Great customer service, great lay out. I love this app, and very easy to use . Pretty awesome. Always looking forward to using this app.

The app needs to be more stable . I get my orders done and upload. But they get hung in the system so when I put my request for pay on completed inspections. Out of three inspections one shows up on the main website. Not user friendly

After latest update, if screen gets minimized a pop-up says the app needs to be re-started. Happened multiple times within a few hours, which delays getting my work done. We don't minimize it purposefully, but sometimes the screen is touched accidentally in handling our devices. Now we have to be extra careful not to minimize it. Hardly ever had the re-start app issue prior to the update.

I've been using this app for about 4 years now, and here lately it has been freezing randomly when I go to take a photo. I also have to use EZ for my job so I will switch between apps, leaving them both open, and when I switch back to Inspectorade, open the camera and shoot a photo, often times the first picture freeze. Also I hate the layout of the zoom and photo buttons. It makes one handed photos near impossible unless you have a small phone or big hands.

This app was a great app compared to EZ inspections. I never had a problem. It seems that when the app was updated it is not Android friendly. I have problem with photos not being there. I take the pictures, specifically close up, address numbers and or street signs. I clearly see and take but imagine is background, i.e. trees or sky, no numbers or signage. This causes return trips, which i hate. On the other hand, the EZ app has improved to the point the it is now better than IA.

The app works great for the most part. However when it comes to taking photos it is slow. Most of the time taking interior photos take the longest because there is 100+ photos need to be taken. Need to come up with a faster way to take photos. Instead of taking the photos and selecting OK before taking another one.

Works great, except I cannot copy the notes; for example I need the Name and phone number of the contact person, but the app doesn't let me copy. I have to keep on going back and forth between screens to retype it. I sometimes need to copy/paste the order #. Infact, none of the content displayed on info tab can be copied. I have to log into the IA webpage, go to the job and then copy/ paste. Such a waste! Technology fails us.

The map feature now available in the app is indispensable! Outside of rechecks or the rare address not located on the map, you no longer waste time mapping and ordering your stops! Awesome addition, thank you so much! Also, the digital signing option is fantastic. Thank you, makers of InspectorADE! Thank you, too, for putting most commonly used photo labels first, then alphabetically. So much easier now!

So much more user friendly than some other apps that say they are easy.

Easy to use. Time saving app. It saves progress when you close the app, so no data is ever lost. I love the GPS coordinates feature for hard to find addresses.

I'm very pleased with inspectorade. not only did they respond to my previous post but the added back the features that made my life so much easier. it's rare to find an app provider that would do those things. now its soooooo much easier to navigate. thank you!

Galaxy s8 plus is left out in the dark when it comes to updates! I have had several inspections over several months with so many issues from failing to uploading to crashing all together or erasing images. This is costing me valuable time and money retracing my steps and calling in for tech support and dealing with angry clients. Absolutely terrible!

I have had no trouble with app in terms of what I have do do as far as my inspections go. I have found, for those that are having to approve each photo, that if you have your camera setting on "film roll" you will be able to take quicker shots.

I am having problems with the photos on close up photos being clear, ie, sign in sheet. Also the Seach Option, I go through different zip codes during a day, use to put a zip in, run that zip, but then another zip, then back to the other zip.. Can't do that anymore ??? Thanks

Can you please make the words "No Yes' respond to touch along with the boxes. The boxes are too small and you have to touch them carefully in order for the selection to be made. So, if I touch the word, 'YES', the box will automatically be checked.

Works smoothly and intuitively. Very professional. Compared to the larger competitor, it is head and shoulders better in functionality and effective use.

This app is not user friendly plus it comes with no instructions nor a tutorial, at least not any that helps the user actually use the thing. Nothing about it is simple, obvious or intuitive. I absolutely hate it.

Freezes and often will not take picture unless you go out and come back in. Now have a problem since last upgrade that will not allow me to print forms that are needed for inspections . Needs to fix these ASAP !!!!

Zoom bar on screen could be in a more visible color,hard to see and entering numbers in phone number field needs to be easier. Other than that app works good.

This app generally works well and does what it says. Wish the website provided access to a map of assigned inspections like the mobile apps do. Having to pay to access a map is unacceptable.

Why does the app freeze almost every evening? Since the last update I cannot work past 8 pm. App opens fine, then freezes. Nothing but the home page will open!

For those of us that "have to" use this app, it is very good for our work. NO major complaints..... There are a few things that bug me, but that's more on the "wants & needs" of the client's requirements, NOT the fault of InspectorADE.

It kees crashing, and you log in when you need to.you have to go to the website. Even after you restarts it won't let you! App.is crashing can't get in at all

App sometimes goes out of focus and does not come back into focus without closing out camera. Otherwise decent.

Please fix this app, I keep getting emails about same 2 accounts that have been deleted, keep getting emails every 10 to 15 minutes that same 2 accounts, going on day 3 now. Please Fix

Works as it should. Wish I could zoom in on pics to get a better look sometimes. Phones are small.

Today, the camera will not allow lable before taking photos slowed down every job I had today. It is one of the better apps I have to use... hoping this does not continue

It need to be fixed for taking photos on a Android. I can not take any photos if i turn the flash on and i need to use flash in multiple areas of my inspections

I do not like the changes to camera settings it often goes blurry and you have to back out, it also is very blurry on zoom

App won't open!! I can't upload all my inspections from today!! The main screen is frozen!! I will not he happy if I loose everything I did today!!
