The app freezes during inspections and I'll have to open and close it to get it running again, there's times that I'll have to do it 10 times during an inspection. I've added the app on a new phone which we issues since day one. It doesn't create the pdf to send, it's over 10 day's and it hasn't been solved.. I have been emailing and speaking with Adam
A lot less functions than other apps I've used but the single most important addition I would make is the ability to email reports directly out of the app.

This app works great once you set it up. It could use some color configuration for the check boxes, green, yellow and red, which is pretty much universal all over the world. Also, if the online dash board allowed modifying the inspections via the desk top, it would save even more time and allow customizing of the inspection as you are finishing up paperwork and the inspection. So far so good though. By far the best app I have used for inspections. My shop managers and service writers love the look of the inspections once it is complete. I will continue to use it as long as the color scheming of the check boxes gets updated. If I find a better app, that would be the deciding factor. One more thing, Adam from InspectARide has been extremely helpful quick to respond with customer support! Very big thanks. Update: InspectARide added a new VIN scan feature about 2 weeks ago, and let me tell you, this addition totally rocks! Everything I need in one inspection app! What more could you ask for! Could be a nice app
Easy to use , when it works correctly. This app has issues, very big issues it doesn't work. Would be a good app if it worked good. Things need to get fixed, some of the items are, missing scratches and dents on rear bumper, just one of many things. Pictures don't always work, have to shut down app and restart, to get pictures to upload. This app needs fixing. Seems nothing works .
