I just started using this app again and I am on premium. I was able to download a few photos until it no longer does and the error, "Save photos failed" kept prompting me. It wasn't like this before. Wth happened? So disappointing.
I am on premium version. Even after the new Update, its still not working anymore I am getting "Save photo failed" error and its now showing up on the app to download. I tried uninstalling, restarting my phone, clear app data, force stop. Still the same guys
Went from 3 star (2019 free version) works but not well down to 1 star (paid version) Spent for the premium and you can save a few photos, then nothing but fails for the rest of the day. App hasn't updated in a long time. Go elsewhere
Does the job perfectly. Copy link on Instagram, open up the app, and it downloads automatically within seconds.
It's a great app. I use the Premium version. The only thing I'm trying to figure out is how to save the video. It only saves as a snapshot of the video. Other than that it's a great tool.
Nice and simple. Just need it to save to SD card though. Jan 2021 has stopped working on Android 6 Please fix. Mar 2022 states fail problem fixed. Dreaming! Sort it out you guys.
It Stopped downloading, I updated but still not downloading. I have the premium version since years, what I do next? I can see that the developer has totally ignored the issue here and ignores the complaints from users. Go on pretend you are in Ukraine and got bombed by Putin for your bad service 🤔
So simple to use... But really needs updating to work on reels, trying to save reels just downloads as a photo
Thievery! Stopped working the very day I purchased the full version to stop seeing all of the stupid ads. Thievery! Plain and simple.
Would have been more but unfortunately the function of the app stopped working entirely now for me which is annoying as I bought the premium version

Haven't been able to save anything keep getting message saved photo failed and using premium version
The app is great, and I don't regret getting the paid version. However, it'd be nice if the photos could have a smaller grid view - like 4-6 photos viewable in a page, etc., instead of the standard size where a photo pretty much takes up the entire screen in the app. Also, when I download videos, I always see this 1 second plain black screen in the beginning of the video. Would be great if this could be fixed! Other than that, great app. Looking forward to future updates and improvements.
When it works, it is by far the best Insta saver I have ever used. My #1 issue is it will randomly just stop working for no reason. And when it will start working again is always uncertain. It might take a cache clear. It might take closing and reopening the app. It might take an uninstall and reinstall. Other times, it might just require you to try agaim in 5 minutes. Sometimes it won't work for weeks on end, though, and it is this inconsistency that has me keep a second Insta saver app around.
Cool! It actually works! I got the paid version (because it was cheap enough) and it's fine, the ads are gone and it saves all the pictures automatically to my gallery even the posts with multiple pictures in it and videos. This app runs in the background, so you DON'T have to go and open it every.single.time, like you have to with other ones of this kind
The app has worked flawlessly for me since I 1st started using it now for a few years. However within the last few days whenever I switch the Start Service on for saving/downloading, it began shutting off automatically for unknown reasons in the middle of saving/downloading. A majority of the items I thought were already saved/downloaded were not in the app preview nor my gallery. Please resolve this current issue as I've never had one with this matter. I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
Was 5 stars but recently I can't save videos nor pictures. The thumbnail shows up in the app when I copy the link, but nothing saves to my camera roll anymore even when it says it does. I've tried restarting my device, clearing the cache of the app, and uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing has worked. (Phone is Galaxy s8) Please fix this issue!! I really loved this app.
I loved this app. Before the latest update, this app was perfect. I got the Premium, and I was able to set the autosave so I didn't even have to switch back and forth between apps. All I had to do was copy the link and it saved automatically. Now this feature is gone and it has become much more cumbersome and lost the edge it had over similar apps. Currently looking for a new one.
Used to be very intuitive and easy but it seems after updating to Android 10 the app breaks often. When it wants to work it's great but when I randomly get "Save photo failed" and the only solutions are give up and try again later or reinstalling the app it makes it hard to recommend unless you only need to save like 3 pictures, because after that good luck keeping it working.
Stopped working, does not save. Last was updated claiming bug were fixed. That was a lie
09/03/2022 The latest app update has COMPLETELY broken it. Every photo errors "QuickSave ~ Save photo failed!"
Great app. I like it more than the others that I've tried and there is a 99 cent ad free version. Totally worth it. The only thing I would add is an option to turn off toast notifications after every video or photo save. Or possibly just a normal system notification. Other than that it's perfect. Thanks!
This app is virtually useless now. I've tried using it on 3 different wifi networks and it only seems to work when it feels like it, which is rarely, and once it stops working, that's it for the day. It used to work fine on mobile but as of today, it doesn't work on mobile at all. I'll change this review if the devs fix these issues but I won't hold my breath.
This was the greatest app on the market for years, I even own the PREMIUM version (5-Star) but adding the URL Paste Bar and having to manually open the app, pasting the URL and save each time is huge downgrade. Now it's just like all the other apps out there and turning on AutoSave does absolutely nothing. Why??? 😭 What happened to "Start Service" and it downloaded everything automatically? 😣 (Maybe a 2-Star now)
You can't set the save path to an SD card, even on the premium version. The app also attempts (and appears to succeed) to download things from private accounts, but just saves a distorted profile pic for each file, and you wont know until you check the quicksave folder. Lastly, no options to save files in any organization (i.e by username), just throws everything in a big folder. The running service is nice, but even that crashes often. With that & lousy customer support, not worth a purchase
FURIOUS. I have used this app for years with no issues, except annoying ads.. Today I decided to pay to get rids of ads so I could download MY OWN INSTAGRAM PHOTOS. And now £2.49 spent and the whole thing stopped working. Yes there's no ads but also the app doestnt let me download either "save failed" over and over and over. Nothing I have done makes it work (turn phone off and on, uninstall and reinstall didn't work) so requested refund from Google play (received) and going to save on PC.
