InkPad Notepad Notes

Using free ver. 4.3.61 on Pixel 6. I used to like it but since the last update, the app has a problem. When I go to edit a list, there is no way to go back to the main screen. The back arrow doesn't work and if I quit and re-enter the app, I'm still stuck inside the same list, I can't get to other lists. The only way to get out is to quit and force stop the app. Then it works once or twice but then the same thing happens. It starts to get quite frustrating.

It was great for the first few years!! Now, it jumps down to the bottom of the note so you can't see what you are trying to type. It is very frustrating I pay for the stupid app! I'm about to cancel my subscription and find a different app. I've even uninstalled it and reinstalled it four times! Please fix this bug! I really love thus app!

A print button would be great! Many times I have needed to print and have had to email to myself to print the items off. Especially when I use the ink pad for my grocery list. I have used this for several years and it has been a great app...until the recent update. Now it scrolls automatically while I am using it. It makes it difficult to use. Please fix.

Horrible syncing! If you make a change in web version and then in app and try to sync, it completely overwrites with latest note, instead of merging notes. It's a huge pain to remember to sync before making changes. While it's free, look for better app if you want to actually use it across multiple devices!!!

1 star because it auto-highlights all of the text while you're still typing, causing it to write over and delete everything you just got done writing (paragraphs in my case). This has happened to me 4 times in one week now, so I made the switch to Samsung Notes, and I suggest you do too if you actually like being able to keep your notes, knowing they won't randomly be deleted one day while typing.

Love this app. I've been using it for a few years now. Syncs to my gmail automatically so I have it on any phone or computer I'm using. Wish I could change the font size and style. Also it would be awesome if I could see my whole note page without having to scroll the page. Or even a hands-free way to scroll down or change notes. But I still love this app. It's simple and easy and most importantly, it's free!!😁 Lol... ok but I do like that! 😉

I loved this app until it started malfunctioning. It keeps scrolling down to the bottom in the middle of me typing & messes me up. It does it when I'm trying to read too so it's super useless now to me as a writer. It also keeps deleting whole notes while I'm typing & it is not backspacing or highlighting them, just deleting them! It is horrifying to have worked on something for days or weeks & then one day it's just all gone. It's devastating to lose work you put your heart into for no reason.

I looked through so MANY trying to find one like I wanted. Some clear checks off the shopping list when you change from one app to another, an annoying flaw for sure, or they didn't let you hit enter to go to add another item, making you hit a special button instead. This one has every feature I wanted and none of the flaws. It does only allow you to back up a certain amount each day, but that is hardly a problem in the least. 10/10 LOVE IT

I've been using InkPad for years. It's perfect for quick notes and lists. The app auto-saves as you type so you never lose any information. All my notes even ported over automatically when I upgraded my phone. My only complaint is the ads and the recurring fee to upgrade. I would pay a one-time fee for an app, but other than Netflix, I'll never pay a monthly or annual fee. Aside from that, InkPad is great.

I've used this app for years. Everything is online. If you get a new phone just download the app and log in. If your phone is broken or you want to view your notes on a computer just login online. Even with the limited syncs in the free version I never worry about losing my notes. If there is a storage limit I haven't found it yet. The ads are small bars at the top of the screen and easily ignored.

Great app. I've been using it for years, it saves the notes very nicely and syncs them to your Google account. 2 suggestions: have a date created for the note as well as a date last modified, or maybe even a timestamp for modifications. Also, my notes used to have tons of letters and words from a long time ago, and then after getting a new phone, they get cut off after about 1k words. Now it says I need premium to view the full note.

I have used this notepad app for several years and absolutely love it. The app is intuitive and easy to use. You can create separate lists within the notepad which are a snap to edit. And an added surprise bonus is that the customer service is excellent. If you have a question, there really is someone at the other end reading your message and they will respond to you. A quick shoutout here to David who helped me with a question recently. He was prompt, friendly, and clear. InkpadNotepad is a superior app which I highly recommend.

I've been using this app consistently for about two and a half years and I very much like it. My favorite party of the app is how I can link it to my email and automatically have all of my notes and tabs saved, which has definitely been handy on more than a few occasions. It's great if you accidentally deleted something important, lose your phone or all of your data. There are adds but they don't impede the use of the app. I wish the display were more customizable but over all the app is great.

