Awful! It says it won't find my data when I logged out. Doesn't let me create new account because there is an existing one( then why can't I log in) . And I logged out because when I was trying to do the insurance quote it was loading for ever no matter how many times I restarted the procedure... Completely a waste of my time! Update: if you experience these problems uninstall and install. I started over and it worked second time. I am changing the review to 4 stars for that.

This app sucks and customer service is not very helpful. When trying to make a payment, the app will not enter a two digit for the month on the expiration box, will instead skip over by entering a three digit for the year, disabling the app from processing the payment, all the while transmitting the info to the bank as a pending payment. So many want to run their business on smart phone app. Customer frustration not their problem. Guess that I'm stuck with this for now, just recently renewed .

Unbelievable high profile service app. In 60 seconds you are done 😆. Update 29 Sept 2021. They increased my premium this month for no reason. Not happy 😒 App is crashed even if you delete and reinstall still the same. They also deleted all my details. I had to reregister as a new person which resulted in increased premium because that was their plan, not good.

Serious point of failure. I need to renew my insurance but it won't let me as it claims I need to update the app from the play store, yet there is no update available in the play store. It's the kind of thing that happens when you employ amateur developers. A core functionality must work at least a few versions back before it stops working or make 100% sure the update is available from more than one source. Now you've lost a customer because "update the app" but you actually can't.

Spoke to Marco regarding changing my vehicle on the system. Was really helpful and friendly. Haven't had to use to make any claims yet so cannot comment on that but the app experience has been good so far. A few changes to the app which would make it better. Be able to change vehicle details on the app before paying. Add another driver such as spouse on to the policy and see how much the cost will be. So far so good

This app does not update my policy. I have to renew my policy but the app does not have that option there. A few month back I updated information on my policy. Everything on my end was fine I have aoutopay. But dmv put a hold on my car for no insurance coverage I contact them it took a whole month for them to fix it. A whole month with out work$$$$$. And no the denied my request for lost wages.

Trying to sign in and link my Uber account but it just refreshes back to the sign up page after I put Uber verification code back in. Even after confirming account in my email. This app is bugged and needs major fixing before I can even proceed to get a quote

It was better before. Now their PH insurance quotes are not competitive at all. My current insurer make me better offer with much more flexibility and support. Also as Uber partner app doesn't taking into account the rating (that actually speak a lot about the car, the driver etc.) and other driving data that Uber have for the driver in order to give better rewarding price.

I can't comment on the efficacy of the app because it won't allow me to register. Every day is Groundhog Day with this app! First, choose "one of the following options", and the only option is "Uber Driver Partner". OK, no problem -- I drive for Uber -- so, click! Then I'm presented with Uber's 100 MB Privacy Policy, after which I have to log in to my partner account. But when I do, all I get is my usual Partner Dashboard, nothing more. No further prompts from Inshur, no matter how long I wait! So I click on "Sign Up" at the top of the screen, but then I'm returned to the initial screen with the stupid smiley face and no option except to start the process (Uber Driver -- Log-in) all over again, and again, and again, and again! So how am I supposed to get a quote if your marvelous app won't even let me sign up? Nothing but an enormous waste of my time!

This company is so bad it is a waste of money. I'm having so many problems with them that I have been my account with uber suspended for the second month in a row a few days . If you think you gonna save money think twice because a few days not working is more than a insurance premium! They start cheap but then the price increases every time you try to renew it. Avoid this company or you gonna waste your money!

App easy to use however down sides, you need our Uber log-in yet you do not upload any documents drivers have to upload manually, so why take our log-in?? Pricing just keeps going up by the month with no reason in a month went up by £48, I have worked with insurance companies but this is a bit weird. I guess they don't want liability for long term members, easy quick money, its more of a temporary use as you get another insurance company. Am sure your answer will be a written script.

I rated this app 5stars before but I have to change it after a while, nothing wrong in using the app and insure the private hire car but they keep putting insurance cost up even in the lock down......I think the management are only money making cult not thinking about their clients income. They need to adjust, u only take and never give anything back...I have been with you for almost a year, your company never render any support during the lock down but keep increasing monthly insurance premium

I have had my policy for over 3 months now and have been saving money. INSHUR is great, the policy is exactly what I needed, the app is very easy to use, the documents are always ready immediately and available to print. The customer care is great, I'm very pleased and impressed with the assistance given by Marco when I needed help over the phone. I have also dealt with Simon previously and he was very helpful. It is a genuine company and recognised by Uber, safe to use. Highly recommended.

