This app is very good, this is what I needed! Why I gave five stars is, "aesthetic pastel colour, fun, very relaxing, have cute profiles" I love this app it makes my day very good 💖💖 but, there's one thing I didn't liked. I need to pay for the stuff, and it pops out sometimes randomly. But, keep up the good work!
When I started to get too overwhelmed, I found myself not talking to anyone. I also found myself not hearing people much. Some people will talk to me and I could not hear them till they scream. I began dozing off, not getting much sleep, and thinking too much. When I hopped on this app, all my troubles went away! Thank you so much to the person who created this app. You are very loved in my heart 💚
Language used is very soothing and relatable to real conversation. Flow of words and sequence of everything is pleasing. BUT I AM NOT GETTING REMINDER OF MY GOALS. NO EMAIL ADDRESS IS PROVIDED TO CONTACT I need reminders else it will be useless to me. *Checked battery optimisation and notification settings *Kindly assist.
This app has given me both the understanding of my areas of struggle along with clear concise and time appropriate ways to take action. I genuinely look forward to my 'Inner Hour' time each day! It is organized and easy to use. I'm so grateful.
Great once you get to grips with it. It didn't update the date and day for a few days which was a bit frustrating! But once it did it was really helpful. I love checking off the goals, doing the exercises and reading the tips and articles. Worth paying for!
This is the best app for stress or can't sleep and much more stuff then that. The video are the best. Everyone in my family has it. My favourite is the Deep breath at night with a spray of lavender missed. It is the beat app i could find in the world. And there a lot of app in the world according to stress
I have used other mental health apps before, this one just wasted my time. I felt i was getting forced into self help on a digital platform. When somebody seeks help the first thing they think of is therapy not self help! It took 1min for this app to push membership options into my face! The questions seemed absolutely dull! I didn't have my preferred language listed as a filter (its Bengali and its not a segmented language that people don't speak! Its a language of a state!). Word limit 500😑!
I love how it has many things to help with and a quiz to understand what your going through. theres even no ads! unlike other apps, since they just help right away without asking about your situation. In a nutshell, this is very helpful and much better in my opinion!
Inner hour is like personal therapist for me, every day whether it be 5 minutes or 10 minutes the exercises and time I spend on this app are always calming and stress relieving, being a student, stress and tension is always present but because of this app I have started being more mindful and relieved. Thank you to the awesome developers who have made such a wonderful app!
It's a very simple daily guide to help with anger(my personal need for help). The answers seem obvious and straightforward and the practices are simple but it states it in a calm way that while you repeat the ectivities each day it truly helps to build a repetitive toolbox against angry outbursts. This app alone will not fix the personal problems in life, but it is a tremendous assistance to building quality habits.
A little spoon of patience and u will be good to go, my life had a drastic change with the help of innerhour. The calm, optimistic environment of the app, just already brings a sense of relief. The user interface, activities, courses, every thing is just perfect. Thanks innerhour.
The guided meditations are great. Everything else... not so great. It almost feels overwhelming and confusing. I don't understand what is supposed to be accomplished. I guess that part just isn't for me. I'll continue to use it for the meditations.
I must say (to my surprise) that i would recommend this app. I use the free version at present and if you understand how to use the app and all the tools accessible to you, you can tailor it to your own needs quite well. I am so impressed with this app that I am going to purchase the full package. I would suggest using it free at first to see if its for you, I've been through ptsd therapy for 5 years now and this app really does help so 🤷🏼♀️ each to their own :)
Having to suffer from really bad anxiety,stress and worry this app has taught me how I can deal with all these emotions.its a cute little app and I can't wait to do more activitys I have suggested it to many friends and they all love the app I think if you have problems download it!
I didn't have to pay for the pay plan yet, I have been able to still work on my inner hours, I still learn and do activities that have oddly helped me out. I didn't think this was going to work for me,but it really has help me focus in things I need to do and things I didn't know about myself. Seeing patterns of my feelings. This is a Great app if your looking for help in multiple different areas in your life not just one

it's one of the best app that I ever uploaded. It's just very helpful if you are in a bad moment (like depression for example).. I really love it beacause every day you make activities that help you get better. Try it!!
It's very helpful so far. I am exploring myself more than before. No glitches in the app at all so far. I like that there is a free course to help with my anxiety because I can't pay for any course right now.
It looks like a good app and will be helpful, but I have difficulty listening to audio books and I sometimes can't understand the accent used in the ones here, so for those guided meditations and audio books ect, would there be a way to have a option to see it written down to read instead? That would be really nice!
This is great app! I have no problem for now but it could be better if there was a bot that can understand and solve our life problems like I mean for example I have an issue and I wanna share it to someone but I cant share it cause I have trust issues so I could write my problem to bot and could help me chose decision but this is great app overall :>
This is the best app on my mobile. I love using this app. They provide so many features. This app makes me feel better. It is just like having a personal therapist.this app also help me to deal with depression and anxiety. It's a good app for people who have problems in communicating their own thoughts to the people surrounding them..this app just gives you a better idea of what your problem is by answering some questions and sooner may you'll be able to identify even it's solution..and people whose support you need can actually go through this app in your phone and realise what's bothering you...I can't keep a diary but in this app you just have to answer some questions which is easy.
I'm writing this to get the developer's attention. You cannot edit goals, if you want to change the time of your reminder, you have to delete and remake the goal, if it's the original body awareness exercise, you have to go through programs and find the specific part that adds it to your goals. This is not a positive, it's a hindrance. I'm competing similar apps, they don't this problem. Best fix it so I we both can achieve our goals, yes?
