I think this app is actually really great fpr exercises and they are quick and efficient. My main issue is the body shaming and making people feel awful about their body. I understand that the creators used body shaming as a form of encouragement but I would prefer body positivity.

The exercises are ok, but i think this app should keep its opinions to itself. There's so much sexist nonsense in it. Not to mention the fat shaming. Just show people how to do the exercises and keep your encouragements to yourself if your idea of encouragement is telling people what you put on the app. Ps: alot of us don't care if men find thigh gaps hot,i'm doing this for myself. Remove this from the reasons to get a thigh gap or better still just remove the whole thing.

Worst app I've found! So demeaning with added body shaming. Benefits of a thigh gap- 'men find thicker women less attractive' 'thicker thighs don't look good in skirts or skinny jeans' just to name 2! Then to be attacked after entering weight and height to be shown RED and told I'm in a seriously dangerous condition. As a vet I understand how the anatomy of the body works and being 5,7 weighing 9.4 stone and wearing a eu size 36 UK size 8 is not DANGEROUS!
