Terrible app.. will be Uninstalling and finding a better one. After so many times unfollowing, app freezes up and I have to completely close it and start over, and then scroll all the way down to where I was. App constantly kicks me out and I have to re log in each and every time. Did the 3 day trial, and was told nobody's looked at my profile, when in fact, I know people have. There are definitely better apps out there.
I did the 3 day free trial, and I did not authorise payment for a yearly subscription. I uninstalled the app hoping it would cancel the trial, but its charged me for an app I don't have, I had to reinstall this app to cancel the subscription I didn't want to pay for. Yet its taken the money. I want a full refund. I've messaged the customer services and they're not doing anything. Absolutely terrible app dont download
It no longer works. It keeps tabs who unfollows but your"secret admirer" won't give you any information. Also, I upgraded and paid the $29 for the "better" version but there is NO difference. Don't get this app. I just tried opening it and received a notice: THIS APP NO LONGER WORKS. YOU CAN DELETE IT NOW. Yeah, after I paid for it. Ironically, this was top-rated and safe I read in Google searches. There's no refund or replacement. They basically stole my money and misled the whole time.
Well, the reporting data does not work! The data it provides is incorrect and you need to log out log back in to get it to refresh. You get harassed to purchase the extras that you know won't work seeing that the basic reports are not working. As I haven't purchased the extras this apps has the audacity to tell me " this application is not available to you. " ! Good luck with it
I downloaded it to try the free trial and once your in, you can't cancel so expect to pay fully cuz theres nowhere to cancel the subscription. I deleted it before my trial even ended, I wont use any of it but I guess, there goes 20 dollars for a year subscription that I cant even use now since once the app is redownload, your subscription goes away...
Do not download. I've read a few comments talking about how they chose the 3 day trial and got charged but i did not believe it. Turns out they were not lying. This is rediculous and unprofessional. Further Action may have to be taken if that money is not returned as I clearly clicked the 3 day trial yet it has gone through as a yearly subscription. Unbelievable.
Not that good. I'm on am android s9. Most of the features it advertises aren't accessible without paying. Unfollowing through the app is clunky; you have to wait for it to slowly load, then tap Unfollow multiple times in one person because it doesn't know if you're tapping or dragging. For each and every person. Can't mass unfollow for free. There are other apps that can do everything this app claims to do for free, with a better interface.
I was worried about these type of apps and the security of my account but this one seems to be fine so far :). No ads, no follow or unfollow caps, let you do everything you want to do in a very simple and easy way.Delivers exactly as advertised, completely satisfied with this one.. been using it for a long while now too.

Initial pressions are unimpressive. Some confusing sentence structure, lots of ads, limit free content. Payed content seems promising, I tried the trial, ended up being a total scam. While sure some features worked like profile views and what not, but things like blocked users and secret admirers stayed at 0 even after blocking myself with other accounts. Overall. Don't recommend payed version. Free content is extremely basic but will do the trick if you just need to do quick checks. 2/5
update* app still doesn't work. I sent in a " developer ticket" within the app prior to me submittingy original review. I did the most recent update,app still won't work.* I doesn't work. It won't show how many followers you have. Everything up on top shows zeros . None of the other apps worked this badly. And what makes matters worse I PAID for the yearly subscription thinking this was the reason it wasn't showing. I contacted the developer but no response yet. I'm thinking s refund is in order
A pretty decent app for starters but after few days you'll see a bug in this app which doesn't let you use the app in a proper way you just have to constantly login and logout and sometimes you have to reinstall it also. Remove that bug and the app will be perfect for everyone.
After getting the free trial, it kept taking incredibly long to load everything (i kept trying multiple times a day thinking it was an Internet issues but every other app seemed to work fine). Even then it kept saying all my lists are empty and I wasn't following anyone.
Tells you everything you need to know! Great app and reports+. It really does work and it accurate. Lately it has been taking forever to load and the screen freezes every time I open it lately
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! The app doesn't function correctly and it does not work with Instagram! It glitches out. I chose to don the free trial but was them charged £22.99 for a pro version which I did not authorise. And even that version is useless. Support is useless as they can't speak English and are incredibly rude
started off okay, im using the free trial of the pro version. but after like a day it just stopped showing me all the likes features. it tells me theres nothing to show, even if it had shown me the same data previously. even after i restarted the app and stuff it still wont show certain features.
It gets the job done but a small amount of errors. Overall a great app with beautiful the function to check instagram followers. it gives a lot of info but it seems to have a lot of little bug fixes that need to be resolved.
I like the free features within ins master, they are so much better than other apps out there. My instagram followers are clearly listed in each category and very organized! Love the Interface and it’s super easy to use.
It worked great for the first few days, but then it just doesn't keep your information. It's nice to see some of your Instagram info, but their premium seemed a bit steep, and now with it not updating to my current followers, makes me wonder if it only works if you pay. Recommend just for a fun quick check on your account, but not for long term.
It should be noted that the function to check insta followers and profiles are updated automatically with a variety of interesting things for you to discover. I haven't had one problem and find this to be super easy to use.
You have to sign up for a $25/year subscription to view any of the good reports. It might be worth it if you have a business account, but definitely not worth it if you are just wanting to see if someone is stalking your page. They give you a 3 day trial but make it very hard to cancel your subscription so be careful if you do try it and accept the 3 day free trial.
You need to pay for every single thing. It's too pricey for very little features. Even to move from one section to another we have to watch an unskippable ad, which is annoying. As much it claims to do, it does most things only when we purchase. Other apps would give more features for free. It does let us see a few things ONLY if we watch 30 seconds ad for single account we want to watch.
