This app is just terrible. It barely functions. I spend more time trying to get this horrible app to even display my tickets than I do filling them out. Long load times, constant refreshing and reinstalling needed, flags being reset for no reason, app refusing to come back online unless restarted. Also ticket notes have zero formating so everything ends up in one gigantic unreadable paragraph. It's a disgrace. About the only thing you count on it to do well is waste your time.
App hangs up constantly, has to be refreshed frequently and does not work well with posting/downloading other documents with the platform. Btw the App says it downloads to ALL platforms, it DOES NOT. The App also claims that other Apps easily interface with FieldPower, It DOES NOT! The posting of updates with other Apps is next to non existent making WOs that much more difficult to facilitate.
This has to be the worst app ever coded on any platform in the history of writing apps. The log in page is absolutely garbage. The whole aspect of disabling your account every 30 days is something only a retard would stipulate. The app is slow. The app doesn't seem to be made to do actual work. it refuses to upload deliverables in a logical way. This has to be the first application written by the coder after he got a stem package on coding in the mail. This is utter trash of an app.
Pros: - Reinstalling it is quick since you can set it to remember your credentials. Which is good because I find myself reinstalling the app multiple times a week. - Flag system and notes entering is decent WHEN it actually works properly Cons: - Everything else... Such a lazy and unprofessional app is a disgrace.
Nice app but a few issues. It worked well with my LG X Charge, but with my Essential PH-1, phone it keeps logging off when I try to upload a picture with my camera. I would have to take the picture with the camera, outside of the app, then log into the appand then upload the picture from the phone...
Everytime I get stuck using this BS app, I have problems getting started and doing work. It never ever works smoothly and I can barely open my tickets. The only power I see in this app is the power it sucks up on my phone when it's doing nothing useful. Worthless.
Takes forever to log in. If you press the back button it exits the app entirely, requiring you log in again and losing your place. If you don't log in at least every 30 days your account gets locked out, requiring a phonecall to get it reset.
Very weak application that makes you jump around to fill out forms and take pictures in different areas and then attempts to open up pdf files all within the same map causing much confusion and limited ability to jump around within the app
Worked well until about two weeks ago. Crashed three times since then. Uninstalled it three times, reinstalled it with no improvements. Too many problems to discuss here, please fix it!!!
Terrible app. Keeps rejecting passwords. When resetting password, rejects new password saying it doesn't meet minimum requirements (8+ characters, at least 1 cap, 1 number, and one special character).
I feel the same as the other techs. This is a frustrating app to use with all the bugs and redundant requirements...sorry Insight, I don't mind working with you...but I don't really like the app.
For clients with bazillions of dollars, worst effort put into an "app" ever. Buggy as all get-out, constantly required to call in and reactivate in order to log in. Horrible, especially so bc they have the resources to do better.
Dear Insight Team, I would to request you that please improve the insight fieldpower, especially when opening then it's loading as spinning with pink, blue and yellow color. I mean if it's slow in at first time opening then its okay, otherwise it's disgusting, therefore please work on it. Thanks 😊 alot.
This is BY FAR the worst app I've EVER used. TAKES MULTIPLE MINUTES to load work schedule when it should only take a couple seconds at most. Is the developers are trying to waste my time, they are succeeding. I cannot say anything positive about this app it has such a long way to go to be useful.
Will not accept auto username and freezes up constantly.

Ugh! This app is SO SLOW and buggy. The keyboard suggestions are not helpful, and it's very difficult to navigate.
I can't log in. It keeps telling me to update but there is no option to. I even uninstalled and reinstalled but I get the same message. What's worse is that I am about to head to a site.
Keeps asking for an update in order to function but will not update this is a brand new problem as of today. there were other problems too, the problems don't stop with this app.

Insight is obnoxious for making techs use a second application on top of the platform they hire you from which has all of the same functionality. This app doesn't even work.
I have to Uninstaller it because it won't let me login. Instead it keeps requesting I do an upgrade that doesn't appear on play store.
This app is one of the best at not working reliably. It sucks that so companies insist on using it. This app is so bad that it is a factor in weather it take work orders for companies that use this app.
All the issues appear to have been resolved and the app seems to have a little better response time.
This thing doesn't work. When I'm in the field can't connect. I lost my password can't reset it.

SLOW and intrusive. Constantly kicks you out to main menu.
The app is great for keeping your notes and submitting documents needed for an assignment. The app does not track very well when using GPS. There is also a problem with resources being used up and slows the phone to a crawl. The other thing is the app should keep working even if it is not used for a short time. It should stay alive for around 2 hours.
