As a staff member of my church we have discovered that this app has made contact between our members so much easier. The developers are continually improving the app to keep up with the times. Both young and old find it easy to use and having an up to date directory is a great benefit over the paper style directorys.
After loadng the app, I had trouble finding the app on my phone. I was searching for Instant Church Directory, Church Directory, etc. It took me awhile to find it. But I did :) It's just called -- Directory. I've just started using it. So far I really like it. I see opportunities for other uses. Hope the developer will consider some other opportunities as well.
This app doesn't work. Unable to create a login. I keep getting Error message saying email address cannot be found. I checked our ward list and my email address is there in black and white. There is a bug in your app causing this problem. No good. Bad. Uninstalled. Useless app. REJECTED!!!!
I have emailed the support twice now over the last 2 months and still have not received a reply. I am unable to sign into the app even though my church administrator has checked and rechecked my data. I would like to be able to use this app, as it is what my church uses, but without any response from support, I am unable to use the app and therefore unable to leave a positive review as my personal experience has been negative.
Great app with a good bit of functionality. I wish editors could be able to edit records on the app instead of having to jump over to the computer.
This app is so complicated and totally unusable. It will not allow me to use/change my password, plus it says my email address is not valid. I have deleted and re-loaded several times, and I still get the same messages from it. I do NOT recommend this complicated app.
All of the sudden I cant sign in and I get a message that there is not a directory on file for me. What is going on? Have been using this app for the last 2 to 3 years.
Our congregation has used this directory for many years. It is very useful, easy to update, and priced fairly.
Nice idea, but still much lacking. My church just started using this. We were told to log in and upload our pictures, but there is no accessible upload function for mere members. The church secretary emailed us an upload link which I tried, but my photo hasn't appeared in the directory yet. It is critically flawed that we cannot edit our information, but must have an administrator do it for us. Please allow members to do our own uploads and edits. How do we login if our email address changes?
Thanks so much for this app, it is a fantastic way to keep in contact and up to date with our loving family's. Having to keep our distance during Covid-19 sure made all them hugs on Sunday's past seem like not enough. I hope I get the chance to share a great many more when all this turmoil is over. In Him
Really miss this app. Our church changed apps and this one was AWESOME! So easy to use. My mom who is a tech phobe could navigate easily.
This is a great modern way to have a church directory at your fingertips. Lots of options for groups and finding people with your church.
App crashes as soon as I try to open it. Recent issue. I was able to use the app fine previously.
I love this directory especially since I can't remember last names. I can put in the first name and it will pull up everybody with that name somewhere in their description.
We have been using this at out church for 5 months and are extremely happy with it. They keep making improvements and making it better. Could not be happier than we are.
Love this app! It makes it so much easier to keep in touch with fellow Church members. In a future update, I hope that it will be able to sync with my phone's contact list.
Fantastic website!! We love it at our church. Adore the ability to get a google map when I tap on the address -- and a pic of the house.

It would really be helpful if I could search in all fields. Such as 1234, maybe the result is a house number or part of a phone number.

Beautiful site to organize our church family/partitioners, with easily navigated tools and pages.
Waiting for an admin to approve changes is not needed. Should have the website for church directory somewhere on the app.
For this new phone, you will not let me log in to my account. I have no password that you will accept, and I cannot find a place that says forgot my password. We don't have a password in our password safe.
Very handy app for keeping up with your church family.

I Downloaded this on my Samsung Chromebook but it would never open, I had to uninstall it.
Love this app. Makes it so easy to get addresses and other information on my fellow church members.
Would have been nice to allow members update certain features about themselves, like profile pictures and personal information (address, phone number etc). The church should be able to enable that if they want. We currently struggle to keep the directory updated because we don't have a dedicated person to do it. Even if we do, it is not easy to get everyone to submit updated information each time their information changes.
