It has stopped working after latest update. It never opens. Please fix it. Edit on 4/15 issue resolved.
Horrible app. In order to open an account, you ought to undergo facial recognition, but the process does not work. I tried for 30 minutes endless trying it over and over again. I won't recommend anyone using this app It's poorly designed combaring to other banks such as ZA banks.
Waste a lot of time for mobile registration.. Scanning of ID is so difficult. take me one hour to register but still cannot go thru..

Keep crashing when opening the app after upgrading to the latest version
extremely slow and not even responding. security trading, credit card info, always not responding at all.....very bad.
I have already updated the app to latest version in PlayStore,but no matter how many times I open the app, it just kept on checking for upgrade & then prompted a message "Please update to latest version".Better to fix the bug & do away with this silly message (i.e. allow users the option to choose when to update the app,e.g. when there's Wi-Fi available).
Updates every month. Dashboard needs to be simplified. Too much going on...
Easy to use. Most of the banking services can be managed via the apps. No need to wait for long time at branch. Investment function is easy to navigate and transact.
Unable to open the app ..would rather give 0 stars if possible
After downloading the update, am having an error, sys100. It says system is busy and try it later. I tried morning, noon time, evening, even deleted the app and reinstalled, clear cache/data. All failed and still having the same error. Can't use the app at all.
Cannot open apps. Show only white screen after loading. Unistalled and reinstalled a few times and still the same. This could well be a reason for closing the bank account.
After updated the app, its completely crushed!
Garbage!!! Tired many times to open account with ID scan, tried different Locations, different lighting conditions. Everytime failed.
Terrible, after getting personal photos done, it was not even told me whether my application was completed and just flipped a "Welcome" sign and asked me loggin to start resumming my application. I have done it over 5 times, retaking id many times and spent 4 hours still have no showing success. It just repeatedly told me to resume after l was told the id was accepted and confirmed details, and personal photos were accepted. Also could not get it done .Very frustrated. Bad app&admin.
Always run in the background. Why? Force stop multiple but it would keep running behind. It also forces user to download update pack frequently. Why? just like the other users mentioned this app is a gimmick only. if user wanna use the bank account like other banks, must visit branches. And the process is like you have never opened any bank accounts thru the app. Still have to give them ID to copy, the staffs still have to copy the ID details by hand manually. They just pretend to be modern.
Not a very good apps. After Making transactions Can not make any screen shot. Or The image is save after transaction can not be traced out later. so you will have no record or any type of proof to satisfy your customer. that money have sent already.
The sms verification system was taking ages to send the one-time password back. By the time i received the password it was already expired and i couldn't continue the process Could you please look into this issue asap?
The app is asking for storage permission when it was going to take photos of my ID. This is absolutely not necessary! Other banking apps don't ask for storage permission when they verify ID!!! Not honest.
Tried to login in the morning during office hours. For more than 45mins, I still cant login to my account. It keeps showing the message "login unsuccessful" or "system busy". Srsly disappointed.
Buggy app and credit card information update is way too slow, takes days to check my spending, looks like manual input instead of auto update. This app doesn't look like a banking app in 2021.
The worst virtual bank App and customer service. Not user friendly at all. It is just a nightmare. I have also registered Mox, ZA Bank and Livi; they are all very good but definitely not this one.
horrible experience, especially with the facial recognition. it failed several times recognising my face ad eventually asked me to go through the whole registration process again
Very time consuming and annoying each time using this app. Need to enter user name and password for a few times before we can use the app! ! !
Complete waste of time. ID scan never worked. tried 7 times to scan ID. TRIED 2 phones. Cannot even register.
The online banking system sucks, like for bill payment u need 24hrs to activate a template and another 24hrs to process a payment. Never seen an online banking platform as stupid as that.
Slow reaction each time and stuck for screen popping up. Each update not improved and I hope this time getting better.
Bad app design. Confusing. After going thru the troubles of filling the form, it does not accept my address of a village in NT at the end.
no longer able to download e-statement from the app. When click on PDF icon it flash and nothing pops up. I've granted file access right for the app. Also tried reinstall the whole app still the same problem!!
