Hi, this app served it's purpose for all my needs up until the recent core conversion update on the 18th. I get the splash screen and eventually a view telling me to check my internet, VPN, firewall, or to reset. Obviously none of these are the issue. Honestly, this seems to me that your core conversion update likely involved either migrating your host network or updating to new APIs and retiring the old and simply NEVER updating the app as your web service still works! PLEASE FIX IT!
Older versions of this app had issues. Current version seems to work fine and has a mobile-friendly ui, which is good considering the website itself is not mobile-friendly at all.
i overall like the app. i would like to have more mobile transfers than 5 a month.. facial recognition and/or fingerprint entry and would be great for when im on the fly and cant really type..
Due to this new app: I have been unable to log on to the website and the app for over a week now to check my bank balance. I have left several messages with my local branch along with the online services. I will be discontinuing my account with this bank. Absolutely terrible customer service.
the online check deposits take FOREVER and the capture image features are horrendous! have the developers even tried to use this app. it takes me 5-10 minutes per check, IF i can even get it to work! horrible development!
I have not been able to get the new app uploaded. I have android phone and have wifi and still can't get app up. I have sent two emails and no response
Wish I could give this less than one star. Can't access anything. Even reinstalled the app and nothing is working to even get the screen up. Stupid thing locked me out of my account too. Never banking here again.
The new Android app isn't even available yet several days post conversion. Nicely timed heading into the Thanksgiving and Black Friday time period. What fool is responsible for this ill-timed conversion.
New App isnt working. How about uninstalling it and going back to the old one. I cannot access my account for information. Not worth my time. Please fix this NOW!!!!
Completely broken after some update on their end. Great work y'all. Cannot do anything. Pretty sad.
Worked fine until this recent update. Now I'm unable to even get past the start up screen.
Can't get into my accounts since update on Monday very aggravating I'm sure Insight won't pay my late charges due to not being able to use bill pay! Please fix
Cant even open it anymore. Before it was fine maybe a little slow but now it wont even load and I cant get into it.
if you rely on remote check deposit this is not the bank for you. There are problems with the application.
They've moved to a new platform and this app no longer works. The problem is the new app is a secret and no one knows where it is.
damn thing never works and bank is too lazy or too cheap too fix. Goes along with all the other poor service from this bank.
Been over a week since this conversion thing started, would be nice to have the app working again.
Was workin great until this weekend. And now 4 days and i cant get on the mobil app at all.
Cant even download it and been trying to get on for over a week with no success very upsetting
Nothing happens when you open the app. It's a blank black screen.
Worked great before online banking changed systems, but now it no longer works.
Your online and app aren't good at all. Not gonna lie needs a lot of work.

Post-conversion foul up? After your 'core conversion' I uninstalled the old app and installed what should be the new version (it's not... Last update 2018). I get nothing. It asks for unnecessary permissions and then gives a black screen. This conversion has been nothing short of a nightmare! Nothing like screwed up banking right before the holidays.