I've tried just about every notepad in the Play store. NOTHING is better than this. It's perfect for what I need. One of the great features is that you can sync all your notes in from one device, and retrieve them to another online. This helped me tremendously once when I was out of town. I didn't have a device that had all of my important notes on it. I remembered that I had saved them all online, so I went to the url that they provide, synced up with another device, and downloaded all. Yes!

Been using it for over 7 years now. Still lovin it! Minimalist ad banner at top of screen (for the free version) is not a distraction like so many are. Such a good app! I'd have gladly paid $20 for a pro version just to show support and appreciation for the utility of this app, but unfortunately, their only upgrade option is a recurring subscription fee. I'm very generous with even the pricier pro upgrades, but I will never pay a recurring subscription fee for an app. Hint hint, dev team!

I have used this program for many years and enjoyed it very much. However it logs in slow on the web browser now as it requires a Google login for each session. A while back I had an issue where all the notes on my phone duplicated and only half of the duplicates uploaded to the server which was a problem because I didn't know which ones to delete off my phone. So the app has developed a few quirks over the years. As this is a paid app to get all features I am testing other similar, less costly, alternatives. The app remains good, I just think better/faster alternatives are out there.

No customer support. I lost all my notes due to a sync issue with a new phone (S10). Went into old phone's backup (S7) and all files were empty. Tried online to restore messages, but that didn't work either. I even paid for the app, hoping for better results and if nothing else, better support, but that was a waste of money, as I have tried to contact support twice and no response. Have used this app for years, but if no support, I'll move on to another app.

I'm super upset. I lost three years worth of notes: recipes, songs, poems, dream diaries and passwords. All when I got a new phone due to some sync error. This app was so useful. Until I lost three years of progress that I did not have recorded anywhere else. If they are willing to help fix it I might change my review but personally. I'm super upset with this app and it's people.

This is a great app and I i use it all the time for notes on the go. Easy to use. Syncs across all your devices. Also has a handy shopping list mode. Very reliable, never let me down. Been using for a few years now. To be honest, the basic version is good enough for me especially with adds not being too intrusive. However I recently took out a subscription just as a thanks to the devs. Good work guys!

Wheres's the save button? It does it automatically, but its wierd to hit the back arrow instead of save. The search bar is very usefull if you make a lot of notes, like me. The sync is nice, too. You can even sync notes later on days you take less than five in a day. The limit is five free syncs a day, but it won't auto sync old notes later. You must comand it to. When I got a new phone after I broke mine many notes were just gone. For free I can't complain, but im not blown away by it either.

Excellent app, easy and convenient. I would rate this app 6 or 7 stars if I could. Very user-friendly - saves what you enter - (does not "fail to save it"). Also - and most favored - I once accidentally deleted this app when cleaning my phone of redundant apps. A week or more later I discovered my error. I expected I had lost a lot of important notes and information. To my surprise, when I re-installed the app from Google Play, ALL of my data came back! THANK YOU !!!

I've had this app for a while and it had been working fine up until recently. When making lists (mainly for shopping) hitting the enter/return key to go to the next line instead deletes everybody i just typed on that line. Also, switching to a different app and then back causes all but the first word of the line i was on to be erased. And in top of that, some of the previous lines had been erased too and I'm not even sure what caused those.

I love this app, I have been using it for years and it helps me transfer my notes from device to device easily. The only thing I don't like is the amount of limitations this app has. It can't do bolded or italic text or differentiate the font size which makes it harder for the user to provide variation in their notes. I would give 5 stars if ever that were to be added on the next update.

This app is perfect for me! I keep it on my desktop always. When ever I need to jot something down real quick or keep an important note, tidbit or web link, it's right there. I can make each note a different color so that they don't run together and the notes can be set to auto sync to all of my devices so that matter what I'm using, there they are. I especially love the fact that it automatically saves upon exit because I have forgotten to save on several occasions. 😏

This is note app #3 I'm testing. Much easier to use than some others, but stars lost after I saw in the settings that a free account has a SET number of syncs (9). How useful is that for the user in the long run? Although I've only written some test notes and played around on here for a few minutes, I also did not see an option to sync/save to other apps like Drive. Despite ease of use and lack of ads popping up constantly, this one will be deleted as well.
