Insights+ for Android

I paid 56.99 for the annual subscription fee, not only is it not activated in my app, it was clearly stated that the fee was supposed to be 35.99 in the app. So not only was a overcharged, my subscription does not work. This may sound petty but I really just threw away 50+ dollars for nothing in return. Therefore I would appreciate so much if I could just get a refund, i Can provide proof if needed

Payed for the subscription for the added features, yet said features remained locked, and when I try to access, it simply prompts me to re purchase the subscription, which it also won't let me do because the subscription is already active. I am paying for a service that is being withheld, this is unacceptable and illegal.

Absolutley horrible . My daughter accidentally clicked to purchase but then an error message appeared saying that there was an issue with identifying purchase identity, so we thought that meant payment didnt go through. To double check we went on the app and it didnt work and was still requesting payment to open up functions. 3rd no confirmation was sent for purchase so with all that we thought we were in the clear. Well NO! app charged my card and doesnt work. Horrible

Scam scam scam. When I clicked on a 3 day free trial I was charged for a full year. After hours troubleshooting neither Insights or Google play will refund me my $44.32. not only that, but I didn't even receive access that a yearly subscription allows. I wasn't even given that 3 day trial I initially wanted.

Ok I did see some sort of ad on Instagram so I decided to try it out! Thay are a bit of ads that bog down your phone and make the experience awful. So what I did was I put it through Luck Patcher and removed the ads and made all the payed things free and it made a HUGE! difference in performance.

Something dodgy about this app, first tells me to enter my Instagram username and password (I did and doesn't log me in), then I saw that your supposed to turn off a security option (two factor authentication) which to me just looks weird. App might be alright once logged in but I doubt its even worth it. Hate getting spammed with 'buy premium' as well which again wouldn't be worth it. --- idk why I took time to do this, I need to sleep.

An app that couldn't ne trusted.I had installed this app and as soon as I logged in to this with my Instagram password the password got synced and within few minutes I got a mail from Instagram stating that an unusual login of my account took place, it was from another state, it means my password was used. And anyways besides being a free app it doesn't show anything for free and asks for paid subscriptions to view insights. In Play store if it was possible to rate an app with Zero stars,I would

This app is a scam. It took my money and I didnt even get the subscription or get to test it for the three day free trial. Now my bank account is over drawn and no one is responding to my emails about it. I dont have $40 to dish out. I WILL be getting my attorney involved. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! If I could rate it with 0 stars I would.

I was charged and couldn't even use any of the features. Charged $40 and when I would click on the paid features it would prompt me to pay. Of course none of the help links work. Worst app I've ever used.

Got charged for this app before the trial was up. I was going to cut my losses and use the subscription but I can't. I've now sent two emails to support and have heard nothing.

Charged me straight away for year subscription, was supposed to get 3 day free trial. Get authentication error. You take my money quick enough though don't you. So I have paid for something I can't even use. Useless! Scam!!!

Used to like it but then most of the insights can be seen in the instagram app already. Also i changed my password and set a two-step verification on my acc and culdnt sign in cuz the app didnt have a function for that. A lot of improvement needed

worst app ever. I'm pretty sure it hacked my account, because I keep getting emails that someone from a different device then mine has loged in to my ig account, so everytime that happens I change my password, and then I have to log in to this app again, and about 5 min after I've loged into this app, that other device logs into my account. oh and also the payment thingy doesn't work

I'll make it easy for you stupid people out there, who thought you are very clever. This app is being used to get your personal info, like your photos, your contacts, and of course your Instagram username and passwords. If you download this, and allow access for your files, and then log in your Instagram from this app, you my friend are done.

I paid for the 1 month subscription and it would not let me look at the blockers or other things, horrible app! It just took my money smh! I even emailed them to give them a chance but they never replied back! DO NOT GET THIS APP! ITS A SCAM!

I paid for the subscription and nothing happened. I want a refund. I also found another app that gives insights and it said that Insta does not give out info of people who have blocked u and who views ur profile so basically this app and subscription is a scam. Do not buy the subscription. IT'S A SCAM! I REPEAT. IT'S A SCAM!

Terrible app, I downloaded it and paid for a subscription. The app still did not give me full features and signed me out everytime I would close the app, I cancelled the subscription yet they still charged me for a faulty app. Bunch of lowlife thieves I hope to see you in court.

I saw an ad for this on Instagram and was hoping it worked. To check ghost followers and stuff, but it just says all my followers are ghost followers and that all of them haven't liked or commented on any of my posts which isn't true lmao. I read reviews of this app before and saw the team saying that 2 factor authentication could be a problem so I turned it off before downloading the app but it still gives problems. It's too bad I would gladly have paid for it if it worked 😨

Terrible! I honestly would not recommend it because it tells you things you already know such as who your followers are ,who you following etc. You have to pay money if you want to know who unfollowed you and things like that . I thought this would be a recommendable and a good app,but unfortunately I was wrong. I'm not saying it's bad,but it's just something that's not to my liking I'm not sure if others would like it. The pictures it shows is only if you pay money to unlock the other stuff....

Tried the trial and none of the premium options opened up to me. The app kept saying there was a problem with my credentials yet it still subscribed me. Honestly not the best app I've tried...

Do not download this app, I think they are using our login details. I entered my user name and password and then it shows some error. Recently many of my friends accounts got hacked too.

Paid for yearly subscription in October. Worked fine for almost a month then denied me access and the perks to yearly option. Emailed them in Nov/Dec and got no response. EDIT: Its now MAY and still no response.

Dude to be able to use the only actual useful features without paying would be nice, other tham that is just an app that tells you everything you already know plus the "not following you" tab. So this app is basically only useful for people with money.

I'm not one to leave a review, but for whatever reason I decided to try the app even after reading all the bad reviews. I cant log in at all. And no it's not because of some 2 factor verification setting. So dont leave me a reply with turn off 2 factor.

PLEASE do not install this app. The second I put in my password I got an email saying that my account has been logged in from an unfamiliar device in the city that's next to mine, and I had to change my password. It is literally a scam!

DONT GET THIS APP! You have to pay to see ghost followers and everything. After I was just looking at those who weren't following me, it started giving me an error message for trying to unfollow which I did maybe 3 times and it stopped working.
