I switched to a credit union from a traditional bank just a month ago and I'm perfectly satisfied with the Inspirus CU app to meet my everyday banking needs. I was afraid of switching to a CU from a bank for many years because of the myth that CUs don't have the same online and app functionality as major banks do, but it turned out to be just that... a myth. It might not look as fancy as my old bank, but that' not what matters. I'v been able to ask questions and get answers within hours via app.
It worked great for a few months then all i could get was a screen shot. Error messages started, so i uninstalled and tried 2 more times and got message it was not working. I also reported it but who knows where that information goes....
A very well planned and executed app. Very intuitive. I use fingerprint sign in and feel safe enough to have an app on my phone tied into a financial institution.
This app was a life saver for me since there isn't a branch very close to us. It has gotten better and as my phones have gotten better, I seem to have more features, like fingerprint logging in. Thanks Inspirus!
Excellent app for doing most banking needs. Only weak areas are one, you can't check on credit card charges and two, you can't download monthly statements from it.
Broken can't even log in or see the log in screen and its not just the app that is broken the bank even after being bought out by every credit union in existence and some how keeps getting worse with every new back that buys them i have been a account hold since 2014 and this year (2020 yes I know the memes) is by far the worst I have had to get 4 new card this year due to fraud happening a whole new account and card most recently now again there was fraud now they won't send out a new card
Quick and easy to use. Glad you fixed the balance updating when a transfer has been made. Still need to add a PO Box as mailing address 😪
I used to like this app much more. I find that the "peek" function allows my information to be so easily accessed/visible. i miss the four digit passcode option.
I like the service. I like the interest earned. The name is weird. I preferred the teachers credit union name. Yeah, it's longer, but there's pride in that name. Teachers and educators need all the encouragement from their community that can be provided. Inspirus sounds like someone thought they were clever with play-on-word games. Did you market test this name? If you did, I'm curious to know the process. It seems like it was selected in the board room.
I've been with Inspirus for many years and have had nothing but the best experience! Their app is by far the easiest to use of any financial institution I've used. The quality of Inspirus' service is demonstrated in everything they do!
Can't not see credit card transactions from this app and when you make a payment to your credit card it takes day's to show that it was payed off. Worst banking app ever!
Worked great before the update. Now it just force closes. I'd also like it to be able to hide my balances when I open the app as I feel that information should be password protected.
Easy to use and has a great layout! This app continues to improve and it runs smooth and allows me to do things quickly and efficiently.
I have loved this credit union since I became a member over ten years ago. They have the best savings rates I've ever found. The service is genuine and personal. They go above & beyond. Don't hesitate to join. It's the best bank I've ever used.
As of today, 3/6/2019, this app now works on my Samsung Galaxy S5 6.0.1 OS phone. In Dec 2018, this app would freeze when trying to login. Thank you for updating software so I can again use this app!
Introduced to Inspirus CU through an auto loan. That process was fantastic. I was floored by the customer service. Ashley was my loan rep and changed my perception of loan apps being stressful and complicated. I won't go anywhere else for a loan from this point. Moving all my banking to ICU soon.
The app makes my life easier especially since I no longer live in WA. The company was more on point before they changed their name but they are still a ton better then the banks
So incredibly easy to use! I also love being able to see my balances without having to log all the way in.
Great credit union, great app! I use the app for almost all of my banking needs. Bill pay and mobile deposits are real time savers!
If you can figure out the fingerprint scanner option, that would be great! Otherwise great app....
love using the app. is very useful when i neee to check my accounts right away. Also pulls a summary for you without having to log in! very convenient!
The credit union itself is fantastic, but the app won't let me see transactions from my credit card. Otherwise, it works for what I need it to do.
Love the convenience and ease for mobile banking. Have been frustrated at times with a limited number of transfers allowed.
I love the app and the CU in general, and have belonged for 36 years. . However i do miss that the name no longer includes the connection to education.
The App makes it easier to stay in touch with my credit union and on top of business. This has been my bank for the last 49 years and the people plus service has been outstanding.
The experience is second to none. Rebecca is the absolute best and her experience dealing with customers is fantastic. Great bank.

It opens to a splash screen and that's it. No way to log in, nothing. It doesn't do anything any more. It was a great app, but it is completely broken now. What happened?
Fast and modern app, love the fingerprint login. Samsung iris scan would be a good feature.
Easy to use. Frustrating to locate ATMs when I was out of state recently - seems like the map locations didn't integrate very well with giving directions. in my home location, this hasn't been a problem. Big fan of Inspirus CU, so I'm willing to deal with a little glitch now and then. They're rare.
