In my realme mobile I am not able to download any assignments from the assignment slot. And I am not also able to access any of the videos in the content library. Hope your team fixes the problem soon. Thank you.
Not able to view any videos or notice board. Even not able to pay fees also. Every time it goes into new login screen
App is not working as expected in OnePlus 6T phone. Notice board is empty after login into the app. My kid is unable to see daily videos and activities. It was working 10 days back. Please rectify it at the earliest
Require some flexibility with viewing videos. Videos doesn't rotate and it's too small. Does the app does work on tab?
Not able to download homework PDF files. It says "No handler for this file type". Please upload all homework to extramark instead of this app. Move already uploaded apps from here to ExtraMarks portal
Earlier the App was working but was unable to open PPT files, followed instructions shared to uninstall and reinstall it..but post uninstalling the App unable to download from Play Store..it goes in circles
New update is not installing. Getting error msg and also app is crashing when clicked on the video. Pls help. My phone model is Mi 7 pro.
