Inspiring Bible Verses Daily

Very nice app to provide a scripture verse every day. The verse can be expanded to display the entire chapter to see the proper context. The hamburger menu on the lower left provides additional resources such as an exegesis of the passage and a short prayer based on it. Many other features in the settings are available for customizing font, language etc. It's part of my daily routine every morning.

I loved this app, at first; a real dream come true until a stupid ad popped up wanting me to install a news app, which I DON'T want! I HATE ADS/COMMERCIALS ANYWHERE AND EVERYWHERE! How rude is it to interrupt someone trying to read the Bible! Reminds me of Jesus clearing the temple of money changers! If this app was ad free, it would be perfect! I had to close the app to get rid of the ad only to have it pop up again as soon as I restarted it! If the ads were gone, I'd probably give it 5 stars!

I love this app. I read it everyday. It's the complete bible and you can choose the translation to read. A easy source when out running errands, at work or with friends. I check at the end of each chapter I read and the app keeps records of it. Overall, nothing strange or devious. Only the holy inspired "Word of God" to bless you and help you add to your knowledge of the awesome God we serve through Christ Jesus, his son!!

This app rocks! It's my favorite, and I use it every morning as part of my morning ritual with the Lord. Even though it's not time consuming, it is great for scripture reading as well as explores the whole chapter for better understanding. Also. once downloaded. you now have the entire bible on your phone or computer making access easy wherever you are. So, of course I thoroughly recommend it. :)

This is the audio reader i use... I have no connection to this reader for benefit, fox news talked about it as a general all around audii reader solution and it works on everything except continuous audio in kindle, (@Voice Aloud Reader). It only reads kindle page at a time then you have to turn page and start again. But its great for all other formats. Love your bible app with no ads. If you ever have to start charging please price it at $1 so i can afford to purchase with no ads.

It's a great app . Every feature is good. But I hav just one problem...if I go to read Bible ... And click the >arrow, it takes me back to the 2nd chapter...it happens in every book...I have to go to read Bible nd choose the book and chapter all over again. Kindly fix that issue . Other than that it's the best. God bless❤️ Like... if I go to read Bible option it opens Psalm 7 which I last read and then I click the next button( > button ) ,it takes me to the 2nd chapter and not the 8th one.Thanks

I really want to like this app but it's pretty bad. The preview verses never match the actual verses, the images don't match the verses, and it is extremely hard to read and find the actual daily verses. Daily Bible verses shouldn't be so difficult to read. The ads are also very jarring and ruin the experience. Overall it makes for daily frustration, not daily inspiration.

I love this app!! it's so very encouraging everyday and whenever I read it it makes me a little bit happier each day!! definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for a reminder to read the verse of the day (you can bookmark verses to reread and save ones that you love to see later, and there is even a bible included in that app so that you can read anytime, anywhere!! works without wifi, and you can change types of bibles depending on the bible you read from!!) This is a great app it is more advance with many features. I really love it but for my reading the print (words) are too small both in the daily verses n the bible. The prayers are lovely. Where can I find the prayers in this app to read over. Thanks again to the Developer for this app. It is helping me in my daily walk with God. A great app God really leads you to great verses and you can get more verses by scrolling from right or left. Also, you can favorite the verses, bookmark, and share them and more. This is one of my favorie apps and one of the best I've found. Also, they're are daily readings and you can you have a daily notification set to remind you to look at verses at s certain times. You change the Bible version, Become a Patron, view favorites and Invite a Friend. The features make it one of the best apps.

The latest update is the worst, auto hiding items are irritating, dark mode highlights are unreadable and some menu items are black on a dark background making them very hard to see. Maybe allow users to change the pink to a different color too.

Neat little app. I thoroughly enjoy scrolling through the verses before that I've missed, and the options offered to save my favourite verses. I like the beautiful backgrounds for each verse of the day, so that visually it's never dull or monotonous. I bless the makers of this app in Jesus name. Keep up the good work. ☺️

Love this app! Just what I needed... Quick verse can open to the book it's from and there is a daily prayer and devotion each day to go with that verse. It also has many options in settings such as a daily reminder time and text size, etc.

I enjoy the bible verse every morning and was excited when the prayer button was added. I opened the app after about a week and a half to discover the prayer button was no longer there. I was disappointed to find it was gone. Still a great app but really enjoyed the morning prayer.

It is an awesome app. Easy to read/understand and very meaningful prayers. Is there any way I can turn off the sound of the advertisement after you press Amen...because the prayer set such a calming mood and then the loud unexpected sound from the add comes up. Please help, because I love this app.

I love this app, it's good to be able to read small passages from the Bible when you wake up or have time anyway. Plus it also gives you prayers and you can learn about some passages in the Bible too!

This app has been nothing short of a blessing. I love everything about it. The different versions that it translates into are very helpful and I love reading through the commentary section (not a lot of Bible apps have this, I believe). The pop-ups during the day are just what I need. Thank you so much. God bless.

App was great but the update made it difficult to use. You can no longer resize the picture. You have to close the app after each post in order to send another post. I uninstalled. It was such a great app before the last upgrade.

WORST FRUSTRATING UPDATE OF AN APP. It was perfect until the update. I nolonger take interest to use it coz it nolonger amuses. The former version is faaaaar better than this. Actually you did A DOWNGRADE instead of update. Can't even zoom out the words anymore and the font ain't comfortavke for my eyes. The cover wallpaper sooo wanting! Wish you could abandon the DOWNGRADE AT ONCE and resume Charles Spurgeons works!!!

Low score bcoz of disfunction. The photos are awesome, but fonts too tiny to read, and if you choose Read Bible the fonts are too small to read even set to its highest of 30pt in all fonts. Could be a good app with improvements. Fix these and i will upgrade rating. God bless 9/27/19 Update. Thank you for the fast response.. It is a really nice app. It also gives you prayers everyday related to the verse. Bible reading can change anyone's life and faith in god. And the nice part we can go to the page from the verse.easy to use. Excellent app. Thankyou for making this app.

I love this app! With a daily scripture, prayer and devotion, this has really enhanced my prayer life and has helped me to grow closer to the Lord. There is also an image scripture which seems to pop up daily at around the same time, which is always what I need to hear at that specific moment. God speaks to me for sure through this app. Thank you to the creator. Blessings.

The app is great though on the bible version it would be great to have variety not just the three versions.Also when it comes to sharing the prayer make it possible to share the verse and prayer at the same time since they are on the same screne otherwise the app is worth having mostly to guide on prayer

Love the app, but when transferred to my new phone, I lost all my reading progress even though I have a subscription. Tried emailing for help, but no response. Have sent a 2nd email. The dark setting highlight is way too hard to read.

The apps is excellent! In this trying time it's a relief to have an app that cares and gives encouraging words to everyone. This apps does what others don't and that's open door to explore our faith. Super app highly recommend. No crashing, no anything just a excellent app. Thank you!

I used this app in the past I did not like the ads, but now I do not see the harm in having ads when the message is clear and being spoken to make my day and life better. It helps ease my state of mind when I am going through distressing times. Thank you for such a beautiful app.

This is my favorite daily verse app! But I just upgraded from Pixel XL with Android 9 to Pixel 3 XL with Android 9 and the app won't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled, but app crashes and won't open. Please help!

In addition to the daily verse, I like that it's easy to read more of that chapter. I also like the new prayer that goes along with the daily verse! The daily images with verses/ quotes are a great addition too! Thank you!
