I like the app a lot but I have 2 suggestions: 1. Fruits & Veggies should be by items not grams (if you are one person household, you don't need 4 tomatoes at a time for example or 10 apples) 2. If an item is missing, you should have the option to cancel the whole order (at times I order from a specific place because I want a specific item and everything else added is just to reach the min limit)

EVERY TIME I order there's a lot of issues, missing products, delayed, not so helpful customer service. Overall ratings from 1 to 10 is 1 And oh notto forget Delivery guys are not giving back your change always no change. I'm happy to give a tip but when they did this I am just not happy at all.

This was a good app until the option to bring a card reader was removed from many supermarkets around me. The card reader was a big advantage and now it's not available. Not everyone wants to register their credit card online.

Orders very late (more than 1 hour and 30 mins and still not delivered) Coupon code is applied before the purchase and after purchase the discount is not applied on the payment. Product Prices even changed after 1 hour of purchase and I have screenshot for that!! Not recommended !!! I'm very sad with such experience

Almost every single time you use the app there's "items missing" so you have to replace the items again. Just made an order an its been more than 2 and a half hours and still havent received anything.

I haven't got problems with delivery accept the delay of course and the missing products that need to be substituted but I'm having problem with the refund I ordered 2 orders one of them I cancelled it and haven't got refund for it the other one the market cancelled it and I got only the refund email but nothing returned to my bank account yet and thats 30$ I don't think it's okay to lose it

I am editing my review now... I am so happy with the new update it's faster and no lagging and no freezing in the menu and in the app,thanks .... This was my old review( I have problem with the new update.it is FREEZING when I choose any item from menu. I like the old design more)

Worthless and time waste App I order from app nd same got confirmed in mail and after 2 days when I was expected delivery at the same time I got my account has been suspended. same I send mail however I dint receive any response from them.

Liars and they don't take care of recompencate their clients they always send drivers without changes even when you submit your request their repetitive are the worst when it came to follow up !!! Don't recommend this app at all. Update :the service is still slow and they recomponsate your waiting time

You can't even pay with cash anymore and whenever I order something at least 3 things from my basket are missing and are out of stock and they are always the same items also you can't purchase unless the payment is 100 and above and its too expensive and I always wait for hours and they never deliver my order and when I call them to check up on my order they tell me the reason they didn't deliver it is because they forgot, That's just bad costumer service

Worst service ever. Looks.like the driver was wrestling with the food package while being on the way. Food arrived completely out of container and spilled all over the nylon bag. Worst is the way customer service managed it, absolutely unacceptable and a complete disaster knowing the food I had ordered was for visiting guests Keep it up I Instashop and surely won't be surprised when I hear you run out if business.

Very irresponsible n careless .Have no time sense. They never have drivers/riders to deliver. Even if the shop people keep stuff ready, for hours insta won't send drivers to pick. Some customer care executives don't even bother to cross check and respond back , rarely one or two were kind and responsible enough. Very disappointed. Have been a regular customer since 2020.. but planning to uninstall the app

When a substitution request comes up, let us choose any product rather than limiting to a few options since that list has to be updated.. Also you have to find a way to keep prices and products updated.

The worst app ever, you add 50$ extra for weights for each order! Your response that you can't control weight! Why then the same shops can control weight while i'm ordering via phone or when I go down to them! Better take the phone number and call the shop.

Every time I've ordered there was an insane addition on the total price, about 48.50 egp!!! (WEIGHT ADJUSTMEMT)?? EACH TIME! the exact same amount?? On top of a tip!! I kept checking with family members, and each time was getting ridiculous. this is not acceptable! I used to order several times a week, and thought I must've miscalculated. What's the point in this?? I'm removing this app, you are theives!! You've robbed me so much!

Very unprofessional experience as my oder was accepted and show that was under preparation I have received a call just an hours before the delivery they have asked for my Emirates ID card copy which I have sent by email. 30 minutes after the schadualed delivery time I have received another call to send a selfi with my ID card which I have refused and cancelled the order. I have told the person on the call I will post it but it seems they don't care.

first, it was very good but as usual, there was a huge decline plus i woke up one day & found 2 supermarkets disappeared suddenly and without any notice. I made several complaints without any solution from about a month.they don't care about their customers or complaints

I had a really bad experience with Al Amri .Most of the items are unavailable in store,Customer is asked for substitute always ,delivery guys refuse to take back the item inspite of informing the customer care &on top of all when i myself went to the store to return the item my discount that i had earned referring is being deducted &given after 1 hr of waiting.I will never ever want to shop from Al Amri particularly &Insta shop too i guess.

Very bad service, ordered at 1513 on 14th April. The ordered took too long to reach me and when I called the store the delivery guy was still there collecting items. Till 1650 I couldn't cook for iftar. Very bad service and will never order from them again.

Amazing service specially when reporting an issue someone calls after resolving it to make sure it went as expected. Very professional and a very smooth service. It would be the cherry on the top if they add a chat service for a faster communication with customer care.
