This platform is not friendly at all. U can get the info you need after digging around, but most of it is on the site, not the app.

Need a quick option to clock in and projected next paycheck.

Time punch function gives me spinning wheel of doom every time. Basically this app is unusable. Ive uninstalled and reinstslled bout 9000000000 tines. Force stops by itself immedistely upon opening after downloading and is never right after that. Incredibly obnoxious and the full site version couldnt be more annoying to use. I think most of us just want to punch in and out. Fix it please.

The security section which allows one to toggle the biometric (fingerprint) log in is missing. Yes, I have the latest update. Yes, I know where to look in settings. Yes, I have reinstalled, cleared data and cache Yes, my phone is capable. Please update the app.............. Revision 1 - They updated the app today. Fingerprint log in is working now. Very inconvenient and difficult to navigate. I hate that I can't go back and see ALL of my time clock punches from my mobile app. My company switch from adp to inspiring and I wish they would switch back!

Great app. very useful. Can see my paycheck, report hours, and see my PTO balance. Being able to see the highlights of my benefits and pull up my medical id card is useful. Keep up the good work. The only thing I would like to see is the id card to come up faster. it lags at times.

This app is not too bad, it's kinda average to be honest. Compared to its main website, it seems to show just the basics of paychecks, benefits, and profile information. I just wish it showed more, like hours one had worked in the biweekly period. Or Paid Time Off balance, sick time balance, attendance points, and even time requests sent into a manager. If this app had these components, it would make a huge improvement to this app and make it a 5-star app.

Basically unusable. Every request, even clocking in, gives you a loading screen which can take longer than a minute. Can't see the hours for this week only completed pay cycles. Can't see how much PTO I have left. Can't make PTO requests with flexible dates. Sometimes it says a time punch failed, but reloading shows it worked. Wouldn't use it if work didn't require it.

More specific options should be available to navigate the site. It should remind me of going to the bank.

I was the Executive Director at a NFP that contracted with Insperity and found them to be challenging to work with. They operated without consulting us at times and caused issues with our staff. This became even more pronounced when I left my organization and dealing with them regarding my separation agreement and severance package. They were difficult to communicate with, made my FSA inaccessible to me, and taxed my severance as if it were a bi-weekly payroll. I would not recommend them.

Can't log in even though my password and username is exactly as the web version.

won't let me clock in and out using my phone

After first mobile download, logon prompted me to change my password but failed due to "matches a prior password" (or something to that extent). I am a first time user... I do not have a prior password. Immediately uninstalled.

The last update 7/29/21 broke the recent activity punch so now if you've been busy with your day and you don't see what you punched previously then your lost. There also is no feedback option readily available.

Log in is failing. Not usable at all. Many people have reported and commented on the same issue months ago but it is still failing. What a disappointment!

Why does the updated app not allow you to see a breakdown of employee/ employer contribution to your 401k account... now it only shows the percentage number I have decided to contribute. It used to show a monetary breakdown of each.

Will not work with a G9 Note. Very frustrating. And No I'm not getting an iPhone. Please correct this issue as I do most of my work from the field and do not have access to the web based platform at all times. Thanks!

This app is complete garbage! Can't even log into the app. Have been waiting 2 days for customer service to figure out why and they have not been able to help me yet!

Well it was a pretty good app until the quick punch portion refused to open up and thus making clocking in and out when not in the office a huge pain.
