Was hesitant after reading all difficulties but tried it. The signing up part, piece of cake,basic info. Submitting it said my email n username didnt match. It meant my email i entered twice. Cap sensitive. But it doesnt say submission sucessful or anything. Its a great app, needs work for signing up. I love it, more then jail funds, but sign up online on a browser, then sign into the app. Also email conf. was never sent.i checked spam. I had to request online another. No option for that in app.

This app has to be updated constantly. It gives me error messages once its updated that are inaccurate. So i have to unstall and reinstall the app to get rid of the error messages.

Small bugs from time to time. Having an issue with it not allowing me to save my username sign in,etc. Other than that it's a very reliable way to stay in contact with my loved one.

Usually works fine but its not letting me add money...I'm furious! I'm gonna try uninstalling then reinstalling. Its says I have a new message but it's not showing me the message and its charging me for it! This sorry app needs to be updated or something.

Never got a chance to use it. The initial registration page is outofcontrol ridiculous. Halfway thru filling it out I forgot who I was. By the time I dealt with all my existential difficulties I pretty much just lost interest. I don't even know any inmates.

Wasted my time completing the lengthy registration just for it to tell me every username under the sun already existed. Went to the login and used my information and it tells me the "user is inactive" which made absolutely no sense, so, long story short, I immediately uninstalled the app. Only tried it because I can't get Jailfunds, which is what I recommend highly over this app and all apps similar. Use Jailfunds instead. Trust me.

I used to love this app but now all it does is force close all the time. I can't send pictures or write messages cause it just stops. Please fix soon thanks

This is bar none the very best and quickest app to communicate thru email with your incarcerated loved ones!!! I wish all prisons and jails had this for their inmates

Only for GA & Fl states. I will be happy to change my rating when all states are available. I rated the service aspect honestly according to my knowledge base regarding ur app.

I haven't been able to send a picture and have to use the website instead of the app. Getting started was very frustrating.

this is a great app. i just wish it didnt occassionally kick me off and delete everything i took so long to write. other than that its amazing!

This is a very good app to have so you can relay messages to each other when and if youre out of phone time and cant speak to your loved one

It took me awhile to figure out but I got it done but I don't blame this app but I was wondering why they don't have an icon I can just click on I thought that would pop up once I downloaded the app

Downloaded and signed up only to find out my state isn't even included. How about warning people in your description that you only service 2 states??

App is not very user friendly. I've encountered lots of issues when logging in.

Can't get past the screen when I log in. It says NO DATA FOUND. I've uninstalled and installed it 3 times now.

worked great up intil the Dec update. The app will not update. uninstalled and try reinstall but it will not.

when attempting to search for an inmate, thwe is no drop down menu for selecting a facility.

why is it down loading again then how do i get to my husband name it states search from list what damn list this update just screwed all what i had set up . pissed off i want to hear from my husband ive been waiting 8 damn hours

app keeps crashing when trying to upload photo to send.

I just wish we were able to type emojis😪, it's no fun without em😪.

I hate that almost ever week you have to Update this app. It works just Leave it alone.
