It works OK. There are some quirks that makes it inconvenient to use. Chiefly that I can't copy an email address from a lead screen on my Pixel 2 running the latest version of Android. I want to tag my emails sent from Gmail but can't copy the addreses. UPDATE 5/7/2019: developer still hasnt added this functionality. What's the point of having an app when it's easier to work from a mobile browser to get work done??
It is very convenient. Of course there are things that have to be done on the sight that can't be done on the app. Most of what gets done on the app does sync with the sight. Somethings do not. If I create a task for someone other than me on the app, most of the time it doesn't sync. The really strange thing is that I can sync my Google calendar to the app, but not to the sight. I would say more, but I am out of space.
I used to use this app as a major tool to plan and work my day. It WAS great. After the latest upgrade it is useless in the field. It humbles task dates and you can no longer see the name of the client to visit. Works fine on my desktop , but the phone app in the feild does not link properly to see your task information. I hope they fix this.
I like the browser version, but in this app when I want to create a lead, let's say i find a contact on Instagram and want to copy their info to insightly, when I put in the email, then switch to Instagram to get the phone number and get back to insightly the Email I had put in is gone. it's not possible for me to input lead info from the same device, which is a hell of an inconvenience when I discover leads on the go. Samsung galaxy s8+ can this be fixed?
Great capabilities, unuseable ui. The deal breaker for me is that you have to click "Edit" to change any properties. We are willing to go with other crms even if they don't have certain features, for the enjoyable user experience.
Like the new look. However the ability to filter task for example a major loss. This make it no worthless having because I have to go the website to filter (change and look at) specific Categories in the field.
This app is linked to work, app has been horrible last.week, everytime I try to put info in via my phone and type something in the description it boots me. It closes that are after each letter and it won't even pick up the mic if I try that. Please fix and repair.
Cannot even login using my Google account. It says "google banned it coz the app is suspicious". Also, cannot login using my email ID. It says "invalid email" but I get emails from insightly, no problem. Very bad app if you cannot get past the login screen. 0 stars if I could give here.
Latest version makes editing contact relationship ambiguous as it is not possible to guess direction of relationship anymore (boss-employee), downgrade from previous version Great mobile companion to Insightly web CRM service, accepts contacts shared from phone (something ZOHO cannot do), recent version has issues entering text to text fields (keyboard entry interrupts). Unable to mass delete attached files. Subscription is expensive, still Insightly has more features than competitive services.
Easy to use program that works on all electronic platforms. Really good talk to text feature which saves me a great deal of time.
Customer service is non-existent. No in depth troubleshooting is available. Account managers change every few months. Impossible to get someone on the phone.
Search option is useless...won't search the entirity of various leads, opps etc. Rendering the search option near useless. Anyone doing B to B sales knows that being able to search for a name or LLC is crucial to getting the right information while on a sales call. -Canot sell multiple products once set up as a opportunity. EG, once a contact(EG Lead>Opportunity >Sales>Contact) showing they are interested on your new product is impossible.
The direct connection to Google G suite and Gmail is what we miss. Our team complains constantly that Insightly is not intuitive and easy to use. I hope you can fix this otherwise we'll be forced to move to a different CRM
App syncs nicely, and puts nearly all of the power of the desktop version on android.
Great CRM app. Affordable but robust for small to medium orgs and companies. Modern interface. Easy to learn.
quick and easy to add contacts and modify what stage in the sales cycle the client is. This will definitely help me grow my business

Good, although subscription is a bit expensive, even for a longterm SME user like myself.

UI of this CRM is quite simple and useful but I have rated 4 out of 5 due to incomming call logs are not captured which is really needy for mobile app user .
I like the desktop but not much of a fan for the mobile. Would like have the recent log similar to the desktop

I hope NOTHING will change! I am still unsure if it will remain free, but for my needs, this is superb! Love it!
