I definitely enjoyed my trial (though i wasnt informed that it was only a trial). I wish I was warned about the subscription fee upon signing in. I was confused when prompted to upgrade. You cant do ANYTHING unless you pay 😞 If you can pay $25/month, the app is worth it! Accurate and full of variety. Would've given 5 stars if it weren't for the expensive subscription. Although I understand subscriptions are needed, I wish there was a "free version", a way to do things without subscription.

Very interesting and diverse cases with good pointers. Love that you can compare prices and lengths of times, gives you an idea of just how long everything takes. I also like that there's a selection of different game modes. As a student, the only issue for me is the price. I will make the most of the trial but can't afford it after that, so will miss out on the guidance.

One of the most helpful apps for medical students. The cases guide you through different pathologies, multiple approaches possible - it's your choice what tests to order, how much time to spend taking history and even if you'd rather refer the patient. The premium version is truly awesome, but you can also make the most out of the app without paying.

Edit* the free version now allows almost nothing. Money grabbing much?? So instead of making the paid version better, you've made the free version nearly useless. Many errors and inconsistencies. Great idea but poor execution. Also DO NOT GET PREMIUM. Absolute waste of money. The suggestions and recommendations are useless.

good app, great idea BUT it's poorly optimised, get stuck reloading screens and is sometimes slow when changing between screens as well. and on top of that it loads a pop up for you to pay money to have the full version. Developers need to fix the performance and give some more aspects to the basic version (at least give us the correct diagnoses) before they expect a payment.

It was a great app but prices are too high. I don't think at this price it will work in India. They should have at least given some modes.. like Silver mode ( advertisements), Gold mode ( you can use sm features, so less payment) platinum mode ( all features, full payment)... Something like that. Anyways great app but learning only in hospital would be fine by me at this price.

A good app for medical students. Although it seems very difficult at first. Gradually I got acquainted with its layout. I am having a very good learning experience 😊. Great source of learning clinical aspects of medicine, especially during this Covid Lockdown. Could have been a lot better if the app was free with lesser available features for free users or if the premium subscription was cheaper. The developers should allow unlimited access to the app without subscription and block some featur

I wish I knew it was a trial. This game is incredibly fun and informative, especially for someone in the medical field. However, demanding a subscription 4 hours after download and blocking any further play is deceitful. It was great while it lasted.

Overall, Great app for practising clinical thinking. I would give 5 stars if: 1. there was a treatment option for all cases (selection of the appropriate treatment in each case) 2. you introduced actual ECG and radiological images. 3. A greater variety of cases (and adding more surgery cases) would be nice given the high premium subscription fee...

A lot of the bugs i used to find got fixed, which is great, however there are things i'm still noticing. There are specialisations that simply don't get filled - spine, esophageal involvement. Then there is an issue, that patients with identical illnesses are being given 5 in a row - had this happen with primary cholangitis, multiple myeloma causing vertebral fracture - multiple almost identical patients in a row, only differences being their names and slight variations in pain scale

This app seemed like a great idea, but the cost is way too high for just a simple app! $25 per month or $70 for 1 year is just astronomical pricing for an app. I also cannot find any contact information or help link in-app to find a way to delete my account, which is extremely inconvenient. I am very disappointed with this app as I thought it would be fun and a great way to study.

It's OK but not without issues. They should further clarify what some of the things check for (especially in terms of history - "social" is too vague.) and needs to relax on what history is considered "unnecessary" for the diagnosis. For example, a patient complaining of nausea and vomiting, I'd check for pain, appetite, pregnancy, temperature, sleep... and yet the app would say they're all unnecessary if the diagnosis is a migraine without headache. The app is also way too expensive.

I love it! Here are the things I would change though: 1) when you order a CT or something you get to actually see the CT. 2) No premium, free for everyone. I understand why you don't do this, but I'd even be accepting of ads if it was free. It's such an amazing app. I've learned so much.

