Even though I cannot use the app to make changes, it provides a lot of info
If you have not already established a separate user ID/password combo to access Retirement Service Center directly, you will need to do so before you log in using your app (if you have already done this, you can just log in using that combination): 1. Log in to the ESC and access your retirement account there (not through the app, yet) 2. Click the My Information link on the top menu bar 3. Click on the link "Change Security" in the Account Security section 4. Change your username and password from the default (Social Security # / last four of Social Security #) The new username must be at least 8 characters: • letters only • no numbers or special characters allowed The new password must be at least 8 characters, including: • at least one number • at least one upper case letter • at least one lower case letter • no special characters After you have done this, log into the App and register your device from within the app.
Verified I had the credentials right, still no dice.
Unable to login after several attempts. Not worth the hassle.
Application seems too work fine, I read and followed the instructions and can login with no trouble.
Does not work, don't waste your time installing.
