Most accurate and if don't understand types (indesernment or for part to speak louder) only problem is if the lines are busy unable to receive or make calls!
I am severely deaf and this app helps me, but I cannot get incoming calls, please let me know why? Also tried the +app and it's the same thing and my caller tells me that they cannot hear me
Ok for outgoing calls. Incoming calls often go straight to voicemail. Too often.
people i call often complain about the calls are grabled. the captioning often miss spells words.
I'm a candidate for Cochlear implants and this is the only app that I can use to speak and understand what is being said to me on a cell phone or any phone I am very pleased with this app.
I can't live without it
Very efficient app. This app works great. I've used several captioning apps. Many are very glitchy. There were 2 that I liked before trying this. One was discontinued years ago. The other was working fine but went haywire all of a sudden as most do. Hopefully this will keep working. Its efficient, accurate, and the captions are fast, there is minimal lag time and accuracy is great.
It's a very handy app I have never been able to talk on the phone well until now. However there are a few issues I have quite a few times the phone automatically hangs up and I've had to call several times to get through or that all CA are busy and have to try calling back several minutes later but once it goes through it is a very good app and most operators type well however a few are a few second behind. Also wish it could be under my number so friends and family don't have to have two different numbers to call an to text me. Otherwise great app!
I do not how to use this app. It gives no real instructions to how to use this app. I am deaf in left ear and heard of hearing in right. Please with some real instructions on how to use this app, please.

Was great until it updated today. Now phone calls just go to voicemail. Waiting for support to text me back.
Cannot use this app after today's update. It keeps telling me to update the app to fix minor bug issues. Please fix ASAP. I'm dealing with a family emergency and I desperately need to use the phone.

I have used this app for one week and very impressed with performance and ease of use . It has made my smartphone my friend for phone calls. I have a galaxy note 4- thank you to the developers. I am a happy Camper.
App closes in Galaxy Note 8 with Oreo update. Please fix.
I bought old Samsung Prime and had hard time get it work. Someone on FB guided me thru and it works. Now I got new Samsung Galaxy S5 and cut me off in mid due to Tmobile service but it works after next tried.
I use Samsung 5 and the app crashes after two seconds into the app itself after the loading part. Please fix it. I really need it so I can give my real review
I wish I could have found it sooner. I love it. Its a lifesaver. Im giving a four because its not under my phone number instead their. I wish it would be under my number. When I make the call friends n family do not recognize the number. Overall its wonderful app

Most awesome app I have
**Update** New features so you don't have to give out 2 phone numbers. You can set it up to fwd to your cell number and even have your cell number show up on the caller ID.** **ALSO there is a new version that I have moved to that uses VOIP it works awesome! Innocaption+ Plus** Better than the others. I have tried them all. Accuracy leaves a lot to be desired. Often a bunch of nonsense. But enough of a lifesaver to still give 4 stars. I have gotten to know which captioners (#) are the best. Frustrated when captioners are not available. Happens way too often.
Overall it's a good app, probably the best for a mobile platform. However there is one very annoying and glaring issue: sometimes the calls suddenly stop captioning as if they person providing translation has suddenly fallen asleep. This usually happens whenever they person stops talking to let you respond. Caption doesn't always resume when the person continues talking. The second glaring issue is sometimes when the caption reaches the bottom of the screen, it stops captioning (even if the auto-stroll feature is on). I really wish they would fix these issues because this has been happening since I downloaded the app 4 months ago. It can be very inconsistent in that way.
Compared to Hamilton or clearcaptions I'd say this app is a much better one if not the best. It has a build in keypad so you don't need to switch between apps when selecting options. Captions are displayed very fast faster than any other app I've tried. A few issues is sometimes calls are not connected because CAs are unavailable or words are not spelt correctly. But no app can ever be 100%. You deserve my 5 stars.
I downloaded it hoping to finally be able to make calls. I tried many times and all i got were all "ca's were busy now. So its useless if when we really need to make a call we can't. Guess its run by people vs a machine processing words.
I wish I found this sooner! Customer service got right back to me! I'm definitely recommending this to others that I know that need it!

I enjoy using InnoCaption, it's made a difference in my getting and placing calls, I feel more comfortable using the phone.
