good app. clear and easy to use. mobile deposit are easy and generally clear super quick. I've referred people to the bank because itself because of Easy use, professionalism, and the promotions to be paid for using your checks/debit card all while Dave in the IT department has been "retroactively" trying to go back and retrieve the money i qualified for yet didn't receive. i trust that after three months he's still working on that...
everytime I open the app it immediately gives an error message that something went wrong, try restarting your device and then as soon as I choose ok it closes. I've tried everything with no results. Deleted. i dont need apps that waste space
App works well 👍, great bank for car and boat loans. Great credit card program. Great local bank. If they had better interest rates they would be holding a lot more of my savings. But they're so good on some of the other services they offer I try to keep at least 20,000 with them.
This app is very easy to use !!!!I love this app. !!!!It helps me so much!!! I use this app more times during the daytime than I do at night though,, and even though often it sometimes becomes when your fluctuating accounts difficult and it appears as if there's something desired often......... However,, for the most part I consider this one of the best apps in the world thank you so much!!!! I love you!!!
Works okay but could use some improvements. For instance, mobile check deposit is a feature that appears available but is not activated. has been that way for years. activate that feature, IFCU, and you'll get 5* from me
We have everything money and the use of it at our fingers since we signed with Innovation. We are very pleased and happy with our first Banking experience so far!!!! Innovations has set the tone for our family.

I got an email stating there was a patch on the 23rd. I uninstalled and reinstalled, still not working on my Pixel 3. (Update) App is now working. TY!
I love the app, have never had any problem. It is convenient and easy to check my account, transfer money. Great people there too!
App is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I've dealt with every credit union in town, Innovations is by far the best!
online banking is great. as long as you dont need to talk to anybody on the phone seems like they go ouy of the way not to answere. iv had my account for 3 years and only able to talk 3 times on the phone
Enjoy not having a correct balance available, Have cash in your account but feel like giving your bank $30 a transaction even when you haven't gone into a negative, than this is the bank and app for you!
This used to be a really Dependable app easy to use then they decided to update it and make it better now every time I try to access the app it tells me I must restart the app before I can go into the app.
Every time I try to make a mobile deposit in one of my accounts, it tells me I'm not authorized to do so. I have to uninstall and reinstall this app each time I need to make a mobile deposit in a different account.
The only problem I have with my money is my uhaul account and the woman over it is bleeding me dry and I am sbout to loose everything. I cant get a loan to go get my stuff from storage because of my credit score. I dont owe enough to get a loan to help with it. I need a loan for about $13,000 to pay off all my bills debt buy a car get insurance change my license to OH and the cost of the trip of getting my belongings with truck and all and fixing extra payments with the manager and get refunded.
Staff located on hwy 77 are outstanding. They are very helpful and always have a very MERRY and professional style. Great people.👍🤗
Updated to a 5 star on the account they fixed my only real issue with the app. App works wonderfully and as intended, can't say anything bad about it now.
i can't think of a bad thing to say about this app. I think the app has only been down once but it wasn't for long and was for security patching reasons. GG Innovations. GG.
Dismal at best. I bank with USAA and NFCU and they lap this bank day and night. No need to go into specifics because every aspect of the banking experience with Innovations is sub par.
Innovations has always been there to help me with whatever financial needs I may have. Also the staff is very friendly and professional.

Online is great, ive only run into issues trying to get information on the site as it pertains to business and persnal accts.

the overall functionality of the app is great. It's very nice to be able to get a quick balance see transaction history and do transfers on the Fly. I would rate it higher but the app seems to have an issue where anytime I try to login I must attempt it three times to actually get in the app.
