awful. you have 45 seconds to get it to read. i have a brand new top of tge line phone and try as i might could not get a photo it woyld send. . then the 45 seconds was up. im returning it.
poor jerky app scrolling. volume calculator result seem doubtful. was the result in liters? needs a major upgrade. buy another test kit
useless. did not work with s8. photos error to upload and some 0x0 error code
Purchased from local supplier.. Dealer code on back of pack Registered nps Works well with good results. Layout little primative as are the help file system End of the day buy local follow instructions and pool results match actual local supply testing results
I am very disappointed with this app. My android phone locks up each time I try to use it. I have to shut down my phone and restart to get the insta-link page off my phone. It does not even recoginize my user name nor password. If I could uninstall this app I would do so in a heart beat. Do not recommend you purchase this app.
After creating my account I was asked for a dealer code, which then came up as "Dealer invalid or unregistered" and I've been unable to get past or out of this screen in the app unless I logout. The online review I read also said there were reminders that could be set for maintenance activities, but I can't find this anywhere in the app.
But you probably have already, like me. I am returning mine. False advertising! Nowhere on container does it tell you that you need to pay for a subscription to get usable results. What am I supposed room do with the reading? It's like stating the obvious. I know there something wrong with the water. HOW DO I FIX IT? App also does not work properly. Can't exit it. USELESS PRODUCT. TERRIBLD APP!
It's just stuck on the "loading page" I can't get to the camera app to take a picture. Samsung note 3 t mobile running stock kitkat
Can't move past entering dealer code. Entered every number I could find on the package and bottle all are invalid. Useless

Product not registered with a dealer there for the app doesn't work. If I needed the dealer to tell me what was wrong with the water I don't need this product

You take a photo without a template, try five times to get it lined up to the template they apply after youve taken the photo...only to find out its unusable. Fix this, then we'll see.
I used this app last year and it worked great. So far all of my readings this year are way off compared to the bottle and the pool store. I'm really disappointed.
By time the app works I could drive to the pool store for a free water test.

I've used this test for a year now for my 50,000ltr pool. It's ok and keeps the pool clean and balanced. It's an easy app to use and I would recommend it in lieu of anything else on the market. Obviously the interface needs an update but the developers have abandoned the app. The photo system required you to be quick on the mark as it automatically takes the photo focused or not. It could be improved by adding a button to take the photo once your phone had focused.
