When the app decides to work it is great but every time I call their customer service about how it's crashing and not letting me log in, they say nothing is wrong with the app. It's so frustrating. It's a very flawed and glitched system. One day it will decide to work but most days it just crashes on me before it's even loaded. I'm only giving 2 stars because when using the app it's simple and helpful and easy to use. Please fix this app so we can use it without it crashing.
While the app tells me it is "installed" on my phone yet it is not. When I attempt to install it on my phone it tells me it will begin to install soon and has me select ok. After selecting ok nothing happens the app is a bad app not worth your time after reading other reviews I should have already known that. I called customer service who said they will be glad to help me at the branch. The reason for downloading the app is so that I do not have to go into the branch, but that did not register with the customer service agent
I've downloaded this a few times now, and every time I log in, it says it's going to send me a one-time pass code, and NEVER does. I uninstalled it and tried to go through the browser.... and it took me to the play store to re-download it. I can access it on my laptop.... but not when I'm on-the-go, which is the point of an app.
Horrible. This app seriously need an upgrade. Looks like the last upgrade was in 2019!? Keeps crashing, oftentimes it throws an error message stating there's no internet connection and DOESN'T reopen until after I restart my phone! Terrible!
This app is really bad. A lot of bugs. Now remote deposit does not work. Can't see images of cleared checks. Have been horribly disappointed with this app and new website since tech upgrade earlier this year. Would no longer connect accounts to Mint and had to basically start all over. Lost all my history.
Every time I try to delete a payment, the app freezes up and I can't even close the app. I have to delete the app whenever I want to see/check my account. I have it on three different pcs. Of electronics, doesn't matter.
I cannot login AT ALL through the app. it constantly says its gonna send me a one time code and never does. I dont have a computer at home and it wont let me use desktop setting through my phone it automatically forces me to download the app. This is trash it limits my access to my account so much.
It was a short stay but it seems nothing works well with this bank. I never signed up for this app and there is no way to, theres a drop down menu that brings you to a blank screen and a user name and login, which i have neither of so its useless. So far the bank has no bathroom My card I activated failed 2 times The app is useless And now my paycheck is not in the bank and im leaving for vacation today.
i've been with the bank since i was 18 I never had a complaint. Since all the new upgrades I hate it. can't read anything. they disburst your direct deposits how/where they want it. You got to find what went in and where if you have multiple accounts. I was told "it is what it is" im slowly moving everything to a new bank. since it is what it is. very disappointed.
This app needs to be updated ASAP. Can't login. Says it's sending a one time pin and never does. Terrible
The app is not as good as the last one...Also, I think Inspire should look into partnering with Plaid, so we can connect our bank accounts to apps that save money and help with finances.
this app has been live for a week or so and somehow it's still telling me that the service isn't available. if you can't make sure that it's available 24/7 why did you change it in the first place? the fact that i can no longer install it on my old phone is just the icing on the cake.
Absolutely terrible. Where's the Bill Payer feature that the old one had? Completely unnecessary to change things, only to make them worse.
Cant log into my account to see my balance on both wifi and 4g LTE. Tried to reinstall and it works the first time logging in and does not work after that
easy to use. first time I'm having problems with the app trying to login but other than that it's a great bank & great service
Constantly keeps closing out, sent multiple feedback reports still not working. Can anybody address this.
Update the damn app. It barely works right and i can't access my statements or anything i need
App has too many bugs and is not secure ???? Emotional enough? Words couldn't be told to you then

What is happening to my app
When it works it's great. I've been using the app since it was released. I only ever had minor issues. Now the app won't open. It throws an "inspire app keeps closing" error. When the error prompts me to I send the error information to the app administrator including the info regarding what caused error. I reached out and was told " currently we are not experiencing an problems with our app. If I uninstall it turn my phone off and reinstall. It works for a few mins. Then crashes and won'topen
