I really don't like it, it's very confusing and has many flaws, I think they should improve all the more detailed areas

This is a very good platform for learning and interaction among team members

After about a month, app starts to freeze during the load process and won't show full library. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app works, but is a frustrating "solution". Attempted to contact developer support as listed on this page and for a bounce-back that the address doesn't exist.

It does not work with my 2019 Samsung Tab A tablet. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Inkling App yesterday. It was working fine after reinstalling the Inkling app. Today it stop working again. I have tried opening the app so many times today. It keep on freezing up and would not load my online manuals. This is a useless app and very buggy! I like my Adobe manual better!!!

It is just wasting time & money I won't recommend that course for any body no one explain in the class, you can't get your money back if you decide not to go further with the course and you can't keep the sources for the information such as you can't download the reading & print it also i can't have access to these reading after you finish with them the course. It is really annoying and wasting for money & time. It is rip of.

Excellent course. Book navigation needs to be updated. For example it would be helpful to search while in a chapter. Then when close search you are back where you left off.

Easy to navigate and work through the training material. Only reason for 4 stars is that it would be preferable to have an option to only download content on WiFi networks.

This app deserves a MINUS 5 stars. It tells me I have the Inkling app, but the only thing that opens is the Inkling eBooks app . . . Not what I need for the courses I'm taking. And I'm not allowed to install the app I need, because the eBooks app is already installed and will NOT UNINSTALL. There seems to be no way to alter the account to get the plain Inkling app. When they offer it on Google Play, I guess they expect you to play, not work to better yourself. Extremely, profoundly, disappointing.

excellent training info...easy to navigate through to be able to complete training

For those trying to access the ebooks they bought this is the wrong app. Look for ebooks by inkling. I was able to log in the and access my books without any problems. Not sure what this app is for.

Really slow to load on my Android tablet, logs me out unpredictability, so hard to use without wifi. Loses all my downloaded documents every time I get logged out No pages in documents.

App is fine for eBook reading and navigation. Just not one I feel I should need to log into every single time. More personalization to template, etc, por favor. Keep Me Signed In.

Downloaded and immediately uninstalled. Requests a company code for login even though I was able to buy a book for myself off the main website. I should be able to use this app for anything I buy through your service on my own dime or my company subscription. If you don't already have a public, non-company equivalent, you should. Otherwise, add public access to your existing app please. Will have to read through browser instead for now.

Overall very good. Although, I cannot select some dropdown links in the courses to look at the answers to check my work.

For those of you rating 1 star and angry anout your precious books and needing a company login...YOU HAVE THE WRONG APP!! Right in the description it says "for business and institutional accounts only". It is used by different companies (ex. McDonalds) as a portal for managers for training purposes among many other things. Maybe the app titles "eBooks by Inkling" might be a better choice. ffs...use a bit of whatever grey matter you have from time to time yeah?

Everything is great. I wish there's dark mode. I'm always reading in bed late into the night the screen is so bright. And how do I find my notes? A bookmark would be nice.

I cannot get the app tp work on my Chromebook at all. I can open the app and sign in but when I click on a link the screen turns blue but will not open

Has been an amazing help during my course the last few months. So easy to use and love that it updates immediately.

Auto logs out, you cannot even access downloaded contents in no coverage area. Forces sign in to view downloaded books, off course its not possible in no-coverage zone

Redeemed book on website, went to dl app and couldn't log in as app demands company code, though I had already created an account to redeem book on website. Uninstalled.

It least provide to download the content, not able to open document, always showing paused due low memory, but there is ample memory in phone.

Cannot login even with the correct username and password. Worked perfectly fine before.

Asks a company code. I have tried there other app and want to read a book but some chapters don't load on that app. Please just fix this and allow our login

Once i got my company code it was great. I downloaded my book and I can read my book and do my homework anywhere even without internet access.

The search system is trash. The Asthma capital is in front of me and inkling shows every asthma mentioned in the whole book except the main topic of asthma. This is a deal breaker. I am out. Ill buy my books from some one who still cares.

constantly sending push notifications that it's downloading updates but never actually downloads them...

it is not running in android mobile even after entering company code. it's not downloading the . please rectify soon.

I'm supposed to use this platform for my class. Yet I can't even get the application to download on my MAC Book. What a mess.
