Unable to get OTP when I tried to log in several times for past few weeks, it seems no one cares for this app from developers side
Unable to login, get the message "internet is unavailable" tried this using 4G, Wifi and other handset, same issue.
the app just crashes when we add to cart..had raised a feedback but no one got back..very bad service

UNABLE TO UPLOAD BILLS BARCODES CODES. USELESS IN THAT CASE
Instead of remembering the offers or points from my favourite brands, gives every bit of information under one roof.
Rubbish! The app seldom loads photos taken from camera, & takes a long time for uploading photos from gallery. Off late, its hanging in the midst of uploading bills. I've to restart the app several times before the receipt is uploaded. Very irritating!

I've been user of inloyal app from past 2 years. Currently I proceed to take benefit of your loyalty offer from Added card on my profile Card details Merchant : Infinity Mall I was having 530 points= 530₹ during checkout of offer. All of sudden while checkout my card & points got vanish . And now I'm not able to find specific infinity card in your merchant. This is very pathetic , I lost my 530₹ in your reward program. Do some actions on the same & Refund my rewards.
