I've had this app for over two years and then a week a notice came on saying I've violated security or something like that. So I uninstalled the app then reinstalled it and still can't get through. Can you please check into this for me. Thank you
Quit working this past week. Been using for years with no issues across multiple phones. Please fix this.
I have a brand new Samsung galaxy that for some reason will not open this app. I've never had this issue before and I'm very confused on whether it's the app or my phone.
On line banking is the easiest I have ever used. It's fantastic!

I would like to be able to transfer from my primary institution to Inova via external transfer on the app. At this time I have to use a desk top to do this, not convenient. Its seems to ke that functionality is an issue that needs to be addressed.
Unable to use this app after recent update. Tells me I have an automated click program installed on my phone, but doesn't provide any help in resolving the problem. High marks for security, only to be undone by lack of actual troubleshooting. Contacted dev and no response.
Things aren't very clear, seems like you guys want us to make mistakes? "Transfer" link works but not the payment link. Made a "transfer" but will have to spend more time in the next few days calling y'all to make sure it counted as a payment. Shouldn't be like this. All my other credit cards even send me email confirmation of my payment transactions. Fix this and anything similar asap please.
The app is great! I just wish there was a better way to make credit card payment other than depositing a check to savings via mobile deposit, then transferring money to credit card account.
I like that this small credit union has a functional app. However, why do I have to write a check to make a deposit? Seems like an extra hassle when it seems normal to just link amd account or use a debit card. Was told by the customer support that in order to do that you would need to call or use another app, both ending in a charge of $10. Please make this more simple.

I have been user for several years and it has been both helpful and convenient. The process for resetting a password is not convenient as you need to call into the credit union to have preson do ( very nice people)

This app has come s long way since it first came out. Its become much easier to navigate, and has made making transactions easy/convenient
the new app looks nice BUT the old version allowed me time to see my account was short and add funds and avoid overdraft fees. since installing this new app I've given the bank alot of money. its a useful and easy to use app and I'm sure inova is very happy.

I can log onto the app. But can not navigate within the app. Does not register when I touch an option to go to. Happens often.
every time they update I cant log in it just freezes on the home screen. this has happened 3 times now and is always down for over a month each time.
Always shows immediate usage. Doesn't display payment amt required for an equity loan without searching. Only shows available balance.
Normally a very convenient app. Sometimes there is a issue or update where the app will be down but if you just give it a day it works great.!
Ive had this app for awhile now, and up until earlier this year its been great. But since yall been doin these updates, everytime one comes out, it says I dont have internet! Which, as Im typin this, Im sure I do! Im gonna need yall to fix this prob soon, as I use this to deposit checks, since yall decided to pull physical banks outta my state!! So please, please can yall fix this prob!!!
Appreciate the new biometric feature but why have biometrics if your going to ask for a password every time I want to perform a task once I'm logged in. Would give another star or maybe two if it were not for that.
For the most part, this app works great. However, there are times where certain features won't work or account balances won't update.
The INOVA mobile app is very convenient and easy to use when checking your account balances or transferring money. It's great to be able to have banking at your fingertips!! 😁👍🙂
