Inogen Connect Portable Oxygen

Still not getting it to connect right to my phones bluetooth. It showed it paired then said not comnected make sure unit and phone are close. I hadn't moved it since pairing. They were no more than 1 ft apart. Even when I had them almost touching less than an imch apart got the same message. My phone is supposed to be able to work with this app! I checked but it doesn't work in any real way. Not happy! I love my Inogen G5 but not this app. I will have my son in law try to troubleshoot it.

App works fine with Samsung after you get the provider code and follow instructions. seems this app was an afterthought in the design. What is lacking is the ability to control the concentrator when you are carrying in a backpack. The ability to check the battery is still a plus. If the App was able to control at least the setting, I would give 4 stars.

This app definately needs work. Looks like its development was an after-thought. The only information it provides that you can't see on the built-in display is total run hours and how many days since you changed cannula or cleaned the filter. No control function at all. Plus, it tends to loose Bluetooth when changing batteries and, if you change phones, there's no way to disconnect from your old phone . Pass!!

I got this machine from a sibling that just bought it, and passed shortly after. I came across this app on accident (looking up instruction manual). I thought it sounded handy, until I opened it. First thing it wants some code, that I don't have, because I didn't buy the machine new. Why do we have to have the code to use the app? If it's bluetootg, then it should simply pair, like every other Bluetooth device. Needless to say, uninstalled the app already.

It works, but if you can't do anything such as adjust the flow with the app, it's not very useful. I wear my G5 in the Inogen backpack. If I'm out walking, sometimes I need to increase the flow temporarily. As it is, I have to stop and take off the backpack to do so. Also, not sure why they have to track my location. No benefit to the user. You can use it as a GPS to find your way. Saying that you can "interact" with your concentrator is misleading. It's "read only" Needs improvement.

Unless I am about 1 ft or less from my machine the Samsung A51 Bluetooth won't connect. Disconnects after a couple minutes. Does not let me change settings. Doubt I will keep this app.

Very disappointing, spends most it's trying to connect. Gives message to move phone closer. Can set right on top of concentrator and doesn't work.. Worthless when needing to determine how much time of oxygen is left. Which can be life threatening.

It's heavy, the battery goes pretty fast and the cases they have,Dont have pockets big enough for the wall charger. I ordered a fanny pack and it's difficult to get on. The price was very high the folks that work there really knew there stuff and are very accommodated

I bought a G-5 portable oxygen concentratorI was told insurance companies do not pay for these devices because they're considered a luxury item.So I maxed out two credit cards and bought the $3,200 machine!After charging it, I turned it on to try it. It was so loud.I would have only been able to where it somewhere very loud, like a concert. Could never use it in a quiet environment, such as church, or in a meeting.Sent it back.I had to pay shipping of $88 and a $99 rtn fee for a defective unit!

Good but could be better. Needs control of flow setting and widget needs a better layout. Widget has wasted space showing graphic of battery and doesn't show flow setting.

1 star is too many but only way to comment.. Suddenly it tells me my concentrator is paired with another device and won't connect. Can't fix it. Should have bought a Philips machine. These guys are dimwitted or outright deceptive...

What a great product! When I was told I had to have oxygen 24/7 , they brought these huge tanks that I was supposed to use when I went out. They were so big and bulky I could hardly carry them. I resigned myself to staying in the house. Until I found INOGEN! Now I can go to all of my doctor appointments, and even go shopping when I am done!!!! Thank you INOGEN

Doesn't really do much. Remote screen on your phone. Being able to control the unit with your phone would make more sense.

New generation usually means state of the art... not with this app! only connects to Apple products.. Very thoughtless & lazy! I would give it a minus flag if possible.

Very disappointing. Everything in the FAQs and other info refers to a G4 and I have a G5. All links for replacements are for G4. It would be nice to control flow level from app. Not useful if concentrator is in a backpack.

I've not been able to get it to work. It says that it is paired with another device. Don't know how to get it unpaired with the other device that doesn't exist I guess.

Could get it to connect, won't even through Bluetooth, directions are vague at best.

No tech support available. 24/7. No weekend support. Upgraded to new smartphone and G5 won't pair with it because it can't unpair from old phone.

Amazing! Wish the batteries lasted longer. May just be my Mother's unit but only lasts a half hr to an hr. But the freedom it brings is wonserdull.

Machine with its BT set up makes this unit the VERY best O2 unit out there! Do your homework and find that for value and ease, everything is fantastic!

This is not helpful at all. I can't even get to accept my code. I need to type in a code, from y bill of sale. Guess what! No code for me on that invoice. I begin to call the # suggested, but I keep getting put off. Pease I need some help here.

Version update stalls out and turns bluetooth off on the concentrator. Will not update to version 2.2

I'm not sure. Somehow it has my mother in law and my profiles linked. Causes issues. This is an app she used.

Doesn't connect. Have a moto stylus relatively high end phone. Very dissatisfied.

I'm on it now it's the only way I can get to a doctor's appointment with outside oxygen. The battery weighs 5 lb 5 oz a little heavy to hang on my shoulder or around my neck but I do what I got to do to it get to the doctor.

will not connect with my Samsung android this is my second unit. blue tooth on my phone is not the problem

Great product. Great to be away from my oxygen machine for four hours and longer.

Crashes multiple times a day since the last update.

Not helpful. Did everything they said and never got code to work.

Will not pair. Tried two phones, neither works.