UI is really cluttered and sometimes unintuitive, you often forget what you're looking for and get lost in the menus. Also - VIII cranial nerve examination includes Epley maneuver... Neurological examination could be simply one button, it doesn't take that long in real life.

Really awesome app, fun and useful at the same time. I hope they will implement a short description and therapy options for each diagnosis. It would come in handy for people with less clinical experience. (I'm third year in med school)

Excellent practice for evaluation/workup of patients. A bit expensive though. I understand the need for a subscription model but make it a little more affordable with options for annual plan. Great app.

Gab. Z. Mar 16, 2020

Great app. Very practical setup with alot of clinical relevance. I'm learning alot and enjoying it. But, the history taking (and physical examination), could be a little more detailed (feel a little limited).

Clinical scenario, and investigations and coming to a diagnosis part is awesome, but you can also add management part, like medical treatment, interventions and surgical procedures. In the investigation part too, I like to hear the murmer, see the radiographic findings, if at all they are positive, instead of wordings, otherwise very good app for problem solving questions.

I was shocked twice...first, by the quality content it provided me , secondly , i was disappointed after playing and earning many Xps and then i discovered it was not free app...in addition the monthly and yearly subscriptions is sky high !! and this may be the end for this app and the rating will not be good . I hope you make lifetime subscription with a good price or make it free....i will give 5 starts if this happens

And. C. Feb 29, 2020

It's really a nice app (the diagnostic approach is ideal and it reflects reality), but there are a few missing features such as - 1. Visuals of X-Rays, MRIs, etc. 2. Possibility to do emergency interventions (e.g. give insulin and hydrate) 3. Refer patient

I really like this app but I wish it had some kind of "beginner" mode for people like me who are interested in learning but have no or very little medical knowledge. A suggestion would be to have a medical dictionary/web search cheat box type thing that is available everywhere on the app & the option to click on any word/disease & illness name/medicine etc, and it pops up the definition so you dont have to leave the app to search for the meaning of everything. 5 stars if this gets added :) lol

Amb. Apr 24, 2020

Really great app, until you're told you have to pay quite a bit to continue. More than $30/month?! Ooof nope. Fun while it lasted. Make it totally free to play, but with the possibility to pay for the premium upgrades/hints, etc.

Mar. D. Nov 16, 2020

We believe it's high time you upgrade your app with more interactive content such as x - Ray, CT etc imaging and even some macroscopic appearances. For the sake of us who believed in the beauty of your mission by funding it with lifetime subscription. And for all the supporters and roamers in the Internet space.

Pra. R. Apr 13, 2019

Great app. The premium features are quite expensive. For free, they won't show you the optimal procedures or the correct diagnosis but the cases themselves are quite good. Recommended!

Jes. C. Jun 24, 2019

I love this game, since i am fascinated by medicine and have explored the web for all sorts of medical textbooks and aps i can tell you, that this one is, one of, if not even THE best. It provides quality interactive learning and deeply tests textbook knowledge. The only thing i would like to see is the removal of the, see what you did wrong paywall. I understand the company must make revenue, but please, try to find another incentive for people to purchase premium.

Jon. S. Jun 5, 2020

Excellent premise and well executed, but they need to expand and add more features if I'm gonna continue to pay £10 month. Proper viewable/interpretable imaging and ecgs are a must, also more nuanced history- e.g being able to specifically ask about occupation, more tests, ability to order treatments and actually manage the patient, as well as a wider range of conditions that better reflect the actual incidence of diseases in the population would make this by far the best app out there.

Luk. W. Nov 14, 2020

Initially a great app for personal development and personal assessment of skills, but now the free version is too limited. Unable to see if diagnoses and actions were correct unless you pay for subscription. Shame they removed most the features to make them subscription-only.

Kyl. C. Jan 26, 2020

Great app, although I wish we could see the rads and there could be consequences option e.g. if you take to long the patient will pass or leave. But overall it is a great app especially for beginners in the medical field like me.
