-like sync feature (and multiplatform support)...

Fantastic app, runs more smoothly than any other I've eve tried, and combines both handwriting and typewriting flawlessly. It has a learning curve, because many of the gestures and features are not very intuitive, but once you grasp them with the help of the tutorials you won't be able to go without. I use it everyday to take notes in class, even though I don't have a proper stylus, and I wouldn't be able to do that with any other app. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to make a mostly aesthetic redesign. Right now its UI looks a bit old, and I feel like that stops many users from trying it. If that were improved, it would probably become the most downloaded in its category, hands down. It sure deserves it!

I do not like the change where you have to long press to select a page to edit. It is much slower than the previous way where you just had to tap it. Otherwise the app is perfect for taking notes in class and after getting used to the UI it is fairly intuitive to use.The update to the organisation of folders was also a much welcome change. Keep up the good work.

I love this app! I use it for school on my chromebook, and it works perfectly. My only gripe with it is that there is no sort of cloud storage or connection to google drive to save my notes online. My chromebook crashed and reset a few days ago and I lost everything, which wouldn't have happened if I had it connected to an online storage. I know there is a way to zip and backup the files, but I think that's tedious to do manually every day. Otherwise, fantastic app!

I like this app very much and find it's the best out there. After the initial accustoming, the usage is very simple. It has so many great tools. What I wish was included, though, is the ability to scroll the pages instead of having to click to next via button. Especially, when using a PDF file, the next button is not needed since no new page will be added. Without this option, it takes a long time to get to the next page. Not suitable in a university class environment. Please change/add that.

I've tried a long time to get familiar with this app. 2 things I really can't figure out. First, I saw in your YouTube video under pen/pencil option, beside each different pen, there is four color palettes, but I can't see it now. Where can I find it? There are only 6 different pen/pencil/highlights with no color options beside. Second, in the setting, there is gesture for selecting and eraser tool, then what is the gesture? Many thanks

Deserves a five star. Simple to use. As far as i know, no cloud save but you can back up all the notebooks by yourself and upload it to a cloud drive. No drag to draw shape but it's not really important. Copy paste is easy and smooth. Thank you for this app really! I have been using it for 1 year now. I was able to write my notes, solve math problems, draw plots (manually), write online exams, teach some engineering stuff. It's the perfect substitute for the traditional pen and paper. Thank you

Lots of interesting features that are hampered by a difficult to use interface. Running on both an X2 and a Duet, it runs better on the Duet than it does on the X2. However the performance is acceptable on both. The issues with this app that are deal breakers: * Changing the background of an existing page seems impossible. Perhaps if there were instructions on this it might help but at this point, I cannot solve it. * Creating page templates/managing page templates is undefined, inconsistent and hard to navigate. * Lack of online syncing. Seriously, it is 2021 and this is an app targeted at the mobile space. * Lack of online backup. Syncing is better, backup is the minimum. I look forward to reading about future updates where these issues are addressed. (PS Google why are you stripping returns in reviews?!?!??)

This app is the best app available for tanking notes and annotating PDF files on Andriod platform. But, it does not import from any cloud services. It does not auto back up or auto save files to cloud storage as well. When exporting annotated files as PDF, the hand written notes are not on the correct position and sometimes it is shifted by 2 cm or more on an A4 paper. This for sure makes the exported file useless. I hope it will be upgraded to include cloud storage and fix the export bug. I hope it includes easier way for page navigation like swiping with two fingers.

An excellent handwriting app, especially on a tablet with an active stylus. Customizable pens & backgrounds; preset slots let you save favorites. I haven't had any questions or problems yet, but it's also very clear that the developer responds to user inquiries, and I'm happy to be able to support his work by purchasing the full app.

I used to love this app, but since the new interface, I have a much harder time figuring out how to do simple things, like add a new journal with a specific number of pages (not just one page) to create a full-year agenda notebook. Unfortunately, the instructions YouTube videos are for the old version, and many of the same steps don't carry over to this new version. Still really good for simple note-taking, but that's about all.

This app is worth the money. My handwriting looks great and the exported PDF looks very high quality, unlike samsung notes on my S3. It has lots of options to customize, so it's a bit hard to learn how to use. But once you get used to it, it works like a charm. This is the only note taking app I've found to have both good writing and good PDF export. Which is what I needed for my homeworks. Thanks developers of ink&paper.

I was SO close to finally finding my perfect S Pen app :( and yet just more disappointment. When you start trying to work with the app and explore it fully, you can't help but wonder if there was some sort of contest to see who could create the most confusing, convoluted, nonsensical and counterintuitive note taking app and clearly Ink&Paper won. I have a serious headache now. Refund and uninstall. Ugh.

Best note taking app on Android for my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6, and I've tried them all. Works well with s-pen. The controls took some getting used to, but after I knew how they worked I couldn't go back to INKredible Pro, Squid, or OneNote, which were my go-tos before. I honestly can't believe that this app isn't more popular than it is. It's so cheap too; I've already wasted like $20 trying all the other note-taking apps and this was the cheapest option!

I love taking hand written notes, the ui is sometimes annoying but you get used to it. I'm having issues with the page lagging and won't move. It sometimes takes a few seconds to get it to scroll again. You can write and do other things. The page just lagged. Is there way to get it to stop, maybe it has something to do with the pen? Still four stars because I haven't found a better program and I use this for a few hours every day.

It took just a little patience and once figured out the controls It s a great tool with endless applications. I love the control for lines and pages in different formats and colours. I waited to find something like this and tried few others and this seems the only app containing all features in one.Great job to the developers!

I love this app! I've basically spent my day trying out all the other handwriting apps because inkredible doesn't have pressure sensitiveity. This is the best one out there. It could be better aesthetically though. Apps like the ereader pregerio which have a realistic aesthetic are more intuitive to use.

Well done: i just lost data because if lack of instructions. Reducing to 1 star. Desperately needs instructions. For eg i've been struggling for 30 mins to change background of existing page from lined to blank. Doesn't seem to be an eraser that deletes PART of a line. If not, refund!

The quality of the writing is amazing. I guess I`ve found the ULTIMATE app to handwriting in Android. Hope that only gets better and start with new features, like saving in cloud and etc. But seriously.. its amazing! waiting for the next updates (like split view on galaxy note [PLEASEEEEE] and new sheets styles.

Moh. M. Feb 2, 2019

Hi, this in a fantastic app. but I have a problem with "Close Up" function. whenever I press the "Next Line" button, it moved a little space. how can I change the vertical space navigation in close up function? My problem was solved. Thanks for response.

Pim. P. Aug 21, 2020

I don't like that I can't use the same size of pen when I change to another pen. I have to choose a new pen size and new color. Color that I can choose is not enough for me. In the begining this is an impressive app with a little problem. I hope you can fix it. Love this app. Edit:Thanks for the answer. So I gave this app5.

Great. This is really great! I love it very much I however wish 1) I could import images from my gallery. 2) Geometrical shapes would be included 3) Ruler, pair of compasses and protractor could be included

ILY. S. May 10, 2022

Hi, how can I crop an Image in note? I've selected and image but no option for cropping. Thanks

Worry about lost data when reset or loss device, looking for cloud synchronize. Other apps can use GDrive or other clouds to upload&download documents, hope Ink&Paper can do as well. Will be perfect!

It's a great app for android not taking But I wish if we can get more optimization like viewing notebooks in grid mode or editing the cover with custom pictures And of course if we can get google drive or Microsoft one drive backup it would be great

A very useful app esp for those with Samsung note tablets. Writing is as smooth as with pen and paper and the owner is very responsive to queries. on the whole, a winner.
