The app kept saying I was entering the wrong password, even though it was not. So, I couldn't use the app at all. UPDATE: Changing my rating. I was having issues because I have opted for increased log-in security for my Instagram which was preventing a 'third-party' log-in. Nothing wrong with this app. And I loved that the developer responded immediately to help resolve the issue - super impressed!

I would rate it higher but the flaws are too much to bear. I've tried it in 3 phones with the same results......randomly my stats reset. specifically im interested in the rolling stats (ex. unfollwers) but they reset to 0 periodically. When it works, I like it and would consider purchasing the pro version. Instead I will be uninstalling it.

Really clean design, I love it for what I need, which is to see those follow/unfollow-a-day-later accounts. (Ghost accounts/downloading other people's stories arent important to me) Ads are non-intrusive, just a simple banner at the bottom, which is very nice vs those apps that constantly pop up after a few clicks. Definitely give this app a chance, I definitely wouldn't mind paying for an advanced version.

Very clean and simple layout. Straight to the point in getting you the information. Doesnt have many features yet, it looks like. But with them saying more is on the way, I can not wait to see whats in store. Overall, simple easy to use and your able to get a quick brief of what is happening on ones profile. Great job.

Awesome information they show you but I would like a little more.(If possible) For instance maybe you could show all of the accounts that I've requested that are still pending. Or you could show everyone I follow with a certain number of followers. Just some suggestions to add. Overall great and we'll designed app.

It's really useful knowing who unfollowed you and stuff. My one problem is that I paid for the pro and it's not loading up more posts, it'll just load and stay the same. It might be a little bug but please fix it before June 29, that's when my subscription ends. I've used pro before and it worked perfectly but I just now have this issue.

this app is by far the best instagram insights app i have come across! i had been searching far and wide for the insights app that fit my needs. this one hit the nail on the head. the functions of the app are accurate, not laggy, and helpful in all the right places of wanting to see your insta insights. furthermore, the layout of the app is simple and actually quite beautiful. the fonts are pretty and the purple and white color theme makes using the app easy and fun.

Used to work great. But in the last few days it won't let me click on any accounts. Says to make sure I have Instagram and a browser installed. I have both. I Uninstalled and reinstalled and still not working. Update : they fixed it within a day of me leaving a review, it's back to working great!

Never seen an app as effective as this, very useful features, it is very simple and easy to use and i never had any problems with this app. I would love to see if you could add a feature to moniter 2 accounts that are logged in at the same time, but i understand that it may break the app or so. Overall i love the app and its features and keep doing fantastic things.

I had issues with this app. The login was odd and I was notified of a login at my next town over and in a time zone 4 hours behind. Even after entering my log in info for Insta, the app would not do anything. Would not open so I never made it past entering my log in. Never was able to use any features at all. It was as if the app froze though it did nit. Screen just stayed blank white. Tried several times only ti get same results.

This is a great app upon till now when I've gone to download a sound for my edits and the account, no accounts are appearing. I've logged out and logged back in but it still isn't working meaning I can't download stories or images , but I can still see who's unfollowed or followed me. If someone could give me advice on what to do that would be great :)

I wish it had a little more functionality but it looks like it's being worked on actively. The marketing includes ghosting and stalking which aren't available anymore, so removing that would be great, or at least putting a small disclaimer in. Otherwise, nice app.

This is a great app which does what it claims unlike most other apps who overpromise and underdeliver, that being said one problem is that when you try searching for accounts in the tools section, you can't view the content of a private account even if you follow them, I think it's no major and can be fixed with an update. Cheers!

Honestly it's great, it has a diverse set of options for most of your needs. Options such as Unrequited (people you follow who don't follow you) and Ghost followers are great. If you are looking to become an influencer I would highly recommend this app, or if you just would like to manage your Instagram better. Overall I give it a 10/10, ××

Looks pretty, but only seems to work about every eighth time I reload. Considering the amount of time it takes to reload...not acceptable. I have correct numbers on main page, but when I click through any heading, it says I have none of that...i.e., unrequited followers. Main page says I have 171. I click through and the next page says I have no unrequited follows. I've gotten this to work ONCE in like two weeks.

The UI is splendid, it's easy to use. The features are really good, they've combined a lot into one app. What would do it for me is if I could be able to filter Ghost Followers by how much engagement I've received from them, when they engaged last and what they engaged with. I'd scream about this app forever. Even so, great job guys.

Quite liking this app so far, however, maybe after we have searched for an account in the story and tools section, you could record down the account name under the search bar so we don't have to keep retyping it everytime? Its kinda annoying to do so. Other than that I hope the occasional sync bugs can be fixed

not working properly!!! It gives lots of bugs & glitches. I used to love this app when I installed it, but then the bugs, ads and other things let me down. Hope you'll work on it, coz I would love to use the app to it's full potential!

When it's working, I like it. But it doesn't work very often. It won't sync. It loses my credentials. It won't let me retry. It loses my data when I'm forced to log out because it won't update because the credentials are "lost". I've wasted too much time already.

Just stopped working. Always an error when it syncs, been like a week. Worked really well in the beginning. Will change this review if it ever starts working again Update, since I left the review, it worked once and hasn't since. I've tried 100 times. Again, if the app starts working regularly, I'll leave a different review

would be nice if when you click on the following numbers and you see your list of who you are following that you could sort it alphabetically. this is Instagram and facebooks biggest problem when using their apps, they don't do anything alphabetically or chronologically. making your app do the simple tasks they refuse to do would set you apart. I want to clean up my list of who I follow and starting from A to Z is the most logical. please on the following page add some sort of sorting feature

I have tried a lot or instagram apps to help with my commercial page, this one definitely takes the cake to manage it. It's snappy with no lag. Even the free version is amazing, but to support the devs for their hard work I won't hesitate to buy the pro. Take my advise and get this one.

Love it! You odnt have to pay for a trial to get everything, its all there, shows ghost accounts, who's following who's not, if someone unfollowed you, you get a notification! It's a great app, had it for a bit over a month, never had an issue.

So the app itself is amazing. It tells you the percentage of your followers that are active, exactly which ones aren't active, it tells you who unfollows you, which hashtags bring the most people to your page, etc. HOWEVER, when your account refreshes (you get a new follower, you lose one, whatever) this app does not auto refresh to match your page. You have to manually refresh it, and it takes forever to refresh. If that little aspect was fixed, it'd be an amazing app.

Account Verification Accepts but Keeps Asking Again. After countless times of receiving emails and text messages, it continues to cycle again to the next verification method of contact. It just keeps repeating and repeating. Not a great app if you cant even get through security as yourself.

Overall a great app. There is way less lags than in others similar apps, I could even say that there is no lags at all. The reason I don't give a five star is that the app does not update the number automatically and you need to push a button, if they could fix that it would be the perfect app to see Instagram stats

I installed insights two months ago, and all of a sudden I found out that 270 followers were lost. After reviewing, I noticed it must have been a glitch. Then I reinstalled the app. On Friday 2/15/19, I noticed the app was no longer on my phone. The weird part is I NEVER uninstalled your app from my phone. This is very shady and suspicious. I notice the icon change on the play store. I feel like this is very suspicious and my information is being manipulated!!!! Plus, my follower base on IG

I love it! The professional user interface is amazing to look at! Displays useful information, and is quite useful. But I think the dark mode could be a little bit more lighter. It's almost pitch black. But otherwise, love it!
