When I was able to open it, was very frustrating to work uploads. This app is the worst. Keeps crashing hasnt opened in 2 weeks. Can only access on a web browser. 1st letter, never got back a date to expect it to arrive, pictures uploaded were not showing correctly. Tried a 2nd time added 4 pics seems that may have worked idk, again no date of when to expect it to arrive so I have to wait and see. 3rd lettr attempt got a message I exceeded storage need to upgrade plan!!!! Noooooooooo thank you

I'm trying to cancel, the pictures doesn't come out clear, my friend says he gets it in cursive. It takes 3 weeks later. I wrote on the app itself on the 6th and no one wrote me back on how to cancel because the website shows I don't have a subscription when I know I do because I get the email.

I am not one to give bad reviews. This apt will not work for all facilities. I tried to get help several times, that never got a response back. I even called the company in Florida, was promised a call back, no one did. Canceled my service. Got a email from them yesterday, but can't go in and read it, because they don't show my email address in their system??? For me to be able to log in. SAD😭

Absolutely ridiculous! I sent several "letters" and pictures with no response nor notification of inmate recieved. Reached out to the company with no response to several messaged as well even though it shows you on the app they read the message. App is a JOKE!

App doesn't open. Paying $10 a month for service that doesn't even work. It takes weeks to get a response back from customer service. I do not recommend this app. Much better off Picking up a pen and paper

So, I thought I'd give this app a try. It didn't work and my "loved one" did not get my message after 3 weeks. No big deal imo. I canceled the subscription because I don't want to pay for something I can't use. The money was still taken out of my account. I sent an email, and have heard nothing. From what I can tell this is nothing more then a scam, taking advantage of people. Don't waste your money, it's not worth it!! I'll change my review if you refund. My only issue was you stole from me.

I have asked for a refund and have not heard anything. They keep taking money out my account and it doesnt even work. Its been almost 2 months and im still getting charged for something i have cancelled. I want my money back for the two months.

This is a scam app and it doesn't even work. I sent letters and they were never received. Then the app keeps trying to take money out of my account and won't let me cancel services. I'm going to have to go to the bank and do a stop payment. Things like this is why I don't like using my card.

I love this service. Have been using it for years with no issue. My friend always gets his mail and he loves the fact that I send him so many letters. Still can't believe it is so cheap for such a great service.

i have been having a problem with the app after i sent the first letter. it freezes when i hit submit. how can i cancel so i wont get charged the 8.99 + tax

The idea of this app is great but the people operating it need to step it up Its ridiculous to pay for this app but to still have ads pop up Plus no response that my letters have been sent

After a call from customer service, I changed my rating from 1 to 4, they credited my account back, and noted that issues were resolved, if I choose to come back. Thank you

Downloaded the app after the talk you gave at my school. (I was in the far back) and now I can easily communicate with my brother. thank you so much.

Absolutely horrible!! I canceled services because I did not use it enough. And they continued to charge me after I personally called and spoke to a rep. He told me he would cancel it and he did not. I called again today and spoke to someone again. And he said 'they would take care of it', we will see...

Very helpful when contacting friends and family. Dont forget, they continously need store food and shower supplies.

Think its a scam.. They took my money with out authorization.. And you can never reach noone.. And they will not return any calls or emails..

App is not good. Cannot get response from customer service to stop the app.

This Is a very outstanding app which allows you to stay in contact with your family members in prison and allow them to not miss out on anything ...really greatful for this app

I did everything i was told to and tryed send a letter it says select a imate when i try yo push the button nothing happen been trying send a merry christmas since 8am and stoll cant send a letter

I am trying to cancel and it will not let me cancel so it keeps taking money off my credit card I wanted stuff down immediately

Everytime I try to send my pictures and letter the app shuts down i will not be paying for this

This is amazaing app very helpful. True time saver!!!
