Innway - Find your wallet, keys

For a time, my phone did not offer separation alerts. Maybe because of Android 12 changes and a delayed update due to my phone believing it was always connected to mobile data? Either way, separation alerts are working again and I like the "short leash" on the wallet so I don't walk far without it. While at home, I use the do not disturb functions to avoid separation alerts when I don't need them. I highly recommend this product to anyone unafraid of a little research.

It's still being updated but the app is unusable. Icon/buttons unresponsive, map feature worked and laggy, simple selection of password reset leads to a blank screen and freezes the app. Nothing really works on the software end. Too bad, the card itself seems to work. Waste of money, buy Tiles or something equivalent

*update 10-Aug-2021*-the app has become extremely clunky and slow. This has nothing to do with phone specs I bought the innway card for a wallet and my experience so far is that there are several bugs on this app. 1) once in Pairing mode the app finds it difficult to find the device. 2) once paired, restart your phone, and start the app and try to find your recently paired device... Does it work? No. I think there must be some kind of Bluetooth polling service that isn't starting with the app.

Its a very basic app, but it does the job. Would love to have a vibrate only mode for the separation alarm, as it is VERY VERY loud, which isn't always what I want. Another missing feature is the ability to turn off the alarm in a single tap from the notification. These missing features combined make it problematic when it accidentally goes off because something temporary cut the connection.

Nope. It only works if the app is open. When you close the app the wallet starts ringing. I was super excited to see how well it worked unil I figured that out. Also the separation alert only rings your phone. I would rather it sent me a notification so if I choose to I could leave the wallet in the car. I love the card design, but the app is bad.

This does not work for me at all! I paired the card with my phone successfully, but after that nothing seemed to function. i tried ringing my card but nothing happens, after pressing the "Ring Innway Card" multiple times, it starts flashing in green. Yet nothing happens. I go into settings to listen to the different alert options and it doesnt ring at all. I try to change the settings and it says request times out... i was excited about this card. But nothing works...NOTHING.

Navigation throughout the app is a hit or miss, I have to keep pressing the "user" icon multiple times just to enter menu or when trying to ring card. Location mapping doesn't work, and the card isn't that loud- you're out of luck if your wallet was lost in an environment with high decibels. The app needs updates for a fluid user experience

Separation alert makes your phone ring even when you step in another bedroom, it's just random and you cannot dismiss it because there is no pop up notification stating wallet disconnected, it just rings

Works well enough. I cannot seem to get the app to connect to the tracker without opening the app no matter what settings I use. Also I use my phones alarm to wake up in the morning set to minimum volume to not wake the children, if a separation alert goes off this app cranks up the alarm volume to max. Which is fine for the alert but it needs to revert back to original volume afterwards. My wife gets very upset when the 1 yo wakes up.

Glitchy app that seems to be under-tested. Edit (7/09/19): many bugs have been fixed. Discovered one more: when you don't open the app quite for awhile it doesn't accurately track the "last time seen" timestamp and shows the moment when you actually used the app rather than when your phone was near the card for the last time.

Doesn't work as advertised. Last known location is frequently put of date or just plain wrong. Also there are major ux issues. Button to ring has no feedback animation so you can't tell if button press has been registered or is simply disabled. Garbage app feels like it's outsourced contract work.

The app is so bad that it isn't even usable. I keep clicking on the ring innway card button but the app itself doesn't react. When I ring my phone through the card I can't stop it through the app either. The only thing the app does is give me the map and that's about it. Whenever I press any of the icons, nothing happens.

Android app is awful. I can't add extra trusted locations because the button to name the trusted place doesn't work. I'm not even sure if the company is active anymore since I've had this problem for months, have written to their support email and never heard back. Glad this was a free item with a wallet I bought on kickstarter.

Fu@king usless! All the feature specifications are not true. Low sound volume - if you lost your wallet in the sofa you won't hear it. The alert feature does not work when you left the card behind. The range proximity was supposed to be 30m. I managed to get less than 1m - what's the point? I had high hopes but it turns out to be a disaster! This is a con and a gimmick. Disappointed.

