The app doesn't sync at all. I had to download Google fit. It always gave the wrong data. I am here just because of my friends good platform to motivate eachother. But very poor app in terms of data and bug fixes. Now I am not able to login and view anything in my account. After uninstalling and re installing the app, the results are the same. App owners and developers please buck orelse it's going to be a big failure. Please fix this problem. And please add Huawei band 4-71 E into the devices
This app is terrible overall. For a fitness challenge at our company, some users never got fully connected and had to enter data manually. Platform doesn't have the connectivity to devices and apps it claims. Some our people had to download "old version" of the app to get connected and still had trouble.The customer service from is HORRID. They take days to respond to your request via chat only. Their response is links to blog pages that dont address any if the issues of their bug ridden system.
I like the app. However it's not syncing with Google fit consistently It's always off by a few thousand steps. And for some reason I can't upload pictures to any contest when others can, and I gave permission for the camera and storage.
Started out good been using for over a year. Lately not great at all fails to connect at the and of the day so you can not sync. One day I could not sync at all for the full day. They seem to be having a lot of trouble. Very frustrating.
There's A Bug Where It keeps Asking For S Heatlh Data Access, even after it gets granted, It just keeps popping up. Ill clear the cache first but, the UI looks nice, still i cant use the app. I will be emailing your team so we can get it working properly, until then I guess ill just use the Old app.
1. unable to sync with mi fit. 2. invites are dead after 1 click, and need reinvite if something went wrong - like I was not logged into the app, or logged into the wrong account. 3. After device synced, it showed a random number of steps, and not the number from mi fit. Uninstalled, not going to use again. Do not install! edit: dev took 2 months to answer. I have already removed the app. 1. the issue is def on inkin side. 2. Not going to. At the time, I asked the one who invited to do it again
Thank you for fixing the samsung issue where it woild not connect. Now a new issue is that theres a discrepancy between my steps on Inkin vs samsung health. in the old app, setting it to Samsung watch as the source in Samsung health would fix this but not on this version. im missing over 1000 steps !
very good. I really do like the look of it. Ive only installed it yesterday. i cant seem to get onto the stats page. You see it for a spiit second then you just get a blank white screen. im sure it will get sorted. Again love it
Sync does not work :( I use google fit to provide step count, but sync does not work correctly. It changes the data? One sny pulls data, then other removes it? Google.fit constantly provides the correct info. Dissapointing.
To my experience, this is a great app and great ideas behind. You can motivate group, team to do exercise.. Not sure how the subscription to come since jusg 2 days use it. Sync is little bit delay but ok with refresh or reconnect devices.
I often just get a blank white screen that doesn't go away even after waiting a few minutes uses. I use Samsung Health and haven't even been able to see how it works because the app won't open properly.
Pathetic sync! It synced the first time I downloaded it and since then, it has not synced. It's. Simple API call! How can you get this basic API call wrong!
Terribly buggy syncing when using Android fit. What is the point in using this if it can't even provide the most basic functionality. Put some effort into QA before releasing apps. Uninstalled.
App freezes when I go to Settings. Tried rebooting phone, clearing app cache. Sometimes doesn't load when I open the app and gets stuck on the logo screen.
This app stinks quite frankly. Sync with Samsung Health took forever to arrive and is still shoddy. And resetting a password from your phone just takes you to a site which tries to make you download the app. A complete headache.
Don't trust this app! After connecting with google fit my google account immediately informed me about other mobile phone logging in to my google account... EDIT: Of course the app mentioned is "inKin - Wellness & Challenges". Your other app has similar review to mine - synching with google resulting in immediate other mobile device connecting to your google account.
signed up this morning and after approving it to sync with google fit i had an alert a huawei honor 8 signed into my google account. Both the app and this honor 8 phone signed in from Wisconsin at the same time. Deleting app and having to revoke all my previous sign ins to secure my account. If this app isnt a scam then it is compromised. Edit: Then you are the only company i have ever seen to use another android device as your bot and add it to my google account as a trusted device.
Looks more user friendly and an improvement. However the big downside is to use competition you have to upgrade when there free before and there is no where to upgrade
It doesn't sync the total hours of sleep from my Polar app. It syncs 1h or 2h less. i hace turned off, restarted my device but the problem persists.
Incorrectly tracking steps from Google fit. If I have 10k steps in gfit this app is syncing as 7k steps. Even after 2 or 3 days down the line the step counts are not updating.
Samsung watch does not work with this. There is a device setting for Samsung that says coming soon. I did not see where you did not support Samsung. Thank you.
My wife and I have started using this app about 2 years ago, and it has played a tremendous role in our activity and over wellbeing. We are pleased with the platform and the new app so far (there are a few minor bugs, but we appreciate the team’s effort).
Would give 5 stars but it won't let me make challenges private! Oh and it doesn't work with Samsung so my brother can't use it. :( Just wanted to challenge my friends, not a bunch of randos. LOL.

Any ideas on how to get the Samsung Health Permission pop-up to go away? Please do not get rid of the old app until this issue is fixed. Thanks. Using Galaxy Note 5.
This app doesnot sync the data on daily basis correctly .... I have connected GOOGLE FIT with it... In Google fit it showed 9000 steps, but in inKin it showed only 5208 steps, also I am in a contest... Make sure you fix it....
the app description says it is compatible with samsung health, however it seems that is not the case. i used to use the old app but now cant use this one. very frustrating
I couldn't try out anything in the free version because anytime i try tk save/add a detail the app just says "oops something went wrong" and that's it 🤷🏻♀️
The app has sync issues with Google Fit & huami.. Practically useless without sync working.
In general this app looks and feels good, but I can't really try it out because it is not compatible with samsung health. It says that this feature is coming soon but no indication when. Also I got no response to my mail asking that. trying out the old app is nearly impossible. The UI feels laggy, looks outdated and I get a notification everytime I open it, saying that there is a new version available.
