It seems to work great on iPhones, but is poorly configured for my Google Pixel 3. I cannot book appointments, or special breaks, or change appointments because all the navigating tools are underneath my phone's navigating tools at the bottom of my screen. The app doesn't rotate to landscape mode, and I can only see one day of my schedule at a time.
Phone app only lets you view one day at a time. This is so annoying when you're trying to find a time slot that suits a client's criteria, especially when you know you can look at a whole week from the computer program. Unfortunately I do all my booking from home, so the app is just always an annoyance.
Pretty reliable, but I can't actually use it for booking clients, which is the whole point to having this app. The buttons are under my phone's existing function buttons, so instead of booking a client the app just closes. Extremely annoying, makes me hate this app. Please fix ASAP. This is for Google pixel phones.
Using this in a training facility. It's difficult to put in our notes as we can only have it set up on a fee computers. Also your client notes don't show up when u click on your client for the day so u have to boot out the ppl on the front desk to find what you need.
Not useable on Android 10. Can not book appointments, look at client files or even hit the next day / today buttons at the bottom to check or refresh days because is forces full screen and overlaps where the Android buttons/icons are. It was never great, but now its not usuable at all.
I think the app is great . My biggest problem with it you can't open your schedule up on your day at the beginning or end on your phone which at times it does cause problems. You have to go back to the computer to. I would love for this to be changed in the near future...especially for what you pay for this.
The app is something to be worked on. The lack of being able to view your weekly schedule, book "special breaks", inability to use when not in wifi and consistently crashing.
I am not enjoying this app at all. Its so glichy, it freezes, the feels stoneage. It would be great of it was compatible with Apple and Google calenders. That would make my life so much easier.
This app is ALWAYS down..at least once a week sometimes twice we have to have someone reboot the computer to restart the app. Very frustrating can NOT depend on it. Would NOT recommend!
Have not been able to download my work schedule in 3 months! I hate not knowing if im working or not! Having to remember to call and check in with Spa. Wish they would fix problem! I can not download app it keeps kicking me out! It has been useless for me!
it takes forever to load sometimes has issues loading schedules and cancelling or scheduling appointments. I've been with this company that has used this for over 8 years now and they still have soooo many issues.
Since the new update my phone doesn't open this app. I have to use it for work but now I'm basically just calling into work to make sure that I know my schedule. Super disappointing
I have an Android and can no longer book appts through the app. The buttons along the bottom are all mashed in with the home button. Really frustrating
Good Point of Sale and Booking Software. Would like to see some more functionality and ease of use features, but overall a good system for smaller businesses.
So unhappy with this software app and company. The customer service is hit or miss, and their management is one of the worst I have ever encountered. Would definitely not recommend.
I've only had it a week and while its user friendly I did have a whole day I couldn't access my appointments because the app was glitching & would not open.
I would like alerts or notifications when a new appointment is scheduled because I'm not always the one making my appointments on here.
The new update doesn't allow me to see clients statues of they are checked in and has to error notices each time I log in.
Good overall. Wish we could see a week schedule at a time instead of one day at a time.
My receptionist has been trying to get this app to work for weeks, I think it's terrible
So far I've never had to use it, but every since yesterday, I haven't been able to connect to the server.
Lately it's been working without problems thank you!

Was never the best app in looks OR controls, but at least I could navigate it (although it's clunky) but recently, with the new Google update on my phone, I can't use the "Confirm" and "Add client" buttons because they're along the bottom of the screen, underneath where my phone display has the "back" and "home" keys. So now it's completely useless to me until that crucial bug is fixed
