The payment gateway is shady while ordering from insight cosmetics. I ordered the diva kit and the payment showed as failed. However it later transacted money from me after me placing a COD order. Tried returning the extra package. They wont take it back stating once the order is placed we cannot return it if the items are same. Yes the items are correct but the quantity is wrong. No customer service either. There is just 1 person handling everthing and has zero people skill. Waste of money.