Worked quite well for the first while. After a month or two it stopped connecting. Not at all reliable, if I needed to trace the last time it was connected to my phone I might find it was a week previous. I have done all the updates they have suggested. Not good value for the money paid.

The product itself works great, but the big gripe I have with the App is that it doesn't resync itself automatically to the card when it's out of range. This can be a problem if you walk out of range, and forget to open the app for it to resync.

Google removed my review? Got the card. Great app, great product. Slimmer and more responsive than my Tile. No subscription required or new card since you can charge it. #winning. All the negative reviews seem to be before some of the more recent updates. I just got one so I never dealt with those. Worked smoothly with no issue. Samsung S20, android 12

Doesnt work, clearly not optimized for s10, there is buttons where my physical camera is... the buttons that are properly on screen are unresponsive 99% of the time. I can call my phone from the keys every time, so bluetooth is good... its the app that fails, I cant call the innway tag because the app buttons only work 1 in 80 presses. Ive had it to work 2 times now after desperately pressing the button on the app for 5 minutes straight until it randomly registers.

The app must be open and active for the card to be able to ring the phone or detect separation. When i switch to any other app, the card's button no longer works. That is a huge bug that renders half of the functionality of this product completely useless.

The app is super dated and clunky, and the UI is just a port of Apple, complete with Apple style popup notifications. The card itself is fantastic though! The app just needs to be cleaned up. A dark mode would also be a big plus!

My initial thoughts of the product was great right out of the box. However, the app does not allow me to register or create an account. Unfortunately, I will have to return the product for this reason because without a functioning app, the card itself, is useless.

Good, solid app. A bit confusing UI with Do Not Disturb settings under 2 different places and weird styling (fonts and white spaces), but does the job. Update 21.Feb.2020 After updating the app and trying to log in with my username and password the app just closes. Now my Innway card is useless. Update: The bug has been resolved. Everything is working now again. Thanks guys

Terrible. The material design looks so good one would think at first it is a real winner. Device separation worked at first, but not now. Could never ring the card. Live chat is dead. Can't even log into my account ..says to "check the network". I have wasted way too much time on this.

I got the card tracker and it work great hardware part. The app could use some work. Only issue I don't like is that do not disturb it requires. but I don't want my phone to blast a ring tone if I separate from it I want just a basic notification that says you forgot your wallet.

Support is none existing, contacted them through the app about an issue and no response, app is bad, does not work half the time, products loses connections a lot and trigger the alarm, phone alarms are songs and music? Can't we choose from our ring tones? All the alarms are trash...

This app and product is very useful, especially when I always tend to lose things. The main reason I only gave 4 Stars is because I have to actually enable my InnWay Card to be recognized by my Android cell phone before it actually works as designed. If there is a fix or work around for this, please let me know. I am very happy with this product, however an auto connect feature would be appreciated.

Innovative in the idea of recharging the card for long term use. However, as with what others mentioned the card would not ring anymore, eventhough it is clearly in range. Until they can improve on their software/hardware to be more reliable, I cannot reccomend this product.

So... Product design looks awesome but.. no email received when registering (I'm on office365, checked junk folder too) no way i can see to resend confirmation email. No link to sign in via browser, and best of all, website has broken recaptcha so can't submit request to support. I'll revise once operational stuff is sorted out. Edit: i registered with a new email address and it works fine, i like the card! Still testing right now.

Day one. The card pairs and confirmed and it was downhill from there. The app isn't responsive at all! I pushed things that were supposed to work and absolutely nothing happened. Couldn't even pair the Keychain. I'm returning it today. Complete waste of time.

Just got this wallet and 1 out of 40 times when trying to find phone option it works. Can't get the find wallet to work at all. App is very very slow. Tried going into profile and after 20 minutes still can't get into profile. For a $100 wallet it's not good. 5 slots for cards isn't that much.
