With the branch in your pocket, you can:

• Pay bills now or set up payments for the future
• Schedule payments: view and edit upcoming bills and transfers
• Transfer money between your accounts, or to other Credit Union members
• Use INTERAC e-Transfer† to send money securely via email or text
• Keep track of foreign exchange rates
• Choose to display your balances onscreen without having to log in
• Get messages about your account straight to your phone

To take advantage of the full functionality of this app, you must already be registered and have logged in to Online Banking. If you are not an Online Banking member, you can still use the Branch/ATM locator, Rates and our Contact Us information.

There is no charge for the app but mobile data downloading and Internet charges may apply. Check with your mobile phone provider for details.

Your security is our priority, which is why our mobile banking app uses the same level of secure protection as our full Online Banking website. You log in with the same membership details and once you log out or close the app, your secure session will end.

Gitches need to be fixed. I used to live this app, very simple to use not overly complicated. But it keeps saying "network unavailable" or something like that, then I can't log in. My settings have not changed so even if I "check settings" I can't fix it. Also, there needs to be an option to view your password. If you can't see it then you will end up locking yourself out; good luck getting an associate to help you unlock it on the weekend or stats.

It's not a bad app at all but there are minor changes I would really love to see. When transferring money or paying a bill I know you can select the name but it would be wonderful to see the balance as well. Solid little app but definitely has improvements needed.

App needs an update, for some reason I have to uninstall and reinstall the app almost every time just to login. Also frequently get the error message that there is no network carrier or Wi-Fi access, even though I have unlimited data and a cell phone tower is just a few blocks away. Pleased fix these soon or I will be moving to another bank as I do all my banking online.

Not user friendly. When you open app it will not connect to Wi-Fi I've actually had the agents at the credit Union Look at this and they can't even get it hooked up to 3rd Wi-Fi for their own app to work. I do not recommend this app at all!

The app is not very user friendly, it seems to be down for something way too often and doesn't have the options other apps like my CIBC app. Definitely could use some work. Indo like to have the quick view of my balance without having to.sign in though.

I love this app sometimes we have issues with out banking but it is quickly resolved online before I even have a chance to worry. Thanks for always fixing things on the go and letting us know when you can what is happening for online maintenance and such. Have a great new year!

Great app when working. I now for the last month have had to Uninstall and reinstall every time that I want to use it. My ph is brand new so it it not my ph. Something with the app itself. Kinda a pain to have to keep doing this each time. Have never had a problem with it previously.

It's alright, but how about enabling fingerprint authentication for Android (I have an S20 FE 5G) and I hate having to put my password in each time to login. No option in settings to enable it either.

Honestly, this is half the reason I can't wait to switch banks because more often than not I get the "no network carrier or wifi available" pop-up even though I am connected and it takes forever to reestablish a connection.

13.18.6 - on phones like the s10e can't take photos of cheques. Your app puts the take photo button right on top of the home button so every time you take a photo you exit the app.

Standard CU app that many credit unions in Canada use. BASIC functions... Like bill pay and interac eTransfers, the more advanced stuff like viewing your statement and transfers to externally linked accounts require you to log in on the desktop version.

Doesn't work properly, it always says no Network, or Carrier Access so I have to go into my phone settings and reset the whole app every single time I use this app.. Trash Fix this absolute dog shiiiii app or delete it

Had my account since I was 18 and I love the service. Only complaint is that credit unions don't associate with each other so it can be hard some times if theres no local innovation. And whats up with that? I see lots of affinity and conexus banks. Innovation is so rare to find. We need more innovations.

Camera button for cheque pics is at same place as home button on phone. So every time you want to take a picture of a cheque you can't because it minimizes the screen to your home screen.

Since the last android update I can no longer open this app.. it goes from the opening screen to well a blank grey one and there it stops.. so sad.. hope this gets fixed soon.. really enjoyed using this banking app.

Alright app from what i saw when i checked it out. Removed it due to not being able to shut off ALL permissions. Ill just use the web login for the reasons above.

Awesome bank I've been with innovation for almost 7 years and no e-transfer fees but the bad thing I don't like is its the slowest and last bank to get direct deposit in other then that innovation is a great bank!

Buggy and slow. Looping log ins and the constant slow refreshes make it pretty painful to use.
