Constantly disconnects calls, freezes, and everytime that happens it takes one minute from your visit. So if you're on a call and get kicked off 20 times, guess what...20 minutes you paid for is gone. And it's not cheap. This app is a money grabbing waste of time.

Don't download this app.i've been trying since Easter to hv a visit with my loved one and it goes to a blue screen with no names on it or the app has a circle spinning on the front like it's buffering but nv loads.

Total waste of time and money and nothing but a hassle, same on their website. Haven't got to see your loved one forever due to covid, then having to pay to do it for something that doesn't work is total BS. They could barely hear me and couldn't see me at all only lines and disconnected and reconnected multiple times in 20 minutes.

This app mislead you. It does not use all jails. It doesn't even use the jail in my state. Not to mention it's connected to jail atm. They initially acted as though they were going to add funds to the account that I had registered. From my prisoner. Turns out they don't have a contract with him you can't even get money sent to them I put a deposit on texting. And they kept my money all sales are final. Well it's not a sale if you honestly cannot even provide service right? They're stealing.

So i am using an lg phoenix 4 and i think i figured out how to use thins thing. Download this app, yes, but schedule your visits and such through chrome or whatever web browser, and even start the visitation through the browser, but when its time to get the video visit started, come back to this app and click on the name, there should be a green dot beside it if theyre online. I was having issues with audio and video in the browser, doing what i did fixed all that.

Constantly disconnects. Visits aren't long enough as it is and when you have to log in repeatedly it takes away from visit. Says already logged in to other device. This is not correct. I log out of everything prior to visitation. Customer service blames my connection or inappropriate behavior. Neither are correct. I have also tried going through website which is just as bad. Not to mention the rates are ridiculous. The only thing that your company has going for you are compassionate reps.

This is the most retarded app I've ever used to my life! Can't set up a visit on it, and once you set your visit up online and use the app you spend half of your visit time reconnecting and logging back in! luckily it don't charge you for the minute you're not connected! I guess it saves my minutes!!

When using the app U, [¹] Open this app, [²] Sign in, with username & password. [³] Click on the inmates name. The app just opens browser to inmate sales homepage! Where... U guessed it! U have 2 do steps [²] & [³] for a 2nd time!? When U could have just started by opening the browser & signing in, initially it's just ridiculous imo❢

This app is absolutely terrible. It's always disconnecting me in the middle of visits, always freezing up, booting me off, making me log in again. I spend a lot of money with inmate sales and waste even more in lost time where it keeps messing up. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! It's getting ridiculous.

You have to schedule a visit and then at the scheduled time you have to be on their app and wait for your loved one to appear online and then click call. But there's no instructions telling you that, I just kinda had to mess with it til I figured it out. It's ridiculous!

What is the point of this app!? It is TOTALLY USELESS! Everytime I am n contact with ur reps they say to download the app bc it is better for the visit, that is TOTALLY FALSE! The ONLY thing that is good about Inmate sales is the reps. I've spent so much money to the company& cant even get compensated a visit, any minutes for apparently something on my end. Its ALWAYS something on my end, even if its not.

It's the worst!!!! My kids dad hasn't been able to chirp their dad I have called several times they are un helpful and won't refund the money or change the chirp out they said to change out the chirp for a different one it would cost $200 I say the jails need to go with a different company!!!!!!! So bad I don't even give them one star!!!! But u have to just to leave the review!!!!

Works half the time. Crashes and closes the other half. We spend half of our time closing and restarting the app. You would think for all the money being charged that all of the kinks would be worked out. Guess not.

Has no information whatsoever how to navigate the app at all. It makes no sense and on mine it only shows credits I have and who I have on my visit list. This app is the worst of all.

All of the reviews for the past 6 months have given it nothing but negative and one Stars I did download it but I'm really afraid to install it into my phone all the negative nothing by any of the developers for contact nothing resolved I am uninstalling this without putting it to my phone I'll find a better app

Absolutely garbage. All I get is a page full of blank lines across the screen. Also says no deposits even though there has been.

Horrible app. Let me login but the only thing that shows up is a bunch of lines. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling it but it didn't work. The website is much better and I suggest that you don't download this app

App wont let me login although website lets me login just fine. The blue screen just sits there like it's repeatedly loading or refreshing, even though I've touched nothing. What a waste. Guess I have to use the website, why have an app?

I downloaded the app because on my laptop (yes I'm using Chrome) the sound works fine but when I tried to do a visit with my boyfriend I couldn't hear anything but he could hear me and after the visit I played a video on my laptop to see if it was my laptop but sound played just fine i have a visit with him today so I downloaded the app BUT EVERY TIME I OPEN THE APP IT JUST HAS THE LOADING CIRCLE I tried Uninstalling and installing again did the same thing fones updated turned off/on same thing

Easy App to Send Money to loves one in jail. You can money to phone, email etc. Was quickly and easily able to send money to loved one with a fee. And when loved one got out of jail, before he was able to use it, they refund me the initial deposit minus the fee. Thanks 😁 happy customer

Website doesn't work properly so I downloaded app. Still didn't work properly. And they asked for storage permissions record audio video + more . Unnecessary imo

This app doesnt work. I will order package app tells me its processing and then i go back to check and nothing was sent . Ive been trying for 2 weeks to get visits it hasnt allowed me. It is so frustrating and most difficult not user friendly .

App should have instructions on how to use. More importantly, a good thing to add would be a notification win the inmate is on so you can communicate; instead of grasping at straws as to when they are online and available for a visit.

This app is useless. Can't schedule visits with it. Can't purchase talk or video visit time with it . Can't start the video visit with it. Just use the website and phone number. Have to call to schedule all visits but can at least start the video visit and check money amounts on the website which is way more than this app does

Cant even log in on this app. Keeps saying it cant find my profile. One would think an app used for locked up loved ones would be better managed. Major thumbs down. Hopefully the jail switches companies soon.

The app won't even download. Other things are downloading, but not this. My connection is strong so I'm not sure what the problem is. Going to try on chrome.

Ok tried to login and all I get is an error saying user ID is null but can go online and login fine I found out from a friend that if you buy a phone card through the website that the inmate will not get it either

Better to use the website. And even that sucks. On the app all I got was a ue screen with a bunch of lines on it. Nothing else. I thought the website was bad, but this app is even worse.
