Do NOT fall for this!!! Any good reviews are more likely from them and not actual customers. They ripped my 72 yr old mom off and just kept saying read the instructions and never answering any of our questions. My mom paid Paypal so a case was opened and they canceled/suspended the account she made with them. So she no longer had $20 but also no account. In order to resume her account to try and use their service she had to close the Paypal case....what a bunch of crooks!!! Their whole agenda is very misleading and my mom being 72 yrs old fell prey to their greedy theiving scam!!! Enjoy your $20 you ripped off from my mom!!! Get a real job crooks!!!!! I think everyone who got ripped off should flag these scammers!!!
Your "no refund" policy should be at the beginning of the description, as well as the fact that you have to go through so many other hoops to get this app to work. Have not been able to speak to the person, yet my account has been debited $4.95 already. Can you explain that?

Using the app in michigan with a California phone number. I love it! The jail my brother is in restricts forwarding so i talk to him right on the app. Saving a lot compared to before.

Its not complicated. You get a phone number, and add time with it and use the number with jails service provider to save money on collect calls. What's the problem???
I would NEVER recommended this app to anyone! This is a complete SCAM! My money was taken off my card but funds were never deposited to my account! Do NOT use this app!
This app stole my money and never worked its a ripoff
It will not allow me to login after I already registered and downloaded the app it keeps saying invalid credentials and there is no way to contact you via email. Pls help
Its not working i paid and it wont let me view my account or re-sign in. I called customer service they say they are CLOSED and are open from 9am-5pm EST well its 2:22pm EST and I cant get through. Also they havent updated their email ask support. its 'under construction.' FRAUDS!

I live in the same state as my incarcerated brother so its local. Is this app wanting me to pay 3 cents a min ontop of what the jail charges me? Why would someone increase their charges?!

Downloaded and hand my friend call from jail did not work at all they wanted me to add more money after i added some my friend than could not call back and than this company will not refund anything back they will rob you and just smile do not download