App is down . I can't renew my annual insurance It always says no internet connection When trying to login. And when you click on docs to open they don't open anymore Thankgod i already took the screenshot pf my id and declaration page This is happening at the end of my annual renewal and there is no email or button to renew I might be forced to switch to a different broker if the issues isn't fixed by my due date Uber drivers in nyc can't afford to lappse insurance even for 1 hour. Be careful

what a great app and as it seems so far company.. so easy and straight forward to use and when you need to speak to someone, there is always someone there to help. i recently had to make some changes on my policy and the app could not carry out the task so i called the office and spoke with Simon from the driver support team and the issue was resolved instantly with great a great professional and well mannered approach. I'm not good with IT or using Apps but INSHUR was very easy for me to use and understand. It is the best of all. I arranged my private Hire Insurance policy within ver few minutes. In addition a NO-CLAIM-DISCOUNT proof can be issued after 12 months to those drivers with 30 days monthly rolling contracts . My regards to Simon, of uber drivers help Team.

After submitting the electronic information to the DMV to cover me at the start date, they resubmitted to DMV saying that I was not covered on the given date. Now the DMV revoked my TLC plates. It's been almost 30-days and still mot resolved. This is such a simple thing to do making sure the dates are correct, seem to be such a challenge for an insurance company. Now uber will not put me back on until this is rectified. In the mean time all my bills are due. This is my source of income. Now devastated.

Inshur is a great app. I think it accessible and easy to use. Once I was able to get in contact Charles he answered all of my questions and help me a lot with the documents I needed. It does takes a lot of getting used to that they don't have weekend services (only for claims).

Terrible experiences with their customer support. They suddenly increased my premium while I never got a ticket, ZERO POINTS and no accidents in the past 2 YEARS. When I simply explained that to their incompetent agents couple of times, each agent gave me a fictional story and when I simply stood my ground. They replied with one sentence and I quote " You are welcome to shop around if you find our price to be too high."

I signed up for Inshur last year and have always had a positive experience. Enrollment was quick and easy, and they helped me pick the best policy for what I needed. It wasn't the most expensive option, so they were being genuinely helpful and not just interested in making the biggest profit. I 've contacted them a few times this past year, and they always respond immediately. Carissa - thank you for your help today. You saved me a lot of time and effort - and money!

I had a problem with the app as after getting the policy, the policy wasn't showing the car model. I called Inshur and a very gentleman named Marco helped me to sort it out straight away. They have an excellent customer service ready to do the extra mile at any time. 100% recommend. Also the taxy policy that I had before Inshur was way more expensive compared to the ones I have now.

Hi All, I had a small problem with the app, i wanted to change policy cover and vehicle, , the policy wasn't showing the upgrade cover option, I called up Inshur and i spoke to Mr Marco, he listened to my query and sorted it out within 30 mins, he is really a gentleman . This program is very easy and useful but the only problem I found is, every single month the price going up without no reason when I called the agent by phone nothing has changed I left now and many of my friends and we saving more than £100 a month from other company's! Many thanks inshur🤣👍!

After 3 years with inshure. My CONVERTER catalytic has been stolen a 2nd time, inshure refused to take my car to repair, they pay me half of the repair cost, so that l must try to go it myself, because the cost from TOYOTA WAS TO EXPENSIVE FOR INSHURE.

Very good app in today's digital and virtual life. Robot does everything for you. Takes max 5 to 10 mins to get a insurance cover if you are ready to get one. Very quick and responsive. Thanks to the INSHUR management for brilliant ideas and hope they keep it up in future.

Yet to find out more. I ve only used this service for 6 weeks. I would like to renew my hire and reward insurance cover till 27 November 2019, when I need to travel abroad for 14 days away. Can you allow me to compound my insurance cover to break up 27 November 2019 and start off again on the 12 December 2019 please. Thanx. Then your service will have been further tested to be awardeable a 5 star rating from me.
