this app doesnt let u do anything
Constantly freezes up, adds food/calories multiple times, takes forever to load, only works half the time. The Innergy program is great, but this app is absolute, utter garbage. The only reason it's getting one star is because I couldn't give it less. Seriously, this junker needs a complete overhaul.
I never write a review, but this app is completely useless. Right now I'm trying to open it, and it just won't. Once you do get it open and try to add foods, it adds it twice. And you can't make changes to anything that you do, all you can do is just delete it. The database for available food is also very limited.
This app is horrible. After several tries of installing THIS app, it will not load. I TRIED TO ENTER FOOD ENTRIES AND EXERCISE TRACKER ON MY DESKTOP. THE CHOICES ARE VERY LIMITED. THE DEVELOPERS OF THIS APP SHOULD START OVER. MAYBE, THEY SHOULD TALK TO THE MY FITNESS PAL DEVELOPERS FOR HELP.
The app is slightly better than the website... I need to weigh in but the app won't update it, and now I can't even enter food. There's no option on the app to submit errors and issues easily. This is making the program hard to stick to.
Freezes constantly this is my second install. Records food several times for one entry. Needs a bar scanner but if you don't need the app don't bother many better free ones out there.
Man, I really wanted to use this app, but it just won't load. It worked great for the first week, then it wouldn't go past the loading screen. I reinstalled twice, same story. Aside from not being able to even use the app, I think the developers should take a look at other calorie counting apps like my fitness pal, because adding food is quite a task and the app often inserts entries multiple times. So, unfortunately, this app is getting deleted and if I child give it zero stars, I would.
App needs improvement to be really useful, but the biggest issue is it just stopped working a few weeks ago. It will not open. I uninstalled and now it won't even reinstall. And I noticed it hasn't been updated since 2015. Live the innergy program but the app is useless.
Apparently I am not allowed to register. Very disappointing as I use the online tool multiple times a day.
App stopped working. After 4 times of unistalling and reinstalling I'm done. I never found it helpful. Food database is horrible compared to other logs. Feels like this app was built in 2003 and on a shoestring budget. The developers failed
Constantly messes up and you can't update or add your information
App is crap. Freezes all the time and that's saying you can even get the app to load. A majority of the time you can't even open it. It adds multiple food items when you don't want it to. You have to add food one by one then you can't edit after it's on there. You have to delete and start over. This app doesn't even deserve one star.
Same issues that all listed below! Wish the app would work as I love Innergy!
This app is not working I tried to register and it keep giving me an error message "Not Eligible "
It's not horrible...when it works. Unfortunately, it will only run about 50% of the time. Like right now, for the last 3 days.
Cannot even get the app to open. Why is this still a problem when there have been reviews stating this is a problem for months?
The app takes forever to login, and duplicates my entries.

I liked it because it loaded with the program I am in but once my phone update, it does nothing. Now it says I'm not eligible. Also it would be great to be able to scan food into it and you can't and there isn't alot of food saved into its data base.
It only worked for about a week and like other reviews, it will not let you pass the start up screen. Waste of time.
Finally figured out it had a compatibility issue with Samsung TouchWiz. Worked great for a week then wouldn't go past the start screen. Reinstalled and now it won't let me sign in at all.
But now it has been frozen for several days. I uninstalled and reinstalled hoping it would fix it and now it will not even recognize me as a member.

When will the app work again? It no longer recognizes me.

Ineligible, but signed up online. had to enter info, but told me I was ineligible. However, I was able to sign up online.
